    We came in looking for a few car but didn't know exactly what we wanted and Alex made the great suggestion that we look at the Ford Maverick, a small truck that drives like an SUV, which was the perfect combination of what we needed. Alex was great to work with, very comunicative and helpful. We would absolutely work with him again.

    Service waiting room doubles as the trash room during construction.

    We purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick AWD Hybrid on 2/22/25. Within a week, we found the promised…read moresafety features were missing. With no option to add them at the dealer, the GM offered a replacement at no cost--but only if we submitted a 5-star corporate survey, which we did at the time, and felt it was deserved. We want to revise that survey to reflect our overall experience 7 months later. The order for the replacement truck was placed on 2/28/25, and we were told it would be built in about 4-6 weeks; instead, Ford took over six months to build the truck. During that time, tariffs were put into place and the cost of the vehicle went up at the corporate Ford level. Pricing was unable to be confirmed until the truck was built and brought into the US. When it finally arrived, we were asked to pay for the cost/tariff increase and the fees all over again. This was about $3,500 and not something we had planned for. Efforts were made to alleviate the costs, but the initially discussed no cost replacement was no longer on the table. A consolation maintenance package was offered with minimal coverage for oil changes and tire rotations. Better than nothing, but limited nonetheless. Seven months later, we still don't have the safety features. Overall, a disappointing end to a very positive initial experience.

    Fool me once, fool me twice…read more I went to the dealership today, 4/4, for front brakes and rotors. As part of this, they claimed I "needed" a brake flush. I stated to them I had already had this done in December at another Toyota dealership. They claimed to have no access to verify this, yet both times I've been there, I've been harassed by their sales department about how I've done such a good job maintaining and servicing my vehicle, and wanting me to trade it in and get an above-value offer. Anyway, they went on to say that there was no way it could have been done in December. Of course, they weren't willing to put that in writing or testify to that. So either they lied to me, or the dealership that did in December lied to me. Either way, I got stuck paying for a brake flush twice in the span of 5 months. How does the sales department have access to my service history but not the service department? Unless the sales department is lying to people and just telling everyone they do a good job maintaining their vehicle. And why is the sales department calling me when I'm sitting right in the waiting room? Just come and talk to me if you're going to do it. Not that they should've even been contacting me to begin with, since I never gave any indication I was interested in a new vehicle. Either way, my confidence in Toyota is at rock bottom.
