This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for me. I work in the medical field and cannot be on my phone while I'm on the unit. I only answered the call because my grandmother was recently transferred to another health care facility, and I believed it was an update about her. When I realized it wasn't the hospital, I had to hang up immediately to return to patient care. I had even tried to be polite and let your staff know I was not interested, especially since the vehicle I inquired about had already been sold. For a person to message me and tell me what I "should" do next time, in such a condescending tone, is completely unacceptable. I am allowed to do whatever I would like on my own telephone -- I pay the bill. I was shocked that instead of approaching the situation with professionalism or understanding, I was spoken down to as if I had done something wrong. This is how your staff feels it's appropriate to treat people who are considering purchasing a vehicle from you. I am genuinely appalled by this interaction and will never recommend or shop at your dealership.

I was planning to buy a car here, but there were no available parking spots for customers. Poor management ended up costing you my business.

I asked what she was talking about, as nothing had been recommended, and if I'd known about it, I would have had it done when the car was there. She told me it was in the report that had been given to me. I went through that report, page by page. There's even a section for recommendations, and this was not mentioned anywhere. I told her that. I also told her that 2 of the things that had been done were done incorrectly and I'd had to bring the car back to have those things done correctly. She said she'd speak to the manager and see how they could make things right. This morning she texted to say that my service advisor said he HAD told me about the cat studs, but that it wasn't an emergency to take care of them. A complete lie. So I take back all the great things I'd previously said about him, and would advise against going to Bernardi Honda for any type of service. They are dishonest, and I HATE being lied to. ------------ I drive a 2017 Acura RDX. A few days ago, I received a text from a Bernardi AI Bot named "Pam," telling me I could get $75 off any service or maintenance at Bernardi Honda. I needed a few things done, so I scheduled an appointment for the same day. David was my Service Advisor, and I can't say enough great things about him. A bit of a shmoozer, but extremely nice and informative. As it turned out, the car needed quite a bit more work than I had anticipated, and had to leave the car overnight. They would have been willing to send me to Enterprise in an Uber to provide me with a rental at no charge, but I asked if they could just send me home in an Uber (10 minutes away). They did that, and also had Uber pick me up the next day when the car was ready. So that was a great convenience. Here's what I needed: Scheduled maintenance, 2 new tires with balance and alignment, new windshield wipers (front and back), and it turned out I had an oil leak, so that needed to be repaired. When all was said and done, I paid them nearly $4,000 - but it's okay. I know the dealership will do the work correctly.... or so I thought. Yesterday was my first time going any distance (I had picked up the car the day before). First, the steering wheel was pulling to the left, so something was wonky with the alignment. Second, 10 minutes into my drive, the "Check Emission System" light came on. When I got home, I tried calling David, but it was his day off. He called me back first thing this morning and told me I could return with the car at any time and they would take care of it. I brought the car in this afternoon, and David greeted me as soon as I arrived. I waited in the waiting area, he updated me along the way, and about an hour and a half later, everything was done. The "Check Emission System" light was on because, in replacing the oil pan, they had to loosen the O2 sensor, and hadn't tightened it enough afterwards. They tightened it today. They ran a diagnostic and found the alignment was indeed slightly off, and they fixed that. It was really annoying to me that I would have had to return to have these 2 things fixed. They should have been checked before the car was returned to me. And since they weren't, I had to return. After this experience, I'm not sure I would return to Bernardi Honda for service. The saving grace was David, who would have bent over backwards to make me happy, but the service technicians need to be more thorough.

More detail:  I was in for service on 5/15 at Bernardi Volvo. They found a nail in the front right tire, and repaired it with a plug.  It developed a slow leak about two weeks ago, so the repair lasted about 2-2.5 months.  I took it in to Sullivan Tire, which is much closer to my house than Natick, and they found that the leak is coming from around the plug. They also informed me that a plug is only a temporary fix - instead, a patch should have been used to perform the repair.  A patch will last the lifespan of the tire, whereas a plug is only ever intended to be temporary.  I had to replace the tire (a $300+ fix) when a $30-$50 patch back in May would have fixed the tire permanently.  I am disappointed that Bernardi Volvo did not recommend a patch to me initially to preserve my tire, and I am also disappointed that when I called Bernardi, they refused to cover the cost of a replacement tire.  I want to trust that the shop I take my car to for repairs will recommend the right fixes, and it is clear that Bernardi Volvo did not do that, nor did they offer to fix the mistake when I spoke with the service manager.

A late 2024/2025 class action settlement has since confirmed this is a known defect, not a maintenance issue. The settlement extends warranty coverage and mandates one (1) free sunroof drain cleaning per year for ten (10) years from the date the vehicle was first placed in service -- clearly acknowledging Porsche's responsibility. When I followed up recently, Service Manager John Eric was dismissive and either unaware -- or indifferent -- to the court-ordered terms. But what is concerning was the smell of cannabis I got when speaking with her. She couldn't answer some of my questions and the interaction felt somewhat short and dismissive. I wanted to just inform the manager and to my surprise there is ANOTHER new manager making the third in less than a year. I tried to find my sales person who my husband and I have bought multiple cars from and always helped with any of our issues and turns out he is no longer there either. I asked to speak with a technician, Michael who always helps explain some of my car concerns and also he is no.longer there. Not sure why there is so much employee turn around especially with staff that were always spectacular. My previous advisor was Michael H and the manager Aya was truly amazing, neither of which are there anymore either. Before that we were going through David. Recently I came to find out that the "sunroof drain cleaning" that I paid for is covered under some kind of extended warranty that the advisor is supposed to check. I tried calling a few times to speak with my advisor and received no answer at all. I drove from Boston to Natick as my husband and I have always been customers but finding out many employees whom we had a relationship with are no longer there coupled with my most recent visit we won't be returning. Also come to find out Porsche Westwood is slightly less expensive and more convenient to get to from Boston. I'd warn anyone who services there car here to be weary.

It ended up being wiring that I had replaced but it still hasn't been completely fixed. The mechanics couldn't figure it out. Fast forward to now December 4, 2025. My car since the weather has turned colder barely starts. I have to literally will it to start lol (which sounds weird to the unknowing but actually works). Note at bottom for how to do this :) I did this in order to get it to start so I could drive to this Autozone before the mechanics. - My friend had checked my battery and it came back low for a newer purchase. I was greeted by Evan who immediately pulled up my account and warranty for my battery, asked if I wanted to replace it. He then said he could run tests to make sure it wasn't the alternator or something else causing the battery to drain. Upon his inspection, and my car then not starting for him, he found that the battery connection was actually loose around the (two circle things? haha) He explained that this needs to be flush in order for a smooth electrical connection. He adjusted it and suddenly it started smoothly. He then suggested adding a small component that makes this circuit more snug so I wouldn't have to worry about it coming loose again. Less than five dollars spent, great conversation with a great person and my car fixed. Thank you so much again Evan! I probably could've said this in shorter review however, anyone who might have a problem starting their car or lights on, it could just be a simple wiring issue or this, so don't panic and assume the worst.
