Her 2010 Corolla never let her down. In 2020, I paid $5000 for it, used. Six years, 180,000 miles, every New England winter. It just ran. The air conditioning gave up a while back. Some transmission fluid found its way out. This year it needed a new starter. But it never once left her stranded. It always got her home safely. So when it was time to sell it, I wanted no part of Facebook Marketplace or Auto Trader. I know how that goes. No-shows. Lowballers. People who agree on a price and then discover forty new problems with the car once they're standing in your driveway. We tried CarMax instead. My daughter entered the car's information online and got a quote back immediately: $1,700. The same process booked us an appointment on the spot. No phone tag, no waiting for a callback. I assumed the number would shrink once someone actually looked at the car in person. I was bracing for the dealership version of a used car sale, the "well, once we take a closer look" routine. It never came. Our appointment was noon. Nobody spoke to us until 12:20, and only then because my daughter walked up to the desk and asked. That's the one place the system slowed down. Once we were in it, the same high-tech process picked up right where the online quote left off. Christian entered the car's information into the computer, and a buyer approved the $1,700 almost immediately. Not a negotiation. A confirmation. Twenty five minutes after sitting down, we walked out with a check for exactly the number we'd been quoted online. No haggling. No inspection surprises. No "let me talk to my manager." Just a kid's first car, 6 years and 180,000 miles later, turning into a check for the exact number a computer promised us before we ever left the house. If selling a car to them is that easy, that high-tech, that comfortable, I'm curious what buying one looks like. All the usual dealership theater, the games, the pressure, the runaround, might just not exist over there. And they've got a massive inventory to back it up. Next time, I'm the buyer. read more

My husband just sold his car at Carmax and Joann was great to deal with. She was efficient, thorough and very polite and professional. We had a good experience before and we knew that we would have a seamless experience again. You can get your estimate online just by putting your VIN number an offer that lasts a week. Easy, swift and professional. Very happy.... read more

Ive never written a bad review in my life, however I run a business myself and couldn't fathom my experience here. I got to this dealership at 4PM and was greeted very politely by the young woman at the front desk. (The only good part to this) She told me it would be a wait of 25 minutes to be seen as I was trying to get a quote for my car to sell it. I understood and sat. I then was not seen until 4:55pm. I understand wait times may vary, but with how slow it was and to not be seen again and get an explanation is barbaric. I watched numerous employees go from their desk to the back multiple times and hadn't gotten acknowledged once. When someone finally wanted to assist me, I was asked if I had a "code" or had "submitted pictures online." When I told them "no" they told me to go do it. I then proceeded to tell them I'm just looking for a quote to give to another dealer as I am selling and buying across states. The gentleman said that's not how it works and that it's "2026" as if I was stupid. I then expressed my frustration to him because I wouldn't have waited and wasted over an hour of my day to do something myself. No help. The outcome? I was told to wait another 45 minutes for an email with the quote. I live nearby, however the attentiveness and work ethic lacked exceedingly. On top of this, the gentleman proceeded to tell me, "if you don't like the quote don't come back." P.S. CARMAX," I never will. read more

This is the worst dealer ever, purchased a car in December 2024 and immediately had issues from day 1and the car has been in service 6 times since. I have only put 800 miles on this car that I paid $13,000 for and since I was having so many issues I decided to see what they would give me for it 7 months later and was told $3700. I was extremely mad stay away from this place they extremely over charge you for the vehicle and are not helpful at all when you have problem. These people are crooks !!!!!!! read more

UPDATE: Since our encounter from original review. CarMax has made this right by selling us the truck. We worked with corporate and an asset team and came to resolution that the manager was acting unprofessional and reserved the truck for himself or someone he knew therefore never submitting our paper work. We now have the truck and are happy with the outcome Never been so disrespected by a car dealership before. Manager Tom was condescending and rude from the start. It's now clear he created bullshit excuses to deny my husband and I from a deal just to sell the vehicle to someone he knew. We went through the online process was approved through a bank of our choosing(which we've dealt with in the past) got insurance for the vehicle was told "just come down to sign papers" and all of a sudden manager comes out talking over me and acting like we were idiots questioning where our pay comes from. When giving income we painted a pretty picture detailed of our income. Denied us for a reason we've never heard before and we've bought plenty of cars. So if you're looking to get degraded and disrespected then this is the place the to go. I highly DON'T recommend carmax. Corporate should take a look into Tom also. read more

