So where do I start with this nightmare, on May 2nd 2020, I inquired about a 2011 Audi A8L, I talked to Paulo Amorim, he told me the car was in perfect condition and needed nothing, I told him I wanted to purchase the vehicle paying cash, and I needed the vehicle shipped to Maryland paid at my own expense , he said no problem, all he need is a $500 deposit that day, and the balance paid though wire transfer on Monday (May 4th) and the car will be shipped Tuesday (May 5th) so I paid the deposit and the wire, and on Tuesday I heard nothing back from Paulo, I called him 3 times for him to say I been busy all day with customers, I'll call you back by the end of the day (as if I wasn't a customer) , I already knew the car wasn't getting shipped that day, but of course I never talked to him again, so Wednesday morning (May 6th) I called Paulo and guess what? He blocked my number, How disrespectful and unprofessional, so I calls the dealership and talked to another Paul H., he told me that the reason the car couldn't ship was because they needed a couple days to prepare the car, inspection, oil change, detailed, etc but Paulo Amorim told me the car needed nothing and that everything was done, and besides that I put a deposit down on Saturday and paid the balance on Monday, so y'all had more than a couple days to prepare the car, so Paul H said he'll check on the car and call me back by the end of the day, and of course neither did he call back, so now it's Thursday (May 7th) I call the dealership and speaks to Paul H again. and he tells me the car is ready and will be shipped out Monday, that's unacceptable because that's not what I was told in the beginning, so I offered to send my own transporter, then he says that's fine but the car won't be ready till 4pm....wait you just said the car was ready, then he says just wait we'll deliver the car tomorrow and we'll pay the shipping cost as a gift for all you been through with this car deal, I'll call you back by the end of the day, and of course that never happened, at this point I'm totally convinced it's something wrong with this car, So Friday morning (May 8th) I get a text from a lady (she says she's over top of both Paul's), saying they're trying to schedule my delivery but they can't for some unknown reason, so I called my own transporter to pick up the car and have the dealership to pay for it, but Paul H said they can't do that, but he just told me that yesterday, so I paid for the shipping charges, car was picked up that day and was delivered Saturday morning (May 9th) and I must say the car is gorgeous, but when the transporter started the car I noticed white smoked coming from the tail pipes, and a burning oil smell, I raised the hood the smell got stronger and smoke coming from the left side of the motor, I checked the oil and it's reading 30%, but how if they just changed the oil, not only that the floor mats are missing and there's no title, how am I supposed to get tags and put the car in my name, so I texted the lady back she said the title will be mailed out because they didn't wanna lose it, and said the oil change was just done, but basically ignored my other questions about the car, why is the car leaking oil? Why is smoke coming from the motor and tail pipe? .....I noticed all this within 5 mins of the car being with me , so I'm sure they noticed as well but still decided to sell the car, but of course no one reached out to me, and I'm sure it's something else wrong with it just haven't had the chance to drive it yet smh, I know the car is used and minor issues are expected, but not nothing major like a engine oil leak........Please be aware of buying from this dealership as it was a nightmare for me read more

Horrible experience! I totaled my car and need to buy a car as soon as possible. I scheduled an appointment for 12 p.m. on a Sunday. At 11am, Claudia, a sales associate, calls to confirm the appointment. Drove 1hr 15 minutes to get there. Once I arrived I observe that they put their big company logo stickers on all their cars which is a complete turnoff. But that's besides the point. I check in with the reception and let them know I was there for a 12pm appointment. After 10 minutes I told the guy at the reception that if Claudia was not available I would work with anyone else. At 12:30, a man comes to tell me that all the appointments came in late and that all the sales associates were busy. So I am on time for my appointment, but because other people are late I am penalized for it? After waiting 45 minutes, I told a group of 5 sales associates that were chatting it up that I was leaving. A sales associate said, "I was just going to help you." No thanks! Wholly unprofessional sales scam. The definition of "used car salesman." My husband and I were thrilled to find that they had the car we'd been looking for -a truck, couple years used, low mileage, and a fair price. We spoke with the business development folks all day, agreed to a price, and my husband left work early with our check book to purchase the car. It was a hike for us to get to Framingham, but the team assured that they would get to our price, which was made explicitly clear, and that we could test drive the vehicle. My husband arrived on time and we were completely shocked to see that the truck was nowhere to be found. Moreover, the people we had been speaking with all day were not actual sales people, but receptionists who made serious claims to get us to the dealership. The staff present at our arrival could not find the truck or honor the deal we had that cleared with Greg, the "manager" (if he is really the manager). We were stuck an hour away from home with nothing. To make matters worse, the staff there that night said that deal promised was unrealistic and never would have been approved by the owner. They promised to call us back the next morning with a solution, and to look at the calls and emails from the team members who had lied to us... but they never followed up or made things right. This place is why