Dont buy the over priced extended warranty and honestly don't buy from them at all. Checked to see if they were still in business as we are getting ready to trade in the over priced turd they sold us. Unfortunately they are still scamming people. Drove from Maine to Mass to look at what looked like a decent low mile Suburban. Looked decent at first but after a test drive, I did an in depth look around the vehicle. They let me test drive it without any air intake on it. Wide open throttle body. Leaking transmission lines. Many scratches that could be buffed out. Breaks were squeaky so I mentioned that. I noted all of these issues as well as the interior being filthy. Also noted a slight lifter tick but that wasn't overly concerning as it only had 87k on it. They said they would address all of these things. Thankfully they did put the air intake back on. They cleaned the transmission line. Not replaced. So it's been leaking since we got it. No interior detailing done at all. Had to do the breaks within a year of purchase. They never did them. They buffed the exterior but it was poorly done. Buff marks everywhere and none of the scratches were addressed and the clear coat on the hood was clearly lacking or missing entirely because my hood began to fade within a year. Now for the best part. Went to use to warranty for the AC which went out after a year and should have been covered. Direct Auto never filed the paperwork. And after calling over 10 times and fighting with the warranty company as well, I filed with the BBB and Direct Auto never responded. We paid almost 4k for this warranty and never got to use it Even though we needed it. Now at only 137k on a typically reliable engine, the crank and rear main seals have gone out on it and it's running rough despite proper regular maintenance. Absolutely never buy from them. We are upside down by alot. Also I found our trade in about a week later listed for twice what they gave us! A %100 mark up and they refused to budge on their price and refused to give us any of the trade in value in cash. You've been warned. read more

Finally had time to stop by - inside no one had any idea. They took a look at the car, gave some attitude and said that will call me back with the price. Of course they didn't. Next day when I followed up over text - they couldn't figure out who actually saw the car. After multiple back and forths they came back with the lowest offer I've seen. I walked in and Daniel was very helpful from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I actually went as far as to sign the papers and plan on purchasing a car. When I discovered that their finance was off kilter and their deliver schedule absurd, I called them to inquire. I was actually told that "I was going to help you get your car sooner. since you are calling here and disrespecting me by questioning how we do things I have no desire to help you" Good. When I first walked in the door I was surprised. This small dealership was not the place I was expecting to buy my $32,000 BMW, but I was immediately corrected on my opinion. I was swiftly greeted by a young saleswoman named Angie. She sat us down, did a quick review on the vehicle I wanted to see, grabbed my license, and off we went for a drive. I was impressed by the vehicle, the pictures didn't do it much justice, but it was immaculate, you'd swear it was just out of the factory in Germany. It drove great, handled perfect, and was the exact vehicle I was looking for. The only downside is there was a light on for the windshield wipers malfunctioning. After the drive, Angie took us in and discussed all of our options for financing the vehicle. We then sat with the finance manager. He ended up getting us an amazing rate of 1.29% with the down payment we wanted. It was unbelievable. Angie informed me they would be sending the vehicle to BMW for the windshield wiper malfunction and would keep me updated. They sent the vehicle there the next day. The following day BMW still had the vehicle, I assumed there was a back up. and the third day it was back at Direct Auto. I then picked up the vehicle the following day. Yani at the Service depart is very unprofessional and don't even want to hear the full story of what is wrong going on at the customer's end. I bought 2016 BMW X1 back on January 2020. I had my first service done at the dealer on July and they found out I had to replace the front brake and rotor because it was vibrating while braking in the higher speed. They told me who ever the previous owner of my vehicle had aftermarket front brake and rotor installed which I wasn't aware of it, and dealer failed to inspect it before selling it to me. I said OK fine go ahead and replace it. They charged me around $390 total. The same day while I was driving it back home I started hearing sound while braking. I called them back and even went to dealer but they told me "the sound is coming because it is a brand new rotor and brake pad; keep driving it for month or over 1000 miles and it will go away, if not come back and will take a look at it." Now it is September, I just drove 1000 miles since the new brake installed and I still get the same sound. Today I called the dealer and Yani at the service depart keep saying they will have to charge me for diagnose fees otherwise who is going to pay his mechanic. This dealer is full of surprises which you will only know on later days. First they will say one thing and once they ripped of the customer's money, they will damn care about their customer's issue. I am due a warranty refund from my car. Went into the store on March 17 and was told I would receive a refund within a couple of weeks. 