I've purchased two cars from this dealership in the past 8 months: a 2013 Jeep Wrangler and a 2022 Audi Q7. Both cars have been perfect for me. I write this because my other one was deleted. These guys have no soul. They are bald faced crooks. They sold me a car with a salvage title and did not tell me. I'm working on it. Been through the Atty general, consumer affairs, and a lawyer. The salesman said he "Wants to Help". That means he wants to help himself. Makes me wonder how many defective cars they've sold, then upsold the rube into another sketchy car, then 'rinse and repeat'. Thing is, I spoke to a private lawyer, he told me my successful case might cost more than the $16K I paid for it. Come to find out, the car is only worth up to $8K. There is no doubt they sold it illegally. Hyundai Motors of America had already bought back the car, then sold it as salvage at auction. These guys bought it and sold it to me--Quiet as a mouse about the transmission that had been the subject of a $41 Million recall. Hyundai couldn't fix it, so bought them back. (But they will fix it or me for $4500) Imotobank sold it to me with warmth, prayers and a smile! Oh. Those complimentary reviews??? Look at the tone of the complaining ones, then look at the complimentary ones... Made up. Lies. I'm an old retired guy on SS and disability, trying to make ends meet doing the occasional UBER thing. I've been looking for an E46 M3 for some time, and when one came up at Imotobank they responded to my call quickly and got me in to drive it in a couple of hours. The purchasing process was painless, although know that they will not negotiate on price. Their registration and delivery service was extremely convenient, and although it took longer than I would like, with the backlog at the DMV it was shorter than if I did it. Yet they failed to mention numerous cosmetic problems including a large scratch on the windshield, and a broken passenger door handle, significant staining in the upholstery. Additionally, when I showed up in person, they did not honor their price as advertised on Facebook. After some haggling they finally offered $200 more expensive than their online offer, saying "it is already sold this morning but we'll give you a chance since you're here." Definitely don't feel like honesty is their priority. I would avoid. read more

They create fake listing to entice callers. Once you do, they tell you they don't have the car anymore, but can help you get a new one. They bring you to a website called JOINME.com and they share they're screen with you. They then proceed to try to locate a car that could be ANYWHERE. Show you what they can buy it for and then what you can buy it from them for. TOTAL SCAM. I told them nicely that this was not what I thought I was calling and I wasn't interested in doing business such as this. Then hung up. They called me multiple times from different numbers immediately afterwards harassing me despite my telling them they did not have my permission to contact me. I was very disappointed with the communication. They were more than willing to contact me when making sure they were going to get they're money, but after I was committed to the purchase I had to initiate any communication between myself and them. They did not inform me whatsoever about the status of the vehicles transport or any issues found during the so called "inspection." I had an independent mechanic who specializes in the make and model I purchased inspect the vehicle for safety and when I asked imotobank to cover the pre existing repairs that were needed they offered me a $200 check towards the cost because I did not want to drive a vehicle already in need of repair 70 miles their dealership. I was also skeptical of their mechanic since they missed the needed repairs to begin with. This left me on the hook for the remainder of the repair. The undercarriage has been spray painted to hide the rust forming and the vehicle was filthy inside despite their promise to detail the vehicle. Despite what they tell you about creating a "relationship" with you as a customer they are just as an average, stereotypical used car dealership. Will never return to this dealer. read more

I purchased a car from here back on 08/12/16 and I had a totally wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend buying a car from these folks. It's not a big fancy place; there isn't a show room. They have a tiny office, and a parking lot with a bunch of nice/affordable cars. We almost missed the place - it's in an industrial park with things that do not look like car dealerships. But if you look for a lot with cars that don't have license plates on them, you've found it. I test drove a couple of cars and decided on a 2006 Honda Civic - I know it sounds old, but it was priced under $10k and only had 38k miles on it! That's basically brand new for a Honda. Clean CarFax. The young man that sold me the car was knowledgeable, patient, and adorable. I know that adorable isn't really something you need in a car salesman but it doesn't HURT. They handled all the paperwork for me and offered to deliver the car to me in Worcester (where I live - even though they're way out in Walpole) when everything was all set. I drove the car for a few days and noticed a grinding noise when I used the brakes and though "uht oh." I called the dealership and spoke to Philip, who said it is most likely some rust but to have it looked at. I brought it to my mechanic (Universal Auto in Ashland MA), and my mechanic confirmed it was just rust. My mechanic also found a small issue with the rear suspension (I don't know much about cars but the shocks needed to be replaced.) I called the dealership and they were happy to have it taken care of for me. I am not sure if this was something that was covered under my 90 day warranty or not but it didn't matter because they paid to have it fixed. The auto shop said they could not have been easier or nicer to work with. I've had this car a month now and I am very happy with the car and my overall experience with the dealership. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a car. read more