I wanted to sell/trade in my old vehicle while purchasing a new one. CarMax of Warwick offered me the best deal. I intended to buy a new car from elsewhere, but they also let me sit inside all of the vehicles I was considering - from a Jeep to a Hyundai to a Honda. The salespeople there are very friendly. I would recommend a visit if you are selling or buying a vehicle! read more

Very difficult large corporation to navigate when buying a car you call and you're talking to someone in their national office, not where the car is. We waited over three weeks for communication about a car we had pre-ordered. So frustrated and no one was helpful. Spoke to over a dozen people and no one seem to have any information or updates. was promised update updates and not received. Best advice- go to Kingston Auto Sales and get the service and care you deserve. Two weeks after we've been driving our new car, CarMax called to tell us our car was ready. No thank you. read more

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!!! Based on a photo of the car I was interested in, I paid nearly $800.00 to bring it to my state. The photo of the car looked like SHOWROOM MATERIAL! When I arrived at the dealership, the car was far from what the photo showed. Small dents, unmatched paint covering scratches, rubber hanging from the bottom of the door panels. The car was not washed to at least try to make a decent appearance. I was totally disappointed and felt deceived. Obviously did not take the car. I WASTED nearly $800.00 and felt duped. Please show the ACTUAL car in the photo and PLEASE point out all the imperfections before having someone spend precious dollars to bring it to their state. read more

My experience with CarMax was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. No pressure, no haggling, competitive pricing, and a great atmosphere. Not very good in customer service. There is no help in service. Not everyone has the same info. So very confusing. They sell you bad cars in areas that are not covered by their warranty, so they never have to pay to fix them. Just be careful. They sell cars that are ready to go and need the major repair they fall back on that inspection to say it was just at the mark to sell it with no warning. This is dangerous. They get double the money with no help on a car they sold someone 7 months ago. Check the price of book value first they all are double. I took it higher, but because my husband got upset and with justification cause the problems had been going on so long, he had it for my stress. The executive team decided to end my call cause my husband swore, so they said. I did not hear him, but we were on speaker. He deals with customers, too he is never that arrogant and condescending as Tom is. Lots of lies come out of their mouths. 2 stars only cause Janet is awesome. Also, I thought I should have 4 decent tires on car 2, same in front back, and two are different. Be very, very careful. Asking the other person in our car ,my husband did not swear at them he actually turned his head from the phone, and she heard a bit of it. She used it to side in the wrong. But I'll know better next time, just telling you to be very careful. The car place I have doing the repairs says no way could I have done that much damage to brakes in 7 months. Just be very, very careful . If you have to go here, fight for yourself before you buy. Regular stuff is about to go on all their cars. There was lots wrong with it and I heard noise from the beginning, and they never looked at the car correctly. Oh yeah, when u get on a group chat, just be aware that they communicate by text behind the chat. Very sad experience for me after already dealing with an accident and injuries. Very sad. Oh yeah, the manager said, "Why buy it? If you heard a noise, why cause you people said it was fine in those words? There's nothing wrong." Bad experience. Tom also said I let it sit cause I only put 3000 miles on it in 7 months. No, I drove it every day back and forth to work and grandaughter to school. Just not a lot of miles, so again I did not put this wearand tear on vehical, it had all these things wrong with it when i bought it and still they told me the noise was just the vehicle. So you're supposed to believe in what they say cause they were supposed to look at my complaint. Just because I had the warranty, they still think selling me the car in this condition was a good thing. Ok, again, sad experience. Good luck all. At test drive you can tell them if you want something looked at I did, there supose to call you with what they found they did not just put it back on lot and in computer for sale again. So right there, I should have known something was up. Very strange operation. More, I think of it sadder. It is the sader I get .I'll stick to the dealer ship next time. First time ever buying a used car. Here at car max, they cheated another person . Another one for their books. They were quick to point out what I should of did different, when do they accept what they did wrong through this purchase and service mess. read more

This is my second car from CarMax in Warwick, Rhode Island. I visited several times for test drives, and each staff member was incredibly helpful and pleasant. While the paperwork process took a bit longer than expected, I was happy not to have to go to the DMV--everything was handled right in the office. I was also extremely pleased with the trade-in price, which I applied toward my new vehicle. I give CarMax 5 stars. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm truly grateful for the experience. They went over all my options without pressuring me into anything. Thank you, CarMax! I've already recommended you to many of my friends. read more

