    DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON. I am extremely disappointed and I honestly feel sick to my stomach that I have to change my previous 5 star glowing review to a 1 star review. Honestly, I wish I could give them 0 stars. My experience with this dealership is the whole reason I do Yelp-to inform others of great places or scams like this. Here's the deal: last week I went in because there was a recall on my airbag. I asked them to also check my fluids because I got a notification saying an oil change was needed soon. After about 2 1/2 hours they informed me "you're all set to go, everything is good!" So I was excited that my Lexus was back in perfect condition. One week later, my Lexus said I needed an oil change. It's been about 5,000 miles since my last synthetic oil change and I don't need one for another 5,000 miles so I called them up. I was informed my Lexus can't be reset UNLESS I get an oil change with them. You know you can reset it yourself right? Anyways I was transferred to Mark Decker who informed me the guy who took care of my car (another Mark) did not inform me of the "problems" with my car and that I was "not good to go." He emailed me the report and low and behold, this is where the real problems start. The report I attached in the photos say I need a new battery which they can overcharge me on and make me pay $250 to replace, and air filter for $75, a cabin filter for $60, and new windshield wipers for $65 bucks. Are these people asking for a lawsuit? Walmart charges half that price and below those estimates. I went to Autozone, got a free battery test, and guess what? The battery is good, holding charge, absolutely nothing wrong with it. Check the photo I posted for proof. I also checked the air filters, no need to replace them yet, never had anyone tell me I need to replace cabin filters (the air smells fine to me), and the windshield wipers I replaced a few months ago. In summary, I was lied to saying I was "good to go," and when I confronted them they gave me a report I've never seen before with false claims. I honestly can't believe that they think they can scam people like this. I will be reporting them because this is engaging in fraudulent practices. Absolutely makes me sick that I have to deal with this.

    I purchased my (used) Lexus RX from Lexus of Warwick and have been coming here for about 4 years now to get my car serviced. I have spent A LOT OF MONEY on repairs(it can happen with a used car) and although I do find the dealership very expensive, it's worth it to me. Mostly because I've never had the same problem twice and their quality of work is unmatched. I have tried other places(twice) to try and save money, but always end up back at Lexus of Warwick. Their customer service is impeccable. I've had my ups and downs here, mostly because of how expensive some of the quotes were and the issues with my car, but they find a way to make me comfortable and happy. I also love how they give a complementary rental and car wash with every service. Peppino has been my service tech for the most part. He's amazing! I'm pretty sure he thinks I'm crazy(lol) because I've flipped out about the cost of some of my repairs, but he's always Professional and understanding. I plan on purchasing a new vehicle soon and will most likely get it from Lexus, just like my current vehicle(which I must remind you, was purchased used). Anyway...love Lexus of Warwick and the quote "you get what you pay for" is what comes to mind when I think of them.

    Lexus of Warwick made the car buying process a breeze. As a young, first time car buyer I especially appreciated Alisha, who was the finance person who helped me make it all super easy. Thank you to Hal and Matt as well, who helped guide me through it all. Trust me, i've been to 10 dealerships prior to this and i am glad i was able to wait to find the car I purchased at Lexus of Warwick. Although I came from out of state, Boston, i was able to finish everything quickly and the car i purchased has been amazing. Thank you to the team who helped me!

    Kudos to Ray West at Lexus of Warwick!! This dealership is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, talented salesperson on their staff. Ray walks the talk of Lexus' commitment to customer service. Buying a car online can be daunting, requiring the buyer to have total trust and integrity of the salesperson. Ray possesses those qualities and more. His insightful understanding of a customer needs, along with his caring and treatment of each customer as a true individual is unlike any salesperson I experienced. Arriving at the dealership, we were welcomed by Ray then shown to our car sporting a red bow on its rooftop and parked next to a red carpet. This Lexus certified used car looked like it belonged in the new car showroom. On the dealerships website, Ray earned his title as Master Certified Sales Consultant. This was one reason that I contacted him. Luckily, I did. He has won me over as a loyal customer for future purchases. Thank you, Ray.

Dropped the car off, but before I left, Sully had already suspected that the issue wasn't a tire thing, but a drive shaft/U-joint issue, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. Figured that it would be both a fix that would take a long time and cost me an arm and a leg... but Sully quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price, AND had the parts ordered and replaced on the vehicle by the end of the day on Thursday, the day after I dropped it off. Said this before, and I'll say it again - for superb workmanship, fair pricing, and superior service, there is NO BETTER SHOP in the area than Sully's Auto Care. This has been my go-to shop for the last three years, and I am profoundly thankful and exceedingly happy that I found them.

He is quick to investigate the issue and explains everything that is involved and lets you know the cost of parts and labor and also his prices compared to everyone else are VERY reasonable! He goes above and beyond and so do all the people working at this shop. Very helpful and friendly, they have integrity which is rare to find these days. When you deal with this shop it's like having your good buddy hook you up and help you out! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this business. When I was lied to by another person about what was "needed" I got a second opinion here and THIS was the correct opinion. It all went exactly how I was told. These guys really care about their customers and their work. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else for your automotive needs! I will be going to them always and you would be wise to do the same! Best mechanics around right here!!