10 weeks has almost passed and I have received zero. I have sent multiple emails and have had no response. It's funny when you are looking to purchase a car they constantly communicate and follow up with you, however when trying to receive a refund there is zero communication. The night I went home I realized They added $1498 for the installation of a remote start ($599)and for cleaning the sienna and giving a supposed treatment to the leather seats($899). According to them a "FAVOR" for $ 1498 that when I realize they are rude and I can not do anything because I had already filmed. Never again! the sienna was never clean and stained and dirty everywhere without speaking that even needles had. Of course I claim with papers in hand and the manager there asked to be cleaned back are $ 1498 what the fuck is it ??? Also the Sienna needed several jobs and it was headaches. The windshield had a crack and they promised that they would change that but now they want me to call my own insurance to fix it? Having bought it like this, REALLY?? who installed the remote star broke the driver side low cover and they said it was replaced but they really put glue on it and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed but everything is false promises. I would love to upload pictures so you can see how super professional they are putting glue on a piece that they broke and needs to be replaced. I do not believe in any of them they are liars and they do not fix anything. Long time waiting and still nothing! The brakes? and the shaking of the steering wheel? for them everything normal until someone there finally change the pads but for security I will look for second opinions. Expectedly early the next morning I received a reply stating the vehicle was available and asking when I could come in. I then began to research the dealership and found what is listed here. Mainly 1 star reviews talking about shady business and several reports of missing titles, etc. I replied and politely referenced my concerns about the dealership as their online reputation speaks for itself (title issues, etc). I also asked if this vehicle had a title issue and asked that my time not be wasted. Never received a reply. Sent a second email asking if they got my first, no reply. I would stay away. We just bought a car due to the sticker price being pretty good... after we test drove and liked the car (which took only about 20 minutes) we find out they don't even have the title. Let's start with the website is well organized and each car has many many pictures. All cars also come with car fax which is always a plus. The cars they have are all nice and priced very well which is why my boyfriend decided to purchase his truck here. I originally went in first to checkout a truck while he was at work and the sales person came back after his shift ended to show my boyfriend the truck. We had been looking for a while and this particular truck hit all the marks and some and I knew it was it. My boyfriend fell in love with the truck and decided to purchase it. A couple employees stayed late to help us out which was nice but it wasn't the most friendly experience we've ever had when buying something for a lot of money. This was all done on a Wednesday and we were told we'd get the truck Monday. We drove and hour to give money on Sunday so we could pick up the truck Monday. We couldn't pick up the truck on Monday. Disappointed we called our bank to see why the loan hadn't gone through and they said they didn't receive the paperwork until Saturday even though we filled everything out Wednesday? So annoyed at this point we had to wait and extra two days. We also had to get the plates ourself and ended up at the wrong RMV. Natick does not do plates so don't go there. Once we got the plates we were in out with the truck in under 15 minutes. It's clear they sell many cars monthly which is awesome for them but the overall experience was more stressful than it should have been. This isn't your typical dealership where you are catered to and made sure you are happy with your purchase like the big dealerships. I guess you can justify the price for the experience because their prices are just to good and hard to beat. My boyfriend loves his truck and it is very nice but there were times in the process he was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the overall process. Come here for the prices and the quality of the vehicles because they are worth it. Just be prepared not to be blown away with customer service but for sure with the ticket price! read more

