On my way home from buying a Nissan Juke at MetroWest Auto Sales, I hit stop-and-go traffic, and the car stalled. Repeatedly. It had to be put in park in order to restart, so it was scary, being at risk of getting rear-ended. This wasn't the sort of problem that would have caused the car to fail inspection, but it was dangerous, and it needed to be fixed. I figured it was my car now, and my problem. But MetroWest actually sent someone to my house, over an hour away, to pick up the car. They tried SO HARD to fix the problem. Two mechanics failed, so they took it to $$$ Nissan. I cannot imagine how much money they spent trying to diagnose and fix that darn car. I know they lost money. Lots of money. When Nissan couldn't fix it, they offered me a choice - a full refund (including registration/title fees), or I could put the purchase price toward another car. I wanted a small AWD/4WD vehicle, so I bought a sporty little Mazda CX 3. MetroWest took care of registration and all fees, even insisted on refunding the Pay-by-plate fees incurred during test drives. The Mazda had a minor issue with the windshield washer, and I simultaneously had a family emergency in Florida. So when I took the car back to get the washer fixed, they DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT and stored the car until I got back. I cannot say enough about the fantastic people behind MetroWest Auto Sales. Full disclaimer I'm a young, single woman who went in alone. I had totaled my car and was not only in a rush to do things but I've never done this before. In the past I was apparently spoiled going directly to the Honda dealership. I saw an ad for the 2021 Honda Clarity that I was looking for online, went from Boston out to Worcester, test drove the car, put down $200 as a deposit while waiting for the check for my insurance. The car had 120k miles on it but is otherwise in wonderful condition from what I can see. It was listed for about $15k but when I came in I was pleasantly surprised they can take $4k off the top as an electrical vehicle tax credit. It seemed like a no-brainer. Now it's screaming scam. I was transparent with the manger, Yana, who I dealt with every step of the way that I hadn't done this before and was looking for guidance. She miscommunicated with me in multiple ways including the best form of payment, when to insure the new vehicle and that the sales tax ($1k) was not included in the price but expected at the RMV. My paperwork says I paid the tax at the dealer then was shocked to have to pay again. Screaming scam. When I went to get the car inspected it immediately failed. There was a safety issue in the front left wheel. I called Yana and she ordered the parts and had me come in the next week for her mechanic to fix the car. This was extremely upsetting. I just spent $11k on a car and they didn't even apologize for the serious error. They said "mistakes happen" and refused to compensate me for my horrible experience. When expressing my frustrations with Yana, the owner (her dad) came out of nowhere and took control of the conversation. He was extremely rude and dismissive and refused to give me the name of the mechanic who supposedly fixed the car. They don't have a mechanic on site and drove it somewhere down the road. It was all very shady. They had initially asked me to write a review so when I took my phone to take pictures of the place they got extremely offended and said "we're done here" and threated to call the police. We actually are not done here. I'll be in touch with the BBB and my lawyer. I really tried not to judge a book by its cover but the place is also filthy inside and out. It's dark, dingy and the "waiting area" are literal dog beds. When I went in I was jumped on by multiple dogs. So unprofessional.

Dropped me at the mall, called when Jeep was ready and picked me up. Even offered to figure out driving me home about 30mins away if I wanted before I told them I planned on going to mall. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and polite. Very happy I chose to buy my Jeep here in 2018. A few other patrons have complained in the comments that they were told to "check the website" instead of a personal tour of the lot. I get it. But all of the cars on the lot can be researched online, which I personally liked because I could base my decision on the CarFax VS falling for a sales pitch. I appreciated that the salesmen put me in the drivers seat (literally) and were not trying to "sell" me on anything. You research the cars on the lot ahead of time, examine the carfax yourself, arrive knowing exactly which cars you want to test drive, and they are more than willing to help you. When you think you've found your car, they actually encourage you to have the car inspected by a trusted mechanic before you buy. Yes, you do need to own the process a bit more here but if you are after the best price in town, this is it. I saved 3K+ dollars. From the outset, I consistently maintained my loyalty to a Nissan dealership for all recommended service requirements and new tire purchases. The vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition, both internally and externally. However, on December 23, 2025, at 87,000 miles, the passenger rear wheel exhibited inward camber during a very short trip. This occurred two weeks after the dealership had rotated the tires, changed the oil, and a second mechanic conducted a safety inspection for the annual inspection sticker. Upon towing the vehicle to a local garage, it became evident that the rear suspension was severely corroded, necessitating the replacement of both sides at a cost of $3,500. Following inquiries with both the dealership and Nissan Consumer Affairs, I was reminded that I was no longer covered by any warranty protection (loyalty/good will are mere words that are exempt from their vocabulary), and neither entity was willing to provide any support whatsoever. Consequently, neither was prepared to offer any financial assistance. Notably, I had never driven in proximity to saltwater, and this peculiar anomaly is undoubtedly indicative of subpar quality steel. Their "too bad, so sad" responses effectively convey a one-and-done, foolhardy loyalty for me. It is difficult to comprehend the potential danger of driving down the turnpike at 70 mph and having the wheel pass by as a weapon while the car spins out of control in the high-speed lane. If you are a Nissan owner, I strongly advise you to be aware of this issue, as I believe it is unlikely to be a one-time occurrence. As a follow-up to the "owner's" request to contact Rt.9 to discuss (after reading my review)... The discussion centered on the dealership's position that they are not the appropriate party to address my concerns. Representatives from Rt. 9 Nissan indicated they are unable / unwilling to assist further, citing Nissan Corporate's statement that there is no active recall for the failure of the 2017 Rogue suspension components. While they acknowledged and apologized for failing to identify the dangerous condition during my just prior oil change and tire rotation, they maintain that they are not obligated to provide assistance. As a result, they consider this case closed.

First off they never sent my car out to be inspected before selling it to me. This means the previous owner dropped the car off at the dealership and two days later they sell it to me without even looking at it. Regardless, they tell me they don't have a rental for me to use so now I am car-less as they fix it. After fighting with the staff they provide a car for me to drive while being fixed. This leads to another day of fighting with the staff to get this done. Including excuses such as the DMV website is down and we can't complete it.
