Thank you Nick and Chuck. Audi Natick is wonderful, always reliable, very easy to communicate with, love their videos with audio going over any things that need attention now and in the future on my car. Great waiting area. Super high tech and know everything about Audi's as that is all they work on. read more

I made some mistakes and they wanted my car back stock and I had some issues getting it back to stock. They still wouldn't take my car and now they don't want my car at all and to buy the car that I want, I am only allowed to finance it and I have to put $10,000 down max and I have to finance it for six months. They are forbidding me for paying cash, which is completely illegal. Reporting them to the attorney general's office. read more

I am sharing my experience with Audi Natick (Bernardi Auto Group) to warn prospective luxury car buyers about their pre-delivery inspection standards and complete lack of executive accountability. I purchased a low-mileage 2023 Audi Q5 under the assurance of a full inspection and ~70% tire tread remaining. Within ~12,000 miles of routine commuting over roughly 7 months, I suffered an emergency flat tire on the side of the road. When I tried to change the tire, I discovered Audi Natick had installed wheel locks on the vehicle without my knowledge or providing the key, leaving me completely stranded. To make matters worse: * When an independent mechanic called Audi Natick from the scene to help get a key, staff hung up on him. * After begging dealership staff, someone finally dropped off a wheel lock key--but only after I was left stranded for hours, made 3 hours late for work, and forced to arrange alternative transportation. * Upon removing the locks, all four tires were found stripped down to bald cords. * An Audi technician at my August service warned me of rapid wear, claiming they were "high-performance" tires. Manager Ned later contradicted this, admitting they were standard Kumho All-Season tires--which should never fail in 12,000 miles unless sold unsafe or severely out of alignment. * Despite owning the car for only about 7 months, I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for four brand-new tires, emergency lock removal, and a full alignment. * Manager Ned dismissed the safety hazard, stating he'd "only understand if I was stranded for 3 days," and offered only a key after the damage was already done. I sent a formal written complaint with receipts to General Manager Wunna Zeya, Service Director Matthew Brawn, Bernardi Auto Group leadership, and Audi Corporate. Management has completely ghosted my emails for over a month. A dealership that sells luxury vehicles with undisclosed missing equipment, fails basic tire safety standards, and refuses to respond to formal complaints does not deserve your business. I am moving forward with formal state regulatory filings with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division (Chapter 93A) and the BBB. Buyer beware. read more

Decided to stop by Audi Natick for some coolant fluid for the car before heading to the mall to go shopping & I would say our experience was smooth! Never been to this dealership location before but it was pretty big & had lots of cars on display. The service/parts department is downstairs. I believe the coolant fluid ended up being ~$30. Pretty fast & easy. read more

Stopped in on the way to lunch to pick up some coolant. Parts department was quick and easy but ended up not needing it yet. Hopefully won't haha. The dealership is large, no associates talked to us since we were just there for parts. We did stroll the showroom and look at our favorites and updates. They have all the top trim and electric models on the floor. Clean, spacious, bathrooms downstairs on the right side coming down from stairs. read more

I originally brought my Audi S5 to another dealership in Burlington and was quoted $1,800 to replace a wiring harness that had been chewed by a mouse. After my car sat there all day without being touched, I decided to bring it to Audi of Natick. I fully expected the same $1,800 estimate -- but to my surprise, the service advisor explained that the mouse damage was minimal and their technician was comfortable repairing the wire by splicing it rather than replacing the entire harness. Instead of an $1,800 invoice, my total came to just $275. In my experience, dealerships don't usually look for ways to save you money, so I truly appreciated the honesty and practical approach. On top of that, they provided me with a brand new Q5 loaner, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend Audi of Natick! read more

This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for me. I work in the medical field and cannot be on my phone while I'm on the unit. I only answered the call because my grandmother was recently transferred to another health care facility, and I believed it was an update about her. When I realized it wasn't the hospital, I had to hang up immediately to return to patient care. I had even tried to be polite and let your staff know I was not interested, especially since the vehicle I inquired about had already been sold. For a person to message me and tell me what I "should" do next time, in such a condescending tone, is completely unacceptable. I am allowed to do whatever I would like on my own telephone -- I pay the bill. I was shocked that instead of approaching the situation with professionalism or understanding, I was spoken down to as if I had done something wrong. This is how your staff feels it's appropriate to treat people who are considering purchasing a vehicle from you. I am genuinely appalled by this interaction and will never recommend or shop at your dealership. read more

My experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing and lacked transparency from start to finish. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed I was there. Thankfully another staff member eventually helped me. I worked with Stephanie, but throughout the process the numbers were never clearly explained. I repeatedly stated that I was not comfortable proceeding until I could review the full breakdown before signing anything or putting money down. Despite this, there was pressure to move forward and even an attempt to have my husband complete paperwork without me present when he was only there to sign documents related to my current vehicle. When the manager, Bryan, spoke with us, he was dismissive and simply said if we weren't purchasing the car they would refund the deposit and "cut ties." While they did agree to refund the deposit, the entire experience felt unprofessional, disorganized, and not transparent. read more

I had a specific appointment for an oil change a few days ago. I was there 15 minutes early. The oil change took 2.5 hours. Totally unacceptable and unreasonable. The price was to be $89 per a special invitation by the dealer. When I finally checked out the bill was for nearly twice that amount. When I mentioned the $89 deal they made an adjustment. On top of that they charge an extra 3% if you use a credit card! Audi is supposed to be a premium brand delivering a premium experience. This is clearly not the case. I will not go back. read more

Worst Experience I have ever had, drove 3 hours to the dealership to buy a 2023 Audi Q3 CPO for my 16 year-old daughter and was told the car was in mint condition. Came with a bank check and was ready to pick up SUV. The car was not even close to the way it was described, various scratches, wheel rash, scratched up front lower bumper and smoked in with a 4 inch cigarette burn on the seat. I let them know ahead of time that I was very anal with the condition and they said they went over the car multiple times to make sure it was perfect. The SUV wasn't even detailed inside and had brown dirt marks all over the leather. Sales manager could have cared less and told me he would touch up the car and that was it. Would never recommend this dealership for used cars, make sure you see it before you buy it because they obviously need glasses. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I had a 2022 q5 sportback serviced only by Audi of Natick I bought Audi care to cover all the maintenance and on my 40,000 mile maintenance which my car was still under warranty till 50,,000 . I left a service appointment with out having 7th gear when I drove on the highway and when merging into traffic it would slip.out of gear. It was super dangerous and it was in and out of their shop for 6 months and they kept saying they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It happened two weeks after my service appointment It's not a coincidence and it was intermittent. On the third attempt to find something wrong with it so they said They sent me a video saying they found the problem to the tune of $795 mouse eaten wires They looked completey clean cut in the video.I thought that was completely coincidental since my car was absolutely fine beforehand and as it did not solve the problem It was so bad I escalated it to Audi talk for mediation They refused to do anything for me I had to get rid of a car that I had only had for 3 years still under warranty because it was unsafe They refused to do anything about it and I honestly think it's because of their incompetence that it got broken because it happened at a service appointment if you want to deal with fraudulent behavior and lack of responsibility and respect get your car serviced here. read more

I had a bad experience at Audi Natick. I got a call from the general manager so I decided to give Audi Natick a second chance ...boy I need my head examined. It was even worse this time. I saw a 2022 q3 with 15,240 miles on it . Stock number A404670 .. I called they said the car is here I drove up ha ha no car . Brandon DeSylva said it should be here in a couple. I said, OK call me. I think it was three weeks went by I drove up there. still no car Brian Lee manager said they were having a problem with the truck driver because of the gas problems. And he said I'll give you a better deal on the car I said OK. A week later the car arrives there. I drive up there. To see the car but they told me the car was at the other store and they were gonna drive me down to see it, but they were too busy Nobody was available to drive me down, so I sat down with Brian and Brandon and asked for the Carfax boy thank God I did. The car fax said it was hit in the front .They said it was just a little scratch and it was gonna to go to the body to get the scratches out .It turned out to be at the body shop for 4 weeks I called a few times saying that's a long time to be at the body shop just for a scratch in the front. So Brandon DeSylva says what do you expect it's a used car that was hit he didn't say scratch he said hit. so Brandon calls me and saids your cars is ready April 28,2026 I drive up there just looking at the car. I wasn't happy. Brandon says to me you have to bring it back on Friday, because there a few dings in the body that wasn't done and the company only goes there on Friday . I was bullshit ... I told them to keep the car . Brian lee calls me about 3 hours later and says what happened I told him his answer was so to hear that . So anybody that's buying a audi be very careful buying a car there .. go on cargus and do your own research because boy do they lie with a smile ... you can see the car been at the dealership 70 days and at the bodyshop I think 5 weeks for a scratch on the front. if I could give them a big fat O I would ... read more

Had to replace engine after 30k miles. Five stars for the sales process. From my first email through paperwork and picking up the car were great. The downside actually was the car itself. We bought a used Audi Q5 whose engine lost compression on more than one cylinder after only 30k miles. Cost me $10k for replacement engine somewhere else. If you are considering a used car from here, ensure you have your own mechanic check it over and most importantly - perform a compression check on the engine itself. read more

