Lack of communication from assigned Service Consultant . I guess it depends who you get that does the best job at this. My vehicle was scheduled, looked at early , I got the phone call an hour after service dept. opened. Agreed to the work .It was basic repair. Should have the part, was told it was the wrong part , the parts dept gave the tech the wrong one. duh. So after all this , I didn't get my car back to me until 3:30. Communication, prioritizing jobs would make a difference for customers coming back. If a customer calls ahead , has their car there at opening for a basic repair when I could have gone anywhere , why would blaming the parts dept for the wrong part me feel like this was an organized Service Consultant ? By the way , I was told the car was ready it wasn't and had to sit around another 1.5 hours.

Never explains anything, never shows you the parts and what's going on with the car behind their closed garage doors. Takes hours. I had to come back in 2 weeks for an additional appointment only to be told i have to spend more money to fix something that didn't need fixing. Free oil change, out of the blue, no longer honored. Squeezed ~2000 out of me last year prior to getting my yearly inspection sticker too...definitely not happening a 2nd time. Negative 10 stars. I was not happy to say the least. Definitely not using their shop again nor do i recommend it to anyone. You'd have to be pretty greedy and crooked to want immediate profit at the expense of future good, continued, and honest business.

This review is based on my personal experience. The sales process may feel fine initially, but in my experience, the real test is how things are handled after the purchase--and that's where my experience was very disappointing. I purchased my vehicle in December 2025 and was promised, in writing by the General Manager, that I would receive an extra key at cost. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of delays and repeated follow-ups. I was asked to provide proof of this agreement four separate times, even though I had the original text message from the General Manager. In my experience, it was unnecessarily difficult to get the dealership to honor what had already been agreed to. When I went in to resolve the issue, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. My interactions with both the service department and sales staff felt dismissive, and I left without confidence that the situation was being handled appropriately. Overall, my experience was that once the sale was completed, communication and follow-through were lacking. It took several months to finally receive the second key I had been promised. I had previously leased a Jeep from this dealership and returned expecting a better experience when purchasing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not return to this dealership. I encourage others to review feedback carefully before making a decision.

It was great during the test drive on very snowy roads (February 2026), and it's driven perfectly since then. Chaz Reynolds was pleasant and easy to work with, and didn't drag things out. All of the terms were reasonable. The only minor stray hair was a floppy sun visor that I noticed only after bringing the car home, but I replaced that pretty easily. A smooth experience. Although key details had been confirmed multiple times, the final paperwork did not match what had been agreed, including financing terms and other transaction details. There were also multiple administrative errors that required extra trips to the dealership. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dishonest, unprofessional, and it created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. He didn't seem concerned nor worried about my accident, just straight to the bottom line of "I don't care about why you need the shipping cost back, you're not getting it". I'm certain I paid them to ship it and they received their merchandise back unscathed - oh and I paid for shipping 2x, once to receive and to return it to them. I will never return to this dealership and will strongly advise others to avoid it as well. During our most recent visit, we experienced a four-hour delay for a simple inspection because they lost our vehicle registration. No one returned our calls or emails, and there appeared to be a complete lack of communication. As a result, we had to pay to replace the lost registration, wasted an entire afternoon, and left without the inspection being completed. Throughout the ordeal, no one could tell us what was happening with our vehicle, and we were ultimately blamed for the situation. We also observed the service technician being equally rude and unprofessional with other customers that day. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
