I inquired about purchasing a car from out of state. Multiple people responded. I followed up and asked three specific questions (cost extended warranty, cost prepaid maintenance, and shipping cost) originally none were answered. Half a day later I followed up and received a quote for the original price of the car, not the questions I asked about. After re-requesting the questions a manager responded with two of the answers to my questions and a ridiculous reason why they couldn't sell me the car (some regulatory registration problem between MA and TX). I have posted a 5 star review three weeks ago, when I made a purchase of the C300. However, I had to return the car back, due to breaking system safety problems. I have decided to get another car, but I was dealing with a very unprofessional pre-owned manager by name of Michael. From the moment he sat down to talk about the swapping, he has zero customer service, zero professional, and lack of communication. Michael was like on a revenge mission. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience which was caused by them not inspecting properly a certified preowned, he was angry that I wanted to negotiate the price. He claimed that there is a policy not to negotiate, I asked him to show me, he started reading a different policy, thinking I wouldn't notice. When I told him there was not policy, he replied correct. Anyway, I made the purchase, he never congratulated me, just got up and left. Not sure what kind of training this individual went through, but he doesn't qualify. Apparently, some other staff members noticed his disrespectful unprofessional behavior, I was approached in the parking lot by another manager, who apologized and asked me how he could make things better, I thanked him and asked him to teach Michael how to deal with customer. Michael later on left me a VM to congratulate me, what a joke. I wouldn't recommend this angry individual to deal with anyone read more

Lied to me when I brought my car in for service (8k) and was done within a hour while I was purchasing another car due to the expense. Senior management is terrible. Nothing but lies. Needed to get an appointment for a quick issue this week. 10 emails, texts and phone calls. NO RESPONSE until Brian (Sales) called me back late in the afternoon. They have no idea on operations management and how to talk to each other. AND they had audacity to complain that I did not email, and had 1 person answering the phones. I recently had the experience of bringing in mom's '01SLK320 for a service and a safety inspection, very much intending to have the vehicle squared away for a cross-country relocation to sunny Southern California. Regretfully I learned that would be asking too much of the car. Still, I am here to commend Lilo Aho and the service team for their efforts to service and to inspect what had been mom's dream car. The decision to part with the vehicle was purely a financial one, which is all the more reason I would like to commend Mr. Aho for the service he provided, the attention to detail his team spent in their safety inspection, and to the time he took to explain to me in clear to understandable terms what was going on and what we could reasonably expect out of the car moving forward. Having recently suffered the loss of a beloved family pet, I am very mindful of the impact of the analogy. So, I stand by it when I say that Mr. Aho treated us with the utmost courtesy, empathy, and respect. Last year, I went in to get an inspection sticker. 2 hours later, It wasn't finished. The service manager, Adam was not happy after I reported it to him. Before I went today, I was less than a mile away, I called to see how backed up it was to get this year's inspection sticker. I was told there wasn't a wait so I pulled in. It took an hour and a half and an excuse that they ran out of stickers. They told me it would be another 15 minutes. How did they get the stickers so fast? My wife and I purchased our first Mercedes. It was a 2022 AMG GLE53. The biggest mistake! The vehicle has been in the shop numerous times and continues to experience electrical problems. Today the car was towed to Mercedes for a "malfunction " light that came on. They had just replaced the battery/computer not too long ago. The 800 number for Mercedes is useless as nobody ever answers. The dealership that we take it to in Natick is trying their best but doesn't know what the problem is. We keep getting the car back with similar electrical issues. Recently we tried to reach out to the service person Scott, who I guess is no longer there. No one there is competent enough to properly diagnose and fix the problem(s). Stay away at all costs. I had heard good things about them. I called on a 2021 GLE350 they had in stock. They quoted me $1500.00 a month with $3,000.00 down. My current car which was just totaled and higher specs then what they have I am paying under a $1,000.00 per month When I confronted then this is the response I got. "All new cars are currently selling at market value which is above MSRP. This car is $5k above MSRP and the MF used