I was a long time customer for Sales AND Service (7 cars from them). SALES PEOPLE ARE STILL GREAT - SERVICE NOT SO MUCH. RUDE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I am done with their service department. I go 25 minutes to come here when I have dealership 5 minutes downs the road - NO MORE. It was good BUT now its just downright bad. The 'advisors' are rude and act like they are doing me a favor. Bought a used S4 from them and the transmission crapped out a month after the warranty expired. Tried to get me for 16k to replace but ended up paying around 9k, which is still ridiculous since I only owned the car for two years. Like another yelper said, don't buy a used car from them unless you have someone look it over. They sell lemons. Plus I wanted to buy a new Audi and compared prices at all the Audi dealerships in MA/NH/RI. Told them what Audi Westwood was charging and said they can have my business if they went a little lower. They didn't. They actually went higher for the exact same model car. So Audi Westwood got my business. Never going back to Audi Natick. read more

Update 9/25/23: Linda Offermann went above and beyond again to make sure I was taken care of with minimal inconvenience. My car broke down and had to be towed and the part is back ordered for weeks. Linda called me when the car arrived (I wasn't there) and made sure she prioritized a loaner car for me given how long the repair will take. When I arrived everything was ready. She even went outside with me in the rain to look for my car key as the tow truck driver forgot to tell us where he placed it and she found it after looking everywhere in the car. This is going beyond expectations. I know my car is in good hands with her and the Natick team. I also want to thank Parker the manager and Ali as they were very helpful when I explained the issue to them the day before. Natick Audi service is great because of these people. read more

I brought my car in over a year ago because it was having engine problems which costed a absurd amount to fix it, after finally paying to get my car out and to be finished there was a delay in actually getting my car and would get pushed back for days to weeks?? These people harassed us to take the car and when we did the car is still having the same problems we brought it in for and it makes me quite upset and displeased with 1. The customer service we got and 2. The car not even being fixed properly for us to be dealing with the same problem all over again!! I would never deal with Audi natick again! I had an incredibly disappointing experience at your dealership. The dealer attempted to undervalue my Audi Q3 by offering to purchase it for the payoff amount, leaving me with no equity payment. However, I have received offers from multiple other dealerships to buy the leased car for $3.5-$5K over the lease payoff amount. These dealerships thoroughly examined the car, checked its history using the VIN number, and considered prior services. It is disheartening to receive such an unfair and disrespectful offer, especially considering that I originally obtained the car from your dealership. To be honest, I am not surprised by the way you treat your customers. I also had a negative experience when I initially purchased the car from your dealership 3.5 years ago. At that time, I expressed interest in making multiple security deposits, but the sales team falsely claimed that Audi no longer allowed it. Later, I discovered that I had been misled, as other dealerships did offer multiple security deposits. I would have expected your dealership to be honest and transparent, rather than misrepresenting Audi policies. Additionally, your service department has been extremely disappointing. Over the past 2 years, I have been unable to secure future services or address car issues, including recalls, due to the excessively long wait times for a service appointment with a loaner vehicle. While other Audi dealerships were able to provide an appointment with a loaner within 1-2 weeks, I had to wait almost 2 months with your dealership. Overall, your dealership has provided an exceptionally poor experience when it comes to buying a car, servicing the car, and attempting to sell a car. If someone is seeking a great deal on a lease, timely services with a loaner, or a fair offer for selling a car to an Audi dealer, I would highly encourage them to explore other Audi dealerships in the area. BTW, I noticed that this dealership has a significant number of 5-star reviews on Google without any feedback or very minimal feedback. I strongly recommend considering whether all those ratings are genuine and not fake. As a reference point, if you examine the ratings this dealership has received on Yelp (which has a more robust system to prevent fake reviews), the dealership has an average rating of 3 out of 5. In my opinion, this rating better reflects the dealership's performance. read more

One of the worse experiences of my life. Ruined the entire experience of buying a car. I am aware of the car shortage and that I needed to wait and I honestly was at the point where I didn't care how much the car cost so it's nothing to do with that it's how they spoke to me and how unprofessional they were. It was so clear that even though I waited months for this car to arrive they did everything in their power to make sure I didn't get that car until a new month started to hit next month quota. My experience could have been salvaged but once Ed Quirk was involved it was all downhill from there. If you are reading this from Audi Corporate a site visit to Natick is seriously overdue. I purchased my A3 from this dealership and as far as my sales experience went, I have no complaints. I have since brought my car back to to this dealership for service multiple times, even though I live in Somerville and it's very inconvenient to get out to Natick. This review is for my most recent experience in which my alternator failed (at 38k miles..) and needed to be replaced under an extended warranty. I had my car towed out there first thing on a Wednesday morning, and was told that the part would need to be ordered and the work would "probably be finished" by end of day Friday. Friday came and went, and I got a voicemail at 5 PM that the work wasn't finished, but they are open Saturday and they will contact me the next day. I waited until Saturday afternoon before calling as I had not heard anything, and was told that the car wouldn't be finished on that day either. Well, now I am going to need a loaner car as I didn't expect the repair to take this long. I drove out to Natick and got the loaner car (with 3/8 tank of gas). The work was not finished by the end of the Monday, but instead on Tuesday. I returned the loaner car with 1/4 tank of gas (because how do you measure 3/8 on a digital gas gauge?) and now a week later am noticing a charge on my AMEX for $8 for gas, from Audi service department. This is a luxury car dealership hitting me up for 2 gallons of gas after taking a week to fix my car. Thanks for the great experience guys, I'll go to Brookline from now on.l read more

