I got my 2024 HRV serviced here and Wilson was very helpful. He thoroughly explained and updated me honestly throughout the process.

Long time customer. But service has gone way down. Stay away. Understaffed. Confused service writers. And the lies. Always the lies.

More detail:  I was in for service on 5/15 at Bernardi Volvo. They found a nail in the front right tire, and repaired it with a plug.  It developed a slow leak about two weeks ago, so the repair lasted about 2-2.5 months.  I took it in to Sullivan Tire, which is much closer to my house than Natick, and they found that the leak is coming from around the plug. They also informed me that a plug is only a temporary fix - instead, a patch should have been used to perform the repair.  A patch will last the lifespan of the tire, whereas a plug is only ever intended to be temporary.  I had to replace the tire (a $300+ fix) when a $30-$50 patch back in May would have fixed the tire permanently.  I am disappointed that Bernardi Volvo did not recommend a patch to me initially to preserve my tire, and I am also disappointed that when I called Bernardi, they refused to cover the cost of a replacement tire.  I want to trust that the shop I take my car to for repairs will recommend the right fixes, and it is clear that Bernardi Volvo did not do that, nor did they offer to fix the mistake when I spoke with the service manager.

Anyway, service was top notch. Called yesterday, got me in first thing today. As soon as I arrived my jeep was pulled in to start troubleshooting service message, and problemMy service manger, Ed, was very friendly, explained everything to me item by item before they started. Gave me an accurate estimate for time, and work was exact$ quote provided. They have a comfortable bright waiting area with some complimentary beverages and snacks, a separate little office with outlets/high bench table/stools for people that need to work while waiting for their vehicle. They have complimentary rides locally. I had planned on using Uber to run some errands while I waited. The courtesy ride was a nice surprise. Dropped me at the mall, called when Jeep was ready and picked me up. Even offered to figure out driving me home about 30mins away if I wanted before I told them I planned on going to mall. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and polite. Very happy I chose to buy my Jeep here in 2018. That experience was great, and my two other visits have shown they still value you after you buy the car BTW my Jeep feels like I have a new one.

The dealer refused to add rubber mats, the charging station didn't work and the service dept didn't know how to fix it. I also got hit with a disposition fee and for being over the mileage. Warning: Dishonesty and Deception - Avoid this Dealer! In…read more2022, this dealership charged me over $230 to clean clogged sunroof drains on my Macan S after water leaked into the cabin -- claiming it was "routine maintenance," even though the vehicle was under CPO warranty. A late 2024/2025 class action settlement has since confirmed this is a known defect, not a maintenance issue. The settlement extends warranty coverage and mandates one (1) free sunroof drain cleaning per year for ten (10) years from the date the vehicle was first placed in service -- clearly acknowledging Porsche's responsibility. When I followed up recently, Service Manager John Eric was dismissive and either unaware -- or indifferent -- to the court-ordered terms. Even worse, I emailed General Manager John Andrade and received no response. When you're guilty of deceiving customers, I suppose silence is easier than accountability. Owners beware: this dealership is intentionally misleading customers and charging for services Porsche has agreed must be provided for free. Know your rights. Avoid this dealer -- and their sister dealership in Burlington, MA. Find a dealer you can trust!

But what is concerning was the smell of cannabis I got when speaking with her. She couldn't answer some of my questions and the interaction felt somewhat short and dismissive. I wanted to just inform the manager and to my surprise there is ANOTHER new manager making the third in less than a year. I tried to find my sales person who my husband and I have bought multiple cars from and always helped with any of our issues and turns out he is no longer there either. I asked to speak with a technician, Michael who always helps explain some of my car concerns and also he is no.longer there. Not sure why there is so much employee turn around especially with staff that were always spectacular. My previous advisor was Michael H and the manager Aya was truly amazing, neither of which are there anymore either. Before that we were going through David. Recently I came to find out that the "sunroof drain cleaning" that I paid for is covered under some kind of extended warranty that the advisor is supposed to check. I tried calling a few times to speak with my advisor and received no answer at all. I drove from Boston to Natick as my husband and I have always been customers but finding out many employees whom we had a relationship with are no longer there coupled with my most recent visit we won't be returning. Also come to find out Porsche Westwood is slightly less expensive and more convenient to get to from Boston. I'd warn anyone who services there car here to be weary.
