I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. My sales person was Jordan who completely dropped the ball on the sale. First off they never sent my car out to be inspected before selling it to me. This means the previous owner dropped the car off at the dealership and two days later they sell it to me without even looking at it. I had to return the car after buying and wait a week for it to get new tires, new seatbelts that were all chopped up. I had my infant son with me so I missed the seatbelt bit when buying. Regardless, they tell me they don't have a rental for me to use so now I am car-less as they fix it. After fighting with the staff they provide a car for me to drive while being fixed. After getting my new car back a week later I find I still do not have my registration. They charge fees to complete the registration at the dealership. This leads to another day of fighting with the staff to get this done. Including excuses such as the DMV website is down and we can't complete it. Mind you the website being down is out of their control this should have been taking care of at the day of the sale. Complete lack of accountability and no remorse whatsoever. The general sales manager whose name is Mark keeps telling me to listen to him and insinuates I'm being emotional by stating he feels like he's talking to a different person and doesn't understand why I'm upset. The day I bought my car I got my insurance on the phone with the car dealership and my insurance agent sent everything over that they needed to get this car registered. Once again they dropped the ball. The general sales manager recommended I drive the car without an inspection sticker until they can get it done even though I have two small children. I was just trying to get a quote on a BMW and I test drive 2 BMWs and the salesman Marc Francois started screaming and trying to fight me all because I didn't want to buy the car on the spot and then he called his manager on me to talk to me like nothing happened. it seems like if you don't buy a car there they will disrespect you and try to fight you and make the manager do the deal. worst dealership to go to get a quote. read more

Would not recommend this dealership. They lowballed my trade in and we sat there and requested more because we knew the value of the trade in. Come to find out when I got home, they promoted a deal for offering over trade in value so I called to ask why I wasn't offered this and I received "you signed the papers and took it home, no need to worry". Clearly the guy was not understanding my concern. I repeated over and over that I know but why wasn't the dealership living up to their "promo deal". My trade in met every requirement on their deal which was not right and I was offered still under trade in value. They make you pay for interior protection that I requested multiple times to take off and they refused. Also on top of all this, they gave me a vehicle that had no oil in it three weeks after taking it off the lot. I don't drive much at all so three weeks later to have no oil in the thing was absolutely the last straw. Will never recommend this place and the sales person wouldn't answer any of my text or emails. Very unprofessional place. read more

This place is a joke. Complete chop shop. Their cars looks great on the lot but they just disguise them by cleaning them and patching them up just long enough to outlast the lemon law warranty period. And they will dip your emails and phone calls until they know that warranty period is up. Horrible customer service, horrible car. Stay away! read more

I'm writing this as my personal experience at this dealership. I bought a 1 year old VW from Autobahn Dedham. Good price, but not mind blowing; at the average for what that car was expected to be in the area. I was notified by another dealership a week later that the warranty was void in the US as it was a Canadian car originally- something none of the employees at Autobahn notified me of. My advice- check the carfax, if it's a Canadian car, do your homework as your warranty (if in range) may be compromised or completely void and the salespeople with either withhold or be none the wiser. Also understand that Canadian cars are usually acquired for cheaper than US Spec cars due to various aspects including exchange rates and may have affected value downstream, so they should not be at the average price of a US-spec car. Autobahn ultimately unwinded the sale, but not until I indicated I'd be complaining to the Attorney General's office. I recommend steering clear of Canadian cars unless you know what you're getting into. read more

Absolutely do not buy from them. I have had nothing but problems since buying a 2021 Chevy Malibu in Jan of this year. I bought the car and they sent it to get minor repairs on the bumper, it took a week. When I picked up the car I took it immediately to get inspected (because this is something that they don't at this dealership, red flag!). The car failed the inspection, because of faulty seatbelts! I brought it right back, they said they would send it off to get fixed and have both seatbelts fixed because they both did not retract fully (red flag). They took a week to "fix" this. I had to call and check up on the progress, I was told I would get a call back that in about an hour...4 hrs passed, so I drove to the dealership. When I got there they acted like they tried to call me (which was a lie, red flag) and told me that my car was done and back on the lot. We got to see the car, one seat belt is fixed, the other is the exact same! When I mentioned that the problem STILL wasn't fixed they mentioned how the people at the shop said it was "Okay because we lubricated it." The driver's seatbelt, still not functioning fully! At this point I'm upset, they "accommodate" me by offering a rental for another week while I waited for my car. Three weeks later I finally got the car. Fast forward to last week when the "check engine air filter" warning came on (replaced that) and then a day later the engine light came on! And then the "check air engine filter" warning returned. I haven't even had the car for a full 2 months and I am finding out that I have to replace the catalytic converter, PCV tube, oxygen sensor and so much more!! I am truly disgusted. I had a bad feeling about these people from the beginning but I still went through with it. SMDH. Listen to the warnings. I would give 0 stars read more

I went into the dealership hoping to test drive a certain vehicle I had in mind. However, that's where my first issue was; I was told to come in to test drive it but the vehicle wasn't even on the lot when they told me that. It was just a scheme to get me to come in. The vehicle was being worked on at a shop and that stopped me from moving forward with that vehicle. I was giving more options to look at and was interested in one other particular vehicle that had on the lot which they just received. I test drove and it was a great drive. I was looking for that in the new car I would purchase. We decided to move forward. There were a few cosmetic issues I wanted to be fixed before receiving the vehicle. I was told the cosmetic issues wouldn't take longer than a week to repair. A week turned into a month and trying to get updates from the dealership felt like pulling teeth. They would say one thing and then another; there were never solid information being passed along when it came to a timetable or what was actually being fixed on the car. It was a over complicated and long process to receive the car, and when I finally received it there wasn't even an inspection sticker on the car. Overall my experience with the dealership was negative. The salespeople were deceptive and the managers were rude and unprofessional. read more