used car salesman have a bad wrap. We don't know if the truck ever existed and we wasted an entire day of work negotiating and a trip to Framingham in rush hour. Stay away from this place..I've delayed this for 2 years writing because I don't want to relive the aggravation. This place is horrible. At the time I purchased my car, I had no means to pick it up, which I figured would be no problem since they said it would be delivered to me. They cancelled the first two scheduled times to deliver the car..but never told me. Just simply didn't deliver. Apparently this is so common they don't feel an apology is in order for this kind of thing, just another day in the office for them. It took 2 weeks and a ridiculous amount of phone calls (and getting hung up on) before I finally got my car. I was given every reason in the book for why they felt failing to deliver was justified. Among these was that I live " far away" (52 mins away), and at one point was told that I needed to be a little more realistic in expecting that someone would want to deliver my car when there was a red sox game on that night. These people are sociopaths, I'm pretty sure you get a job there as long as you can fail a personality test. When I mentioned involving the better business bureau, the response on the other line was a hearty laugh. This is the worst experience I've ever had with buying anything, every, and the risk you run doing business with this place is they could care less about their reputation. A month later, the salesman called me, asking me to recommend him to friends because as Dominicans, we have to "look out for each other." I went to test drive a car there. They didn't take me seriously and they also sent a sales guy out on a test drive with me who has NO license himself. Talk about shady. Back in the office this sales guy had no clue how to even begin talking to me about going about selling me the car. He brought over his manager who then assumed I only came in to buy the car for the price it was at. He was not very nice and was just trying to get me out of the office. I bought a car there almost 10yrs ago and had a much better experience. I was treated with respect and taken seriously. This time I was treated awful and was spoken to very rudely. I believe they treated me this way as I am a woman who was dressed in yoga pants. But little do they know I do all the buying of cars in my family and make the decisions. Buyer Beware would be an understatement. I called Direct Auto Mall after spending weeks searching for the perfect cargo van for our successful business. It was a lightly used van with a clean Carfax. The only slight snag was that there was a rack mounted in the back of the van. I was a bit leery of making an appointment with DAM because depending on where you search for reviews, there is a very wide difference; some sites list it as 4 stars, some don't even list it at 2. But it had the vehicle we had been searching for. I called on a Monday and asked for an appointment on Thursday. I explained clearly that we would be coming from two hours north with our equipment, and asked if it were possible for them to take the rack out so that we could assure that everything would fit in the back before purchasing. The woman I spoke to told me that was no problem; they do that sort of thing all the time. I thanked her and hung up. On Wednesday, I received an email confirming my appointment, and soon after, received a phone call. I confirmed my appointment over the phone with another woman, and again wanted to confirm that the rack would be out of the van, so we could assure that our equipment would fit. She assured me that it was no problem, and that she would make a note of it in my file. That concerned me, because if she were writing the note for the first time, then shouldn't the woman I made the appointment with have done that in the first place? The next morning, my business partner asked me to call one more time before we left to be sure that the rack would be out of the back before we made the two hour drive. This woman told me she would look into it and make sure they had it done. That was also concerning, as we were now two hours before our appointment, but we thought even if they hadn't done it, they had the time to get it in. When we arrived, we were immediately put off by the vibe of the place. The dealership is in very poor shape, and smelled strongly like body odor. Several of the sales people were texting, and looked miserable. We waited for a few minutes before a woman named Angie took us to her desk. She pulled up our file and reviewed the listing (they had us listed as buying it for personal use, although we made it clear it was for business purposes; had we gone through with the sale, that would have greatly negatively affected the warranty we would have received on the vehicle). We asked to see it and they pulled it up to the front. We said we were going to pull our trailer around to load the equipment into it. My business partner confirmed that the rack was taken out for us to do this; Angie said, "No it isn't. If you want that taken out, it will take about 2 hours." At this point, we were both incredibly frustrated. We had driven two hours and confirmed three times with several people to ensure that this would not happen. We told them that if they wanted to salvage the sale (it was the last day of the month, so you'd think they would be), they had thirty minutes to get the rack out of the van or we were leaving. The manager came over in an attempt to quiet us, but we would have none of it; we made it clear to him the issue, and he responded with, "we can't take anything out of that vehicle unless you pay for it. That means it needs servicing. Do you intend to pay for it?" We were livid. We told him we absolutely would NOT be paying for it, as 1) we were NEVER told that by any of the individuals we had spoken to, and 2) we were either not told because none of the people we had spoken to actually know how anything is run at their establishment, OR