It was my first time buying a car and these guys were amazing. I got exactly what I wanted, didn't over pay, had every question answered and felt like I was with friends every step of the way. As a female it can be intimidating to deal with "car guys" but these "car guys" are not only kind but knowledgeable and honest. My car got glowing reviews from my own mechanic and I just couldn't be happier. Thanks so much John! You guys are my go-to place from now on.

The lower control arm snapped on a 2003 Saturn l200. I'm lucky I wasn't on the highway. I bought this car about 5 months ago.

Take a mechanic with you. Don't just take their word for it. Polite and all that but I could of died driving an unsafe purchase.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The salesperson, Robson, did a good job. He was helpful and…read moreknowledgeable. He answered all our questions. We chose a car. When it came to the finance person, that's when everything changed. Adam from finance didn't make mistakes. He was deliberate and calculating, avoiding us for almost a month. When we received the paperwork for the loan from the bank, it was $3000 dollars higher and added 3 months to the 60 month loan we agreed on. It made no sense. Adam deliberately lied when we first called about the loan docs. First he said, he didn't have the deal in front of him then he slipped up and said he was looking at the deal when we called him out on his shady behavior. He would say he was going to email the terms of the deal, then days would go by and nothing. He'd say he was going to email the details of the warranty, days would go by and we'd get nothing. When we were there signing the final paperwork we noticed he doubled the sales tax. And when we called him out, he went back and changed it but then said later that's why the amount was wrong on the documents from the bank because he had already sent them off to the bank when we noted the double sales tax. This was a lie. We waited yet again for an email confirming that. It never came. He avoided our phone calls. There were many. We were practically on a first name basis with two women who answered the phones. "It's a great day at Tasca Mazda!" Yes it's a great day to rob you blind and deceive you! Adam knew what the problem was the whole time. He charged us for close $3,000 in warranties that HE KNEW we didn't purchase. He knew because we confirmed it was just the one warranty over and over again. He also tried to say that the 63 month loan had a better interest rate. What??? 3 months changed the interest rate? Now I'm not a finance major but I'm certainly not stupid. Adam then went on vacation and we called and asked for his boss. Errol (sp?) finally figured out what happened. And it only took him about 3 minutes. Hmmmmm. Adam is a liar and a cheat. Clearly, everyone there is in on it. No one helped us until we demanded it. There is no doubt they allow Adam to do what he's doing if he's so comfortable doing it. Tasca Mazda picked the wrong one this time. We will be calling the Attorney General.

Despite asking about this, additional dealer and registration fees were added, which made the pricing feel less transparent than I expected. I also discovered a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle that it did not come with floor mats. I reached out to the dealership a couple of months later, hoping they could provide the mats that I expected to be included with the vehicle. Instead, I was told that I could purchase them from the dealership. Overall, the experience left me feeling that there was a lack of transparency during the purchase and a lack of willingness to address the issue afterward. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to carefully review all fees and confirm exactly what is included with the vehicle before finalizing the deal. I will be more intentional about this with future purchases

I was there to get an idea about trading in my RDX and upgrading to an MDX. The car salesperson ,Dan, wasn't forceful about it at all. Knowing that, I felt at ease and because of that my experience was a positive one. I ended up with purchasing a MDX at the end of my visit. Dan knew what he was doing and he was very knowledgeable. Any questions I had - he didn't hesitate to answer. The car package I wanted was not at the dealership, but he was able to locate one at another location. Dan, himself, went to get the car I wanted that was at the other dealership and had personally delivered it to me at my home. He even took the time to go through the car features with me and I learned even more than what I thought I had already knew from my RDX. Dan was very responsive throughout the whole process. The turnaround time was exceptionally. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new car. 10/10 in my book. I would purchase again here. Thank you Acura Grieco, I am a happy customer!

I really wish I could leave a better review because we genuinely loved our salesperson, Leo. He was…read morekind, genuine, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel pressured throughout most of the process. Unfortunately, the way the rest of the transaction unfolded left me extremely disappointed. We spent three days going back and forth on this Infiniti. I had specifically shared that my previous vehicle had major issues shortly after purchasing it and that I'd had a terrible dealership experience, so I was already cautious. The first issue was that the original numbers incorrectly taxed me on the full purchase price rather than accounting for my trade-in. Once we worked everything out, I decided to purchase the car. I cleaned out my vehicle, they removed my plates, took my trade-in to the back, began preparing the Infiniti, and I spent roughly 4-5 hours at the dealership completing the purchase. When I got to finance, I had noticed the monthly payment was higher than agreed upon. The paperwork showed only a $500 down payment even though I had handed the dealership $3,000 IN CASH. The finance person hadn't received the money and had to call up front before someone eventually brought it back. The paperwork was corrected, but I couldn't help wondering what would have happened to that additional $2,500 had I not caught it before signing. Jokes made afterward about them "not being sketchy" and not risking a job unless it were for much more money only made the situation more uncomfortable. Despite the monthly payment still being slightly different from what we expected, I decided to move forward and signed essentially ALL of the purchase paperwork. Then, at the VERY END, I was handed one final disclosure: the Infiniti had previously been bought back from its original owner as a lemon/manufacturer buyback. This was the first time anyone had mentioned it. I was initially reassured that a buyback could be for something as small as a windshield wiper, but the actual paperwork referenced a ticking noise in the engine area that had been repaired. After everything I'd told them about my previous vehicle experience, I felt completely blindsided. My biggest issue isn't simply that they were selling a repaired manufacturer buyback. It's that I wasn't told until AFTER my credit had been run, my trade-in had been taken back and had its plates removed, and I had spent hours there signing paperwork. We were told this vehicle had been on their lot for around a month and a half. Whether my finance person knew beforehand or not, someone at the dealership knew the vehicle's history, and I believe that should have been disclosed before I got that far into purchasing it. Thankfully, my boyfriend encouraged me to step away and research before making an emotional decision. I ultimately backed out, waited for my vehicle and plates to be put back together, and left without the Infiniti--but with a hard inquiry on my credit and the need to start the entire car-shopping process over again. I'm giving two stars because I truly did appreciate Leo and believe he was genuinely upset by how everything unfolded. I really wanted this car and wish I could have felt comfortable completing the purchase. Unfortunately, between the incorrect initial numbers, $2,500 of my cash down payment not appearing on the paperwork, numbers changing, and most importantly the lemon/manufacturer-buyback disclosure coming only at the very end, I left feeling blindsided and uncomfortable. For a purchase this significant, transparency should come at the beginning of the process--not after a customer has essentially completed the deal.

Fool me once, fool me twice…read more I went to the dealership today, 4/4, for front brakes and rotors. As part of this, they claimed I "needed" a brake flush. I stated to them I had already had this done in December at another Toyota dealership. They claimed to have no access to verify this, yet both times I've been there, I've been harassed by their sales department about how I've done such a good job maintaining and servicing my vehicle, and wanting me to trade it in and get an above-value offer. Anyway, they went on to say that there was no way it could have been done in December. Of course, they weren't willing to put that in writing or testify to that. So either they lied to me, or the dealership that did in December lied to me. Either way, I got stuck paying for a brake flush twice in the span of 5 months. How does the sales department have access to my service history but not the service department? Unless the sales department is lying to people and just telling everyone they do a good job maintaining their vehicle. And why is the sales department calling me when I'm sitting right in the waiting room? Just come and talk to me if you're going to do it. Not that they should've even been contacting me to begin with, since I never gave any indication I was interested in a new vehicle. Either way, my confidence in Toyota is at rock bottom.