was .00275" I told her that was price gouging and no thanks here is the second response. "I understand your concern. Multiple dealerships are now selling at market value. This is not limited to Mercedes-Benz but to non luxury brands as well. This is not just a Herb Chambers decision. When would be the best time for you to receive a call from the manager" I said no thanks. I understand supply and demand but this gouging. I took my car in for a state inspection since this is where I bought my Mercedes-Benz. I went in at 9 am and didn't hear any update at 10 am so I asked about the status of the inspection. It was done but my car is nowhere to be found. They claimed they took it for a car wash. I waited for another hour before my car was returned. And it was not washed. I should have taken my car to a regular shop for a routine inspection which normally takes 15 min, no more than 30 min. Folks at this store do not greet you and act unprofessionally. I was astonishingly impressed by the team that helped me lease my first mercedes benz. I begin with Sonya Mineau who texted me for the past couple of months keeping me up to date on the availability of the 2023 GLC300. Her calls and texts were upbeat and I never felt pressured. I came in after Sonya let me know they were available and I met Vito Argote who took me on two test drives that I wanted to go on and explained very well the differences between the two models (22 GLB and 23 GLC). I met the sales manager Danny Kaboub who also was pleasant to work with to get into a leasing deal that made sense for me. I left and promised to come back over the weekend. There were no pressure calls. Sonya texted me on Saturday asking if I still intended on coming in and I did on the Sunday. I told Danny and Vito exactly the kind of deal I was looking for and we agreed within an hour. I met with the finance manager Yatin Kamble who explained all the options in detail and was very kind and patient. Finally but not least, I met with Jonny Pham for two hours when I came to pick the car up. He was very thorough, from helping setup a new transponder to explaining all the options within my car. It was a relief and pleasure to not have to go home and read a sizable manual. He also setup a follow on appointment for any more questions and to go into detail on some options. Before we went to the dealership, we were happy and kind of determined to go for a specific car. However, after several minutes talking with the salesperson, we are already feel offended. The salesperson was very condescending and talked about a lot of weird information. Most of the information we got was not useful at all and we cannot get the point. Then the price showed to us was even more than $10,000 over the MSRP, which is ridiculous, and the salesperson was spending a lot of time explaining to us why this is a good number. We seriously wanted to buy that car because my wife liked it a lot, but they successfully made us not want to buy it anymore. I understand the supply and demand thing made cars more expensive, but it is obviously not reasonable to ask that much. There was too many tricks and the tricks were so obvious that I would not imagine anyone would buy it, and the attitude is very arrogant. Finally one of their sales manager came and showed some respect, but at that time we did not even know if we can still trust them. After the manager left, the salesperson even pushed my wife to sign under a number and did not clearly addressed what the intention was. Only a while later we realized that we were pushed to buy it right away because they are closing soon. We were very shocked that they even did this. At last, we decided not to work with them even though we liked the car a lot. I wanted to buy it so much for my wife. That car is so perfect for her and it is the only one left in the greater Boston area. But my wife said she would not buy a car from a dealer like this. The reason we give two stars here is that the sales manager was nice and polite. I wanted to share the bad dealership practice I encountered recently with Mercedes Benz Natick during my process of buying a used car Acura RDX. I worked with the Salesperson Dakotta and her sales manager Nick. I agreed to pay the full list price for the vehicle and they agreed to replace all the tires based on their safety inspection. With this agreement, they allowed my request to bring the vehicle to the Acura car dealer for a used car check. After the car inspection, I called the salesperson to let her know that there were no major safety issues found other than tire replacement and refilling some essential fluids and I am interested in moving forward. She mentioned that I needed to deposit $1000 for the vehicle. I told her that I was willing to pay the amount and asked whether they could take care of the findings in the used car check report. She mentioned that she would call me right away after checking with her manager. She didn't call me back so I called her and left a voicemail. After a few minutes, I called her manager Nick. Nick asked me to send the used car check report by