that we had deliberately been lied to in order to get us there and try to scam more money out of us to make their sale. I asked how much money it would cost (intending to ask them to pay it themselves if they still wanted to move the van from their lot, as it was their issue, not ours), and he said it would be $200, but they they couldn't get it out today anyway, as we would have to make an appointment! At this point, we were thoroughly disgusted and left. They made no intention of making it right. They are looking to make a quick buck, and it shows in the condition of their building, the demeanor of their workers, and the service of their sales team, if you can call them one. We were not looking for a quick and dirty cheap deal. We would have done what we needed to to walk away with a safe, quality vehicle. We had the money to invest, but it's the quality of the sale that makes most customers sign on the dotted line. I sent an online inquiry late Thursday night. On Friday morning, I received 6 (SIX!) hang up phone calls from your office, all within a 5 minute time frame! My phone kept going off during a meeting and instead of leaving a message, they just kept hanging up and calling back. The calls did not stop until I excused myself from the meeting and answered with: "Who the hell is this?!" at which point they hung up, again. The same behavior replayed itself on Saturday morning with repeating phone calls and no message. This time I answered with: "I want you people to stop calling me!"; again, the caller hung up. I don't know what type of salespeople you have there but I know I don't want to deal with that foolishness. Salesmen was friendly but sold me snake oil. We purchased a 2015 town and country back in August 2017 within 2 days we were back at the dealer fixing an electrical issue and bulb replacement for headlights. Next day gps unit stopped working...needed to be replaced.....2 months later trim began actually falling off the vehicle...a secondary dealer...refused to go back to original said trim wasn't secured correctly. 6 months later needed to replace entire gas tank and sensor...a hole was found...rusted...year later realised none of the usb or power ports in rear were functional. Secondary dealer also informed me that bumper was a replacement and vehicle had sustained damage and that was why fender was replaced...during trade in because we couldn't deal with the van any longer was discovered exterior panels missing plastic screws that secure rear fender and side panel. Initial experience was good prices were moderate in compared to every other price on trucar.com However , Lack of communication from sales people and managers and everyone in general is just one of the reasons i would discourage people from buying here I purchased I picked up this vehicle September 15 (had a passenger mirror cover missing which was suppose be ordered in and put on before i picked it up) they claimed they received the wrong side and claimed once it came in the next day they would send it out. needless to say its the 17th of October and no mirror cover and the sales rep stopped communicating completely . Called the sales manager Tuesday October 13th to address the issue and asked to be called back in the next day or so to be informed what happened. and no calls . I guess I will have to purchase a mirror cover that was suppose to be on the vehicle I also had to get my tires re balanced do to shaking at 65+ and the van came with 3 different tires ( which seems pretty unprofessional in my opinion ) stay clear of this place , not worth the hassle!!!! read more

The salesman showed us another car that we were interested in but said it's not there yet, told us to put down a deposit in order for him to go get it here for us to test drive. He said it should take no less than two hours. Promised that he will call us before the day end. A day later still no call, so we went to the place. They promised us another day. Another day went by, you get the drift... We were fed up after countless empty promises so we wanted out deposit back. The inside f the car was dirty and the inside had pieces sitting on the floor (ie the seat buckle among other things). When the sales guy called the office to tell them we broke down on the side of the road they told him we had to wait! An hour later we were still sitting on the side of the road!! When the cars are taken for tesy drives the company takes their sales person's cell phone so the guy had to use my phone to keep calling the office. It took more than an hour and 5 phone calls later before management thought they should pick us up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! About what you'd expect from a used car dealership. Very busy room and getting things resolved took a while. The selection is good and prices are low and overall you'll get a good deal. It's just typical salesmen stuff and shady claims. Bought our car, had to go back a week later cause there was a problem with a tire and within a year have to replace the tires altogether due to wear. Clearly they didn't place brand new tires on the car as they indicated. Stuff like that. I'd shop there again as the overall quality to price is good but just know you'll get the same sales tactics as you'd expect anywhere else. read more

This has been BY FAR the worst car buying experience of my life. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Its been a week since I bought my vehicle and I just went to register it for the second time, because the first time the window tint was too dark ( which was never disclosed in the sale) and the second time, I found out the car was NOT EVEN REGISTERED. You have one week with a temporary registration and now that time is up and the car remains unregistered. I have never in my life asked to speak with a manager and have had to do so twice with this dealership. I am honestly embarrassed to say I bought a car from them and will NEVER refer anyone to this place. I am embarrassed for this establishment as a whole.
