What a couple of shysters here. Tried to charge $1,000 more than the sticker price. Had to ask 3 times and his answer was the price on the window was for cash customers, and you are financing it. Said no thanks and walked out. They called me 20 minutes later and said they reworked the numbers and it's cheaper now. Went in the next day to purchase and the taxes & registration was over 2,000 and asked why. There was an $899.00 fee that they said was for 24/7 roadside assistance. I said I got triple A I don't need that. He told me it was mandatory to finance. I said it is. I tried to take a picture with my phone to enlarge the small print text and he snatched the paperwork out of my hand and said I couldn't take a picture of it. Stay clear of this place. read more

Outstanding dealership the people are very friendly and not overly aggressive to sell you a vehicle. I was looking for a nice Dodge Ram1500 and while searching I found them call them and arranged for a test drive. Upon my arrival I notified them who I was and they handed me the keys to a 2013 Dodge Ram1500 with a 5.7 hemi exactly what I was looking for and away I went. Once I returned I stated I loved the truck but I needed one day to think about the owner Bill said he would put a hold on the vehicle for one day. After further consideration I returned the next day and purchased the vehicle and I couldn't be happier that was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. You know how people tend to paint car salesmen in a bad light - well this place is the reason why My pregnant wife and I pull in and start looking around, after about 15 minutes without anyone coming to greet us she decides to walk into the office and get someone.... She walks out and tells me "The guy said he's eating , if you want to talk come inside" Immediately I become baffled by the approach , but I walk in the none the less . I knew what I wanted so I figured what the hell maybe we can make it a quick transaction and go for the test drive This jerk says he needs to speak with the manager of my bank to verify funds . . I purchased a car from here a few months ago. What a mistake. Shortly after the purchase I of course had issues with the vehicle. Since I had purchased the warranty I thought I was all set. After multiple phone calls I finally was able to get the car in for repairs. I got the car back and still had problems. When I addressed this with someone at the dealer I was told they had fixed everything. I had no choice but to take the vehicle to my personal mechanic. They gave me a lengthy list of necessary repairs which needed to be done. Needless to say I am extremely angry and have paid for repairs that should have been covered under my warranty. Bought a 2005 jeep from these guys. Drove for a month and the head gasket went. Since I bought the warranty figured I was all set. NOPE! The warranty place claimed there was evidence of work done to the head gasket. These people slapped it together to at least drive off their lot. I had to repair it myself for $2k. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! and if you do don't bother with the warranty it won't pay for anything take the money you would've paid for it and put it in the bank because you're going to need it. read more

I've had my car for what will be 3 weeks on Tuesday, and I've had to bring it back 5 times for the same noise. The first time, their "mechanic" installed "new" brakes and roters. A day later, same noise. Now apparently it was a warped roter. Fine, they "fix" it and the next day SAME noise, but this time owner insists he hears nothing, so I take it home, sans a quarter of a tank of gas that was there when I dropped it off. Last week SAME noise but my brake light and battery light were on, and again it was the roters. I'm no mechanic but it seems very odd that now 3 NEW sets are all warped. Whatever. Tuesday night, car makes the same noise again but louder, so I drop it off Wednesday morning only to get it back Thursday evening to find out it was a frayed ABS wire. To top it all off, my trade in got me 100 dollars off the my current car, yet they're selling it for 3000, with a value of 6000. JUST STAY AWAY FROM MANN MOTORS. read more

I bought a car from the "professionals" last year. The salesman (and I use that term loosely) told me the drivers windows does not work go down all the way when you press the down button once. They are all that way. He lied directly to my face. Even the pompous owner agreed. They swore up and down, that is how they work. The car itself needed brakes and a battery 2 months after the purchase. I find it hard to believe they looked at the brakes. Also, the front bumper came loose from the crappy repair or tape job these hackers did. Stay away from these clowns. They are grease balls. Big disappointment. I have already told over 8 people about these "used car dealers". Liars and pompous people screwing hard working blue collar people. read more