responding to his email and he will call me back after going through the report. I emailed him the report. He didn't call me back that evening. The next day morning, I called the salesperson Dakotta and left her a voicemail. I didn't receive a call from her. After an hour, I called Nick to follow up on what he said last night. Nick told me that he sold the car that I was interested in to another person and he would be happy to look for another similar vehicle. I was disappointed with his response given all the time I spent during this process and paying to inspect the vehicle. After my conversation with Nick, I called Mercedes-Benz, Natick General Manager Fahad Arshad and reported this practice. He asked me for the names of the salespeople I worked with and said he would give me a call if there was anything he could do. After a few days, I still saw this particular used car in the CarMax listing but this time they updated the seller description saying that this car went through the inspection at the Acura dealer. I didn't receive any call from Mereceds-Benz of Natick. I understand the dealers have a choice of selling their car to anyone but I felt there was a lack of open communication and demonstrated their bad dealership practice. I hope Mercedes Benz of Natick's leadership team takes some action to gain the trust of their customers and prospects. read more

Not happy with them, we brought our car for Service B maintenance before going out for a trip a couple of week ago on April14. Spent Already around $4700 to fix this and that. The car was running smoothly until yesterday April 27. Two weeks only, while I was driving on the highway, the engine light was on, the car slowed down and hard to accelerate it. It still ran but it shook constantly the whole time until I got to work. I was so worried the car would stop in the middle of the highway. My husband brought it back to have it fixed and paid $600 extra. MB natick claimed that they would not have been able to know about this ignition coil failing. Seriously, I don't think the issue should happen after 2 weeks of a big service maintenance. This seems like a human error that they didn't thoroughly check the car when they did the service or a scam to have us back again for extra charge. We feel like we cannot trust on them to service our car. Will something happen again in a couple week? read more

*Update to this review. So when I bought this car, I bought a "3 year service package." I drive ridiculous amounts due to the nature of my job. At my 3rd service appointment, which I was doing a a dealership closer to me, I was informed that I had too many miles on my car and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service. 400.00 They told me that the business manager had done my contract incorrectly, and that I would have to call them. So I did. He explained to me at this point, that because I had put 30k (in less than a year) on my car, that I had exceeded the 3 year mileage, and they would not give me my last paid for visit. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me that the manager would call me. He did not. I called again, and was told that the sales manager would call me back in an hour. He did not. I called a third time, and spoke to the general manager, after waiting 3 hours for the promised 1 hour callback. I explained the situation, and then he agreed, that they were not used to be driving as much as I do, so it was a misstep. All I asked for was my third paid for service, and he said done. Today, I took that car in for the service, got the loaner and was on to my work day, when I was called and told that they would not honor what I was told, and he'd said because of my mileage that I could only have a 20% discount. I called the other dealership, closer to home, and went back to get my car. Took it to Mercedes Benz of Burlington, and they serviced it same day as a courtesy while giving me hot tea. While I was there, I priced out my next car, because I don't want anything in my life that even makes me think of Natick. We had a really great experience with Nick Scherer. I have to say that I generally find buying cars a very distasteful process; it just never seems easy. Although, in this market, we do not have a lot of pricing options so I can't speak to "the deal." I will say that the customer service was over and above. I have an extremely busy schedule and live a long ways from Natick, and he even brought the car to me to make my life easier. And, I love the car. I would definitely remain a loyal customer to this dealership/rep. I am already planning out when to get my next one. read more

Took the car for Service A today. They did not have shuttle service. I had to pay to Uber myself to pick my car. I was within 5 miles and they did not even offer to give uber credit. Car popped up tire pressure warning on all 4 tires as soon as I reached home! Tire pressure was 10psi below on all 4 tires. The place is very conveniently located and I wish they could offer better service and check on basic things like tire pressure before delivering the car! read more
