I tried to arrange a pre-purchase inspection, to see if the issues might be easy fixes, and the saleswoman spent about 20 minutes trying to convince me to agree on a price and make a deposit before she would allow an independent inspection. At one point she tried gaslighting me by insisting that no dealer would ever agree to an independent inspection without me first finalizing a price and making a deposit, which everyone knows is entirely untrue. I think she was trying to take advantage of my apparent inexperience and naïveté (I'm young and look even younger). Finally a "manager" came over and changed the tune-- I could have an independent inspection but only on their lift in front of them. I saw he had in his hand a piece of paper with an out-the-door price for the car that was 30-40% more than sticker, but at that point I just left. Sleazy and dishonest. I don't know what was wrong with that car but they clearly were doing everything in their power to keep me from finding out.

We were only planning to "start looking" and thought car shopping would take weeks. This was the very first dealership we visited and we ended up buying a car the same day. That truly says everything. David Tolbert was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. There was no pressure at all. just honest guidance and excellent customer service. We were greeted at the door with a big smile, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. The manager Justin and Mike from the finance department also came out personally to introduce themselves. what an amazing team they have! When reviewing numbers in person, the salesperson (Jose) presented a price of $27,266, explaining that the advertised price only applied if we financed with them--this was not clearly disclosed online. More concerning, an additional $1,800 charge was added for "reconditioning / Gold certification," even though the online listing already stated the vehicle was certified. This fee was never disclosed before the visit. When I objected and said this was not acceptable, Jose spoke with his manager and returned offering to reduce the fee to $1,500. This step matters: if it were a mistake, it should have been removed immediately--not partially reduced to see if we would accept it. We declined and left. After we left, the manager (Scott) called and acknowledged the $1,800 was not disclosed online and offered to remove it entirely, framing it as a concession rather than a correction. By then, trust was gone. This was not a simple error--it was an undisclosed add-on pushed incrementally, only reversed after firm refusal and walking out. Buyers should get all pricing confirmed in writing and watch carefully for last-minute fees that change the advertised price! Avoid this place like the plague!

I found the exact type of Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on their website for the right price and then set up time with Jade to look at the car. The car was perfect and it checked out in tip-top shape when I took it to an independent Jeep specialist. The real star of this story was Jade. He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. What a great place: a nice selection of vehicles, trustworthy sales people, and an overall smooth process all around.

On the positive side: * Excellent acceleration * Low carbon footprint * No gas stations * Quiet ride * Good visibility up front * Some of the electronics are very impressive including remote start Now the negatives: * Giant glass roof without a shade * Glass roof doesn't open (it's not a sun roof) * Glass roof makes car very hot in the summer * No analog controls make it difficult to use lights, heat, fan, etc. * Complex user interface * Limited service centers * Connectivity issues with Spotify, etc. * Updates change interface too frequently * Nickle and diming (I have to pay for a garage door opener app?!) * More expensive to insure * Elon Musk The giant glass roof was a real problem, even with the tint, on sunny days it made it difficult to see well. I bought an aftermarket shade, which helped, but it's not a perfect fit and it stays up permanently (either you have shade or not). Tesla using a giant glass roof which doesn't open and not integrating a shade was really stupid (I test drove this on a cloudy day, so the tint seemed really dark and I thought it would be fine). Yes, there are a lot of negatives including Elon Musk, who has become such a polarizing figure, people are now throwing eggs at Tesla's! Bottom line is that I will not consider purchasing another Tesla, thus a one-star rating.

    When ordering my car for pick up, I was hoping that they would allow me to pick up at the Norwell…read morelocation. I was informed that the Norwell location typically has better customer service and just overall, is less of a headache. Once we entered the dealership, we were instructed to go all the way down to check-in for the delivery/pick up appointment. The wait was short & my car was already parked outside, so that was great! They allowed us to inspect the interior & exterior before signing papers. After that was done, it took about another half hour roughly to get my car plate made. Overall, pretty quick & probably one of the quicker car dealership pick up experiences that I have had. The only "issue" that I had with this visit was that I received the car with only 44% battery. Of course, I kindly asked if they could charge the car to 80% for me, as that's the recommended % for daily driving. Someone did help me out with that, however, told me to click on the app that I have received the car & completed delivery. I had not known that by doing this, they would be able to charge me $ for the %charge. Before leaving the lot, I asked another worker if they could assist me with waiving the fee, simply because the car should've had more battery for a new car pick up. Luckily, they did help me waive the fee, so all is good! I did see previous reviews and it seems that this dealership does get busy & many others have experienced their car not charged with enough battery... it would be nice if they could make sure cars, that are going to be picked up, have enough battery and if they don't have enough battery, put them on chargers before customer picks up.
