With that being said the showroom car I purchased from them turned out to have extensive rust damage, needed frame welding to pass inspection, and now won't pass again due to rotten exhaust system that no shop wants to touch due to extra framing members being welded into the chassis and prevents a new factory system from being installed. As someone who considers themself relatively car savvy I did look underneath the vehicle in the showroom only to find a clean, spotless undercarriage. 6 months after purchase I learned that someone (not saying it was Dagostino) but someone spray painted the whole undercarriage with matt black spray paint to cover up the rust. Not only that but the second rate warranty that I was sold as being one of the best, every shop says they're terrible to deal with. I really loved the idea of this car and am now very disappointed that I am going to have to get rid of it after sinking a lot of money into it. Overall, again, great people there, who may or may not be ignorantto the condition of the frames on the cars that they buy. BUYER BEWARE.

I have gotten my last 2 cars from here and had little to no issues (I understand the cars are used) but since financing my last car from them ONLY 3.5 months ago, it has a cracked cylinder head and I am being told the engine needs to be totally replaced. When I called Shannon, I was told they could not do anything for me considering it was over the 30 day warranty. There is no way this issue occurred from me considering I've only driven a few thousand miles on it and got it at the end of January 2026. I was told that the bank gave me an extended warranty that had total coverage if anything were to go wrong in the first 24 months/24,000 miles (whichever came first). I am now being told that it's not covered by the extended warranty. I am now stuck making monthly payments on an unsafe car that Shannon has sold me. Garages are telling me the repair will cost anywhere from $3,000-$7,000. Beware when getting a car from here. They have lost my business and any good word of mouth I would have passed along for them.

I get when you are leasing it's a weekly payment but when you finance a car it's monthl. I would not recommend going here if you have bad credit there is plenty of other buy here pay here places. Oh yes almost forgot if you still do decide to lease a car from here and decide to buy out. They have to inspect the car and will find anything to get more money out of you. When I got my car inspected by them I had to replace the bumper guard. I replaced it myself when I took it out the guard practically crumbl in my hands. But it was inspected right before I got it 3 years ago. There is no way it was in that condition in 3 years. So basically they just slap a sticker on when you lease the car then do a detailed inspection when you want to buy out to get you for more money.