Terrible service. Called us to bring my 2013 S4 in for service that is not required nor covered under Audi care we have. Then never explained to my wife who dropped the car off that those services are not covered under Audi Care and would be charged hundreds of dollar for. In the past they charged me over a thousand dollars for what was obviously an Audi defect. The breaks were worn within 6 month period, when I complained of noise was told everything was fine, and continued to be told that at subsequent appointments. Then when the noise became so very obvious, they told me oh, the breaks needed to be replaced, but not only that, the rotors are now warped and had to be replaced as well. My car also had stalled for no apparent reason on multiple occasion now, and all I get from service is that they can't find nor reproduce the problem in their test drive so they can't do anything about it. Even though they can see the codes that something was not right and having a car stall on you could definitely be a safety issue. I had a bad experience with their sales in the past and ended up getting my Audi from a different dealer, but service here has proven to be consistently terrible in the past two and half years as well. I never had anywhere near such bad experiences with any of my prior cars through Volvo, BMW or Infinite before... The poor experience with this dealer coupled with the mechanical issues has really killed any inclination for me to recommend or want to get another Audi ever again. Looks like a third BMW 335 will be in my future soon. read more

I originally purchased my Audi from Prime Audi in Westwood only because it had the unique CPO Audi I was looking for (probably due to their large inventory). This review is strictly going to be on the service area as this is all I have experience with. Initial Impression: The service area seemed much smaller than other Audi dealerships I have been to. Despite being small, the Service department was very well staffed. I was immediately greeted before I entered the building and they opened the door for me. They were very attentive and able to help me despite coming in an hour early for my 25,000 mile service. They escorted me to the waiting area and told me that the wait would be 1.5 hours. Waiting Area: Looking at their advertisements I expect the area to be much bigger than what it actually was. It consisted of a desk, two small couches two old TVs mounted in the wall and a snack area (with bottled water and coffees). It wasn't horrible but it kind of resembled a Holiday Inn Express lobby if you ask me. They did have free WiFi and were willing to change the TV channel if requested. The seating was about 5 feet away from the Reception desk so you heard "Bernardi for now, Bernardi for life" every 5-10 minutes when the phone rang. I was able to get some work done using the WiFi so that was appreciated and I roamed the showroom without getting bombarded by sales representative which was nice. Loaner Car: Exactly 1.5 hours after I walked in the door, the Service Consultant (Benjamin Bonzey) approached me and said that the water hose was leaking and would be replaced under warranty (I didn't complain about this and it was nice that they caught it before it became a problem). Before I could say anything he apologized for keeping me there so long and offered me a free-of-charge loaner car (A4 or Q5). I picked the Q5 since I already have a A4 3.2L and wanted to try out the Q5 2.0T. Benjamin had me in the loaner car within 5 minutes. The Q5 was in very nice condition and only had 2,500 miles on it. Status: I told them that I wouldn't be able to pickup the car until the afternoon the following day but they didn't call/email me when it was done. I happened to call during lunch and they said that it was just being washed then so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since it technically wasn't completely ready for pickup. Pickup: When I came back the next day my car was right by the front to pickup which was very convenient since it was pouring rain. Benjamin wasn't there but Steve Lafond (Service Manager) was able to give me a run through of what was done on my car. He also was able to answer a question about something I forgot to mention before I dropped the car off and was able to order the part/schedule a follow-up visit within 5 minutes. Steve had a lot of knowledge about all recalls/technical service bulletins on the cars which was very helpful. Other dealerships probably would have just brushed me off but he knew exactly how to respond. Summary: Bernardi Audi goes above and beyond paying close attention to detail. Despite being a relatively small dealership, they are very skilled and take pride in what they do. They were even able to catch a leaky hose (and replaced it under warranty) which could have caused a mess in the future. I would give it 5 stars but the waiting area is lacking a bit. Thanks to AudiCare I was able to walk out the door with $0.00 balance which is always great. read more