If I can give anyone I know advice - DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM CARMAX! I went to Carmax Warwick, RI on June 2, 2023 and sat with a gentleman to buy my Jeep. When I sat with him he pulled Jeep's from all over the country and found one. He said and I quote, "oh! And it's a limited X which has the luxury package included!" I said perfect I want it! Ship it! The sale rep then provided me that day with the attached Experian auto check report. When the Jeep arrived on June 7, 2023, I test drove it and told them I heard a hissing sound from the vents. Another male sales rep said, "oh that's just the radio," to which I replied, "the radio isn't on." Should have known then that they like to lie to women but I moved forward with the purchase because it was under their warranty for 90 days. Which it turned out to be that there was no Freon in the car which made the noise and air conditioner not work. But... hey, it was the radio according to that salesperson. I do realize now 9 months later that I don't love the Jeep as much as I thought I would. I miss having my Murano. I found a Murano at Carmax in PA so I quoted my Jeep to see what they'd buy it back for. Quote was $29,000. That would pay off the Jeep and have some to put down so I went ahead and shipped the Murano to Warwick for $199. Rewind to 2 nights ago when I went to Carmax because the Murano got there. They appraised my Jeep and said I entered the wrong trim and I had a limited, not a limited x. The report they gave me says limited/limited x and the guy who sold me the jeep blantantly said it was a limited x. So, I just get off the phone with Carmax and the horrible manager in Warwick there told me I did not sit with a man and I sat with a woman. I told her at least 5 times that I sat with a woman named Krista to sign the papers, at no point did Krista specify limited or limited x and it was the man I sat with on June 2. She continued to say, "you sat with Krista." Like they can't pull up the sales rep who entered all the information to have the car shipped. If Carmax didn't make you speak with 8 different people to buy a car because as all of them told me, "we do not work on commission," so I never had 1 point of contact to go through when buying the Jeep. Also, to my surprise - she said all Experian auto reports for jeeps say limited/limited x. So this really all boils down to my word vs theirs, which is unfortunate because a large company like Carmax I really thought would make it right and they didn't. They placed the blame on me basically for believing their sales rep. At this point, Carmax proved to me that they either lie to their customers to get them to buy vehicles under false pretense or they literally just hire anyone off the street who have no idea what they are talking about. Either way I was told I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X and I in fact do not have one. The manager really said to me well if you pulled your vin number you would have known it was not an x. I said okay my apologies, I wasn't aware that I should not trust your sale reps to tell me the correct car I am buying. I seriously feel like I just became a statistic. Typical car dealerships who take advantage of people (women) who come in and do not know about cars so they lie to them. Please do not shop there! Horrible business with liars and then try to lie again when you tell them because hey... I only sat with Krista according to them. read more

I had been shopping my car around for a straight sale (not buying a replacement,) and kept getting the runaround and lowball offers. At 5PM on a weekday, I used the online offer tool with Carmax and got an acceptable offer. The staff texted me immediately and conferenced me in to my bank for payoff authorization. By 8PM that same night, I had traveled to the store, gotten the inperson appraisal, gotten an offer that exactly matched the online tool, sold my car, and left with a check in my hand. Everyone was very friendly and at no point did anyone pressure me to buy a new car. I would recommend this Carmax store to everyone! read more

Bought a car on Aug 5th And had it for 6 weeks. During that 6 weeks i was in possession of it for only 7 days. The AC didn't work and that repair took 2 weeks during which I had to contact the corporate office to get in writing that they pause the 30 Day money back guarantee because the local office wouldn't do it. Then the windshield was leaking and there was water damage and after 3 weeks I gave up. I went back in on Sept 21st and filed the return. After signing all the papers I was informed The corporate office would send me a check for my downpayment and refund of taxes and registration. 8 days later I still don't have my refund check. Thankfully at least the loan was paid on my account. Either way I would NOT recommend Carmax to anyone. The cars are over priced and they do not inspect them well Enough. I am disgusted by the service and vehicles. I will never go to Carmax again. read more