My $43K truck paint was pretty much ruined with a quick "full detail" that I had to wait 5 hours for.... when I went back to the dealership 3 hours later to pick it up, it was still sitting in the lot waiting to get done. BUYER BEWARE!!!! We found a vehicle that we liked at this location and drove over an hour to get there in rush hour traffic only to be insulted with their trade in offer. I did my research on Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, Cars.com, NADA and Black Book for what the trade in should be. I took the average from these 5 services (which I'm told they don't use, I guess they are different than the rest of the car dealerships in the country) and came up with a reasonable average between all of them based on my vehicle in fair condition. The number I came up with was $8250. They offered me $5000!!! The same make, model and year in the same (of slightly worse) condition are selling between $12-13,000 online. ROBBERY! The funny thing is that I have received FIVE (5) trade in offers from ACTUAL dealerships like Ford and VW and all of them were between $8000-$8500. I'm not expecting any super deal, I was only expecting a fair deal where everybody wins. I know you aren't going to give me the $12-13,000 that you can sell my vehicle for but there should be some sort of mutually agreeable price where you don't feel like you are being taken advantage of. This organization does not care about your happiness at all. If you are going to do business with them make sure you do your homework... *** Use Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, Cars.com, NADA and Black Book (which are industry standard) and find out what your vehicle is worth before you go in. *** Make sure you know what your trade in is selling at in the area to figure out what their profit margin would be on your trade. *** Make sure you do your homework on the vehicle you are buying on these same websites. After inquiring about whether or not the vehicle would be ready on the 5th day I was met with absolute silence from my sales person Paulo A. After being ignored for nearly 2 days I was ready to call a lawyer when I was contacted by Reggie (General Manager) and told that the vehicle was accidentally brought to the auction yard and it would be another 3 days until the vehicle could be delivered. On the new day of delivery I had my phone calls and texts ignored until I was contacted with short notice to come pick up my vehicle. Once I took possession of the vehicle the front windshield began leaking after the first rain and I am now 10 days into a discussion with them regarding how to resolve this. ATTENTION Car Buyers, I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. They fail to provide satisfactory service in MULTIPLE areas. Here are some examples: I have made over 35 phone calls and spent hours of my time trying to build a customer/dealership relationship over the past 3+ weeks. I have spoke to Jackie, Maria, Andressa and many more. We talked about Veteran financing, Carfax, Price negotiation, scheduling, payments, price comparison, etc. My gut instinct during this process was this business lacked consistency and customer service. there were price differences between departments, failed to return phone calls multiple times, at times they thought the vehicle was sold, no continuity between employees about sale information, referred to "manager" many times only to be disconnected, etc. During this time, I was interested in 1 specific vehicle they had. Due to my schedule and location. (Military, Vermont) I could not make the 3.5+ trip to Mass until a certain date. So I got the financing on my end complete, ready to make a purchase and confirmed an Appointment for Sunday the 29th of January 2017 at 1200hrs. Mind you, this business does not take down payments so, call me crazy, but based off good faith, customer service and the word of a scheduled appointment, I thought I was good to go. Mind you, I have spent weeks building for this sale, knowing the whole time the vehicle could be sold. I was told I was on a "PRIORITY notification list" and any changes to price or vehicle status would be relayed to me. ZERO followthrough. Sunday. 29 Jan 2017 at 1045 hrs. I am driving to Mass. 2+ hours into my trip, and receive a phone call saying the vehicle was sold yesterday. (28 Jan) Then they asked me If there were any other vehicles I wanted to buy. Just like that. 5 hours of driving and nearing $100 in gasoline wasted. I was then told they would try to make it up to me, and I believed in giving them a second chance. They said they would talk to the "Manager" and try to locate a similar vehicle for a similar price. So here I am again, waiting for a return phone call from the "Manager" Zero phone call, in fact I called and asked to speak to a manager the day after. (30 Jan 2017) He immediately told me it was just business and there was nothing he was going to do. Best of all, he finished up the conversation by using the quote, "Suck it up and go find another vehicle."
