Honestly, if this was the case, it looks like they've made some major changes to their process because my experience this past week was nothing but perfect. We purchased a 2016 Ford Focus from another dealer in January of this year. The car had 16K miles on it and was perfect. Everything was like new and the car drove flawlessly during it's test drive. After a few months, my daughter complained to me about the car "stuttering" as she would take off from a dead stop. I took the car for a ride and experienced it for myself. Needless to say, I was not happy that my almost new car was experiencing transmission problems so early in the game. So I contact the dealer I bought the car from and they proceed to tell me that "it's normal for that transmission to do that" without even taking the car for a ride! I was floored. I then called another dealer close to home who tells me the same thing over the phone without even seeing the car! As you can imagine, I was not happy and actually considered trading in the car! But, how could I do that with a transmission that skipped? A friend of mine at work then told me about Framingham Ford and the good experience he had with them. He also referred me to two other coworkers that bought cars from them as well and we re very satisfied with their service. The best part about it is that they're located literally 10 minutes from work! So I called. My call was forwarded to Dave Vantre in Service. I explained to Dave what was going on and what the other dealers said and he agreed that something is not right with the car. I explained to him that the car is my daughters and she needs tit to commute back and forth to school. He then schedules me for the very next day after a cancellation. I dropped the car off on Monday afternoon, Dave confirmed the warranty and told me it should be ready tomorrow. And as planned, Dave called me to tell me that the car was fixed and that the entire repair was under warranty. He was also kind enough to point out uneven tire wear due to an alignment issue that I approved to repair. Total bill was $89! And the car drives like new with almost no affect on our family schedule. Thank you Dave and Framingham Ford for an absolutely great service experience! Took my Mustang Shelby GT350 in for service at McGovern Ford Framingham (formerly Framingham Ford)…read morefor an oil change and state inspection on May 23, 2026. Good: The oil change seems fine. Bad: While my car was getting inspected, I saw a service tech (not the inspector) run their bare right hand over the hood of my car as they walked by it. Ugly: The oil change was nearly $380 before taxes: 225.30 - 10 quarts of oil 87.71 - oil filter (KR3Z-6731-A) 40.83 - labor 25.45 - disposal fee ====== $379.29 The same oil change at this location in May 2024 was nearly $290 before taxes: $166.60 - oil 73.09 - filter (KR3Z-6731-A) 29.95 - labor 19.38 - disposal fee ====== $289.02 The multi-point inspection from the McGovern Ford service tech showed all 4 tires with a tread depth of 3/32". The inspector at the McGovern state inspection failed the tires even though the Massachusetts minimum is 2/32". The reason given was "All 4 tires below 3/32nd" (see image). Code of Mass Regulations states that a certificate of rejection shall be given if "tread depth gauge reveals less than 2/32 inch of tread depth"...not 3/32 inch. I was then given a quote for new tires and an alignment by McGovern Ford (see image): 2,546.48 - mount + balance 4 TIRES 179.95 - wheel alignment I feel the McGovern inspector intentionally failed the tires in order for McGovern Ford to sell overpriced tires and additional services to me. I went to a different inspection station that understands performance tires and cars 3 days later on May 26. It passed inspection. The inspector there pointed out tread depth is 3/32 and above the tire wear indicators bars. The car (including the tires) passed per RMV 540 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulations), § 4.04 - Procedures for Inspection of Non-commercial Motor Vehicles

I originally went in first to checkout a truck while he was at work and the sales person came back after his shift ended to show my boyfriend the truck. We had been looking for a while and this particular truck hit all the marks and some and I knew it was it. My boyfriend fell in love with the truck and decided to purchase it. A couple employees stayed late to help us out which was nice but it wasn't the most friendly experience we've ever had when buying something for a lot of money. This was all done on a Wednesday and we were told we'd get the truck Monday. We drove and hour to give money on Sunday so we could pick up the truck Monday. We couldn't pick up the truck on Monday. Disappointed we called our bank to see why the loan hadn't gone through and they said they didn't receive the paperwork until Saturday even though we filled everything out Wednesday? So annoyed at this point we had to wait and extra two days. We also had to get the plates ourself and ended up at the wrong RMV. Natick does not do plates so don't go there. Once we got the plates we were in out with the truck in under 15 minutes. It's clear they sell many cars monthly which is awesome for them but the overall experience was more stressful than it should have been. This isn't your typical dealership where you are catered to and made sure you are happy with your purchase like the big dealerships. I guess you can justify the price for the experience because their prices are just to good and hard to beat. My boyfriend loves his truck and it is very nice but there were times in the process he was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the overall process. Come here for the prices and the quality of the vehicles because they are worth it. Just be prepared not to be blown away with customer service but for sure with the ticket price!

Drove from Maine to Mass to look at what looked like a decent low mile Suburban. Looked decent at first but after a test drive, I did an in depth look around the vehicle. They let me test drive it without any air intake on it. Wide open throttle body. Leaking transmission lines. Many scratches that could be buffed out. Breaks were squeaky so I mentioned that. I noted all of these issues as well as the interior being filthy. Also noted a slight lifter tick but that wasn't overly concerning as it only had 87k on it. They said they would address all of these things. Thankfully they did put the air intake back on. They cleaned the transmission line. Not replaced. So it's been leaking since we got it. No interior detailing done at all. Had to do the breaks within a year of purchase. They never did them. They buffed the exterior but it was poorly done. Buff marks everywhere and none of the scratches were addressed and the clear coat on the hood was clearly lacking or missing entirely because my hood began to fade within a year. Now for the best part. Went to use to warranty for the AC which went out after a year and should have been covered. Direct Auto never filed the paperwork. And after calling over 10 times and fighting with the warranty company as well, I filed with the BBB and Direct Auto never responded. We paid almost 4k for this warranty and never got to use it Even though we needed it. Now at only 137k on a typically reliable engine, the crank and rear main seals have gone out on it and it's running rough despite proper regular maintenance. Absolutely never buy from them. We are upside down by alot. Also I found our trade in about a week later listed for twice what they gave us! A %100 mark up and they refused to budge on their price and refused to give us any of the trade in value in cash. You've been warned.