We recently sold our 2019 MX5 Mazda Miata to Carmax, and the entire procedure was very pleasant, easy, professional, honest and fair. janet, who worked with us, was absolutely lovely and so knowledgeable and engaging! janet took photos of every inch of the car and found the entire history of the car, on line. Within an hour or so, the whole transaction was completed, and a very fair price was offered. We left Carmax with a check in hand and papers signed to pay off the note on the car. I have lived in Massachusetts for over 40 years and have tested driving many cars from brand new to used ones and from different dealerships and even Carmax. Today, I have a terrible experience with Carmax' sale person who asked me a driver license, I provided that and than she asked me " Do have a car insurance with you ? " so that she can have it before she let me to have a test drive ! I was in shock ! What the hell ! Don't come here for test drive and if you do, you must present a car insurance and driver license, of course which is No One ever asked me for it ! My friend and i were stuck in rhode island for 4 days, 10 hours away from home. the day my car broke down i went to them for help because we have always had good experiences with them. the very first day i went to them with every intention to buy a car bc i HAD to and i was told they didnt have time for me which made me go to a store is Massachusetts about 25 minutes away. I found a car i liked but it had to be shipped to the warwick store since Massachusetts doesn't do temp tags. The communicate was great until my car got to the warwick store. 4 days later KNOWING my situation and about a 1k bill at our hilton they kept saying it had to be test driven and how they would do it the next day. The day my title came in the mail (since i was trading it in) i get a call saying since my mother co-signed my car they would have to see her sign it in person and not just mail it in. every person i spoke to told us a different thing. my mother was told that she could mail it in and it be accepted. the cherry on top that made me just give up on this car that i was dependent on was a call from Tom, the manager saying that lights were popping up and it had to be driven around until they went off- and it was a 50/50 shot of them not turning off. here i am waiting on a car for 4 days not even knowing if ill get it. The same day i got the call i went to honda and walked out with a car aswell as a trade in because they accepted my title. This carmax does not car about you. After leaving Rhode island with my new car tom calls me saying the car failed state inspection and isn't safe. Why is a car on the lot if it isnt safe? read more

We saw that Carmax had a car we were interested in, called to confirm it was there and was told it was, but that all the scheduled appointments were taken. However, the rep told us he would have the car ready and that he would have us fit in. We drove up - a 35 min drive - and the car was not ready. In fact, they didn't know where it was other than in a general direction on the lot. We were told we'd be 4th on the wait list, but that the wait could be at least an hour. It was getting late, so we decided to make an appointment for a couple of days later. We arrived on time and gave our info to the sales rep and he took our licenses to scan. Took him 15 minutes to do that. He finally came back and asked for evidence of insurance which I said I didn't have on me but was in our car that we drove up in. The sales rep said not to bother. Then he provided my wife and I each with a contract to sign stating all the things we would not do during the test drive, like not violating the various rules of the road, not going off road and not taking the car for more than a 20 minute test drive, all of which I found unusual, but acceptable. However, the contract went on to have us indemnify Carmax for any injuries/damages to others and hold Carmax harmless from any injuries/damages to us that occurred during our test drive. While I've never seen anything like this, the really objectionable part is that it did not have any exceptions for injuries/damages caused by some defect with the car or negligence on the part of Carmax. For instance, if we were driving and the brakes failed, or if a tire blew out, we'd be fully responsible for all resulting injuries/damages and Carmax would have no responsibility, even if the accident was caused by their negligence. When I protested, the service manager came over to tell me that was not the intent of the contract, but couldn't change the language or let us do a test drive without us signing the contract as is. We thanked him for his time and left. I've been a corporate attorney longer than either the sales rep or service manager have been alive and I've written many indemnification and hold harmless provisions - no one should sign this one. Until they change this policy, I recommend that prospective buyers stay clear of Carmax read more

Do your research! I help people buy cars. This place is overpriced. I helped someone buy a Renegade. This dealership had one and there was another for sale at Balise Subaru which is about a mile or two down the road. The Renegade at Balise was a year newer, a Limited model, had half as many miles, and was $1000 cheaper on the sticker. Unlike Carmax, you can negotiate price with other dealerships. Months later, I helped someone buy a Honda Civic. Same story. Inskip BMW had a better model, year newer, less miles, and about $1500 cheaper. In both these scenarios I was able to negotiate with Inskip and Balise to a price even lower than asking. As I said, do your research. Check other dealership as well and keep an eye on the options and packages. You'll save a lot more at other places. No, I am not a car salesman. I'm just someone people know who researches cars extensively. read more

