Advertised price on their website WITHOUT the BS "$5000 market correction"
Mass A.

Price gouging is all the rage these days with some dealers deciding to take advantage of the chip shortage by charging thousands over MSRP. Metrowest is one such disgusting dealer. We inquired online about a Subaru Wilderness, made an appointment, and drove an hour for a test drive. The vehicle was advertised on their website and Autotrader for $40,888, which is the MSRP. When we arrived there was a hand written note that read "Market Correction +$5000 $45,888." You have every right to sell your vehicles for thousands over MSRP and fleece your loyal customers. But guess what Metrowest? You DONT have the right to advertise one price which will not be honored in person. I'm sending a letter and photos to the states Consumer Affairs Office and lodging a formal complaint. I'm also writing Subaru directly to let them know they've lost a lifelong customer. Disgusting.

Everything ! But mostly VJ ! He is condescending to employees. Under qualified to be a general manager. A yes man to the owner.

"Best car buying experience so far." I purchased a new 2015 Subaru WRX from my sales guy Josh Geller in May 2015.

Smart staff Knowledgeable honest…read more They research every system of the car you are looking to purchase so it survives long term We bought a Honda CRV with 100,000 miles on it and she is still rolling with 318,000

NAC charged us around 4 hours of labor to reconnect a wire that goes to a temperature sensor, claiming the wire was chewed by an animal. Once we started driving upon picking up the car - which was supposed to be repaired, we noticed the Check Engine light was still on. We thought NAC must have forgotten to reset the car computer after fixing the broken wire. We weren't worried because NAC told us there is an one year warranty, and we didn't have a chance to go back there immediately due to the holiday season. We didn't plan to use the car much anyway. We brought the car back in January. NAC claimed that it was the same exact wire that was chewed again by an animal, and this time charged us near 2 hours of labor, and changed the wire connector. It is noticeable that they didn't change the wire connector the first time. Their claim about animal chewing the wire is extremely bizarre, because the car has been parked on the driveway of a house in an affluent Boston suburb neighborhood, in December-January where outdoor animal activities are limited due to the cold weather. When we complained about the charge for the second repair - which should be under warranty, they don't recognize that they didn't properly fix the wiring issue the first time. Instead, we were accused of lying about the Check Engine light never being turned off. We are concerned about Natick Auto Clinic's commitment to quality workmanship and honesty in business practice.