While I didn't end up buying my car here, I am giving it 5 stars for the browsing experience. They pride themselves as a car dealership that does not haggle or pressure their customers into buying a car and they truly stand by that. My husband and I had gone to about 6 car dealerships in the past couple of weeks and this was by far the most easiest, stress-free experience we had at a dealership. When we arrived, we were told we can go and browse the lot ourselves and that all the car doors are unlocked where we can go inside any car and check it out if we want. How cool is that??? It was awesome being able to walk around without a salesperson following us around. Unfortunately, we didn't end up buying a car here as we ended up buying a new car. I believe they only sell used cars here, but I would definitely come back if I am ever in the market for a used car! read more

Decided that Carmax would be an easy way to buy a first car! Looked for many many days at my choices and finally decided on one car! I was super happy and I got lots of help from everyone that works there. Sadly, I've had the car for less than ONE month and I've had a total of THREE MAJOR issues with the car. First a leaky EVAP system, then a value was stuck open and needed to be replaced, and now my transmission control box failed and LEFT ME STRANDED in the middle of Mass on my way to work. I was happy that I got the Carmax Care so I could get a free tow to a carmax location. Currently my car is in the shop (going on day three now). We had one of the most disappointing and frustrating times when we got our car here earlier in the year. Both of which we've experienced elsewhere and wanted to avoid so we came to CarMax because of the wonderful promises on TV. What we did like: I thoroughly enjoyed being able to look at the available cars and reports online prior to even going. There were no surprises with the prices. Even test driving was great. What we didn't like: We had 3 different sales people who were all relatively new to the company and young and had no idea about simple processes and procedures. Everytime we set up an appointment someone else ended up helping us. This caused several unnecessary trips back and forth from home (45 mins each way) to sign more paperwork and get the car... Or like one of the times we drove all the way there to be told the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. A simple phone call to cancel our appointment would have been greatly appreciated!! Simple credit processing was dragged on and had to be entered several times because of errors putting the information in or giving us misinformation. The car we finally settled on we got transferred, and when we went to look at it the car had been scratched and dented which they fixed as much as possible. But still careless and frustrating. We will not be buying a car from here again. This was worse than some of the other sleazy places we've been to before. As far as the car goes, it's great, and paying off the loan has been easy enough as well. Just bad customer service, such a disappointment. CarMax did call me twice on the matter after posting my review and I did not return their call as this whole experience was so ridiculous and infuriating. What could they possibly do to help rectify the situation from months ago? Give me gas money back? Give me my time back? read more

Went through a sponsored site the Edmunds to get my car appraised. The appraisal came back from Carmax. A few days later I stopped in at the dealership to verify the appraisal. I showed the gentleman working the front desk the email from them. He took my phone number and let me know there were 2 people ahead of me. I checked the TV were they list progress, it showed 4 in progress, 6 total. After 1 hour the man who came in in front of me was waited on by an employee who had been sitting on his computer for at least a half hour not helping anyone. I checked the progress board. It showed 3 names with 14 total waiting. The gentleman that was waited on gave him some information. The employee printed off some sheets, then left for the backroom. I left after 10 minutes with no one calling on me. They had my phone number and did not contact at all. If they don't want my car, Don give me an offer. If the wait is long let me know it will be over an hour instead of I am 3rd in line I went up the street to a different dealer. I had to wait for the appraiser to be free. He checked my car, made some phone calls and gave me a written appraisal. I was in an out in less than 20 minutes including my wait time. read more

I had an amazing experience buying my Corvette at CarMax. I had to have it shipped up to RI from Maryland. Cost was very reasonable at only $100. Once it arrived I was able to look it over in great detail and then test drive it all I wanted before driving back to CarMax. Once there, there was ZERO pressure to buy. More like talking about the car with a friend than with a sales person. The car was a "bucket list" item for me and it was perfect. I proceeded to trade in my '13 Camaro for the '15 Vette. Got decent money for the Camaro. Could I have gotten more someplace else, sure. But the entire experience was worth the cost. I also had piece of mind knowing the car was not beaten on since CarMax only takes in good condition cars, and if there are any issues, they resolve them. I opted for the 5 year warranty too. At only $1,500 it was a no brainer! Life of the loan the car is covered (or 75k miles). Couldn't have been happier with the whole experience and don't see myself buying anywhere else ever again. read more

Again, here I am writing another review. Guess what! My car is in the shop yet again after having it for a month. The only reason it's 2 stars this time is because corporate has been amazing! As for the management here? Absolutely awful. I was contacted today by "management" around 3pm and he was the most condescending individual I've ever spoken to. I mean hey it only took a month to hear from them once corporate was involved. I asked for a 1 year extended warranty and he said he'd call me by 7pm to let me know. he called me at 7:14 saying "I'm so sorry for not being on time ,as for the 1 year, that's not going to happen but here's what I can do for you." Do for me? I'm happy with what they offered me (another 90 days from when I get my car back) but the customer service is atrocious from this location. Arranged to buy Toyata Tacoma on 1/12/23. Made the deal, set up financing through CarMax and gave $5,000 deposit via debit card. Added the truck to my insurance and when we were ready to take possession, the manager said the loan application (which they prepared) was inadequate due to income verification. After some back and forth Carmax withdrew financing and we did not get the car. We asked for our $5,000 deposit to be put back onto the debit card - they refused and said we had to wait a week for a paper check to be delivered to our home. Four hours at the store, and lost $5,000 for a least a week. They took money under false pretenses. Stil waiting for verification of check delivery. read more

I can't attest to actual car buying at CarMax but what I can attest to is the level of service we were given when we went in to trade in our vehicle. The representative, Jay was beyond helpful and caring. He was interested in the future car we would be buying and didn't pressure us to sell the car to him. As a matter of fact we went back in to get a second quote and Jay helped us again in just a few minuets. Although we won't be buying a car from CarMax right now, it's deinifelty in our future. read more

I don't quite get the appeal of CarMax. Cars are in good condition but are way over priced! Sales people are kind but due to the variety of features across available models they are unable compare / contrast one brand v. Another. How is a customer able to determine good value? Go to CarMax test drive a variety of cars - go directly to dealership for greater value. Plus use auto trader, car gurus, kbb... do some research read more

Let me begin by saying this is a totally different way to buy a new car. If you're done with the traditional car dealership BS go to CarMax. Absolutely no pressure or pushing you into a deal. The selection of vehicles is unlimited. I bought my 2014 Land Rover Evoque here yesterday and the experience was so fantastic. My salesman Richard was excellent. He understood the process and was quick and efficient. I highly recommend dealing with Richard. Great guy. They show you what you want and tell you the price. No back and forth for hours playing games. The price is the price. One suggestion...if you have access to alternate financing like "Capital One" or something similar bring a preauthorization with you. It made the difference in my case. I would highly recommend you try CarMax. read more

Found the car I wanted in Connecticut, CarMax shipped for free (no obligation). My salesman, Bob C was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. There was no pressure at all. Emma in Finance was very helpful also. Have been to other dealerships in the past, this was the most painless and quickest purchase process I have had. Recommend Bob C and CarMax. There is a 5 day return policy, which is great when purchasing a used car. I have plans to take this to my mechanic for a second opinion, within the 5 day window. read more

We purchased a 5 year old truck on trade in. The trade in was fair it took 6.5 hours with one person it wasn't busy I don't know why so long. They did offer us dinner on them for our time and we were reimbursed. They noticed a scratch on the door so they sent out to body shop and gave us a loaner car it took approx. 2 weeks. We were asked to return loner with full tank of gas which we did, upon receipt of our truck the gas was on "E" I had no choice but to go to the nearest gas station needless to say I was not happy. I would have gone back but honestly I didn't have the time to go back and complain everything takes so long. I don't know what they all do there, except strut around. It's very impersonal and you never see the same person twice. Don't get me started on their call center; when you call the number it does not go the store to speak with someone it goes to a call center for all the stores and that in itself is a nightmare. Overall I can't say they a horrible but I can't say I would go back, shop around first if carmax is your choice give yourself plenty of time to deal with them. read more

Go to Carmax and see Neiba! She was a great help from beginning to end in helping me purchase my Jeep Cherokee. Neiba was professional, transparent, and got down to business! I liked that she didn't waste my time with pleasantries and make things take longer than they needed to. Great experience because of Neiba! read more
