Recently began experiencing a vibration in my Honda CR-V while traveling at high speeds. Assumed it was a tire balancing issue, so scheduled a session at Sully's last Wednesday. Dropped the car off, but before I left, Sully had already suspected that the issue wasn't a tire thing, but a drive shaft/U-joint issue, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. Figured that it would be both a fix that would take a long time and cost me an arm and a leg... but Sully quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price, AND had the parts ordered and replaced on the vehicle by the end of the day on Thursday, the day after I dropped it off. If you ever need to get your automobile fixed this is the only place I'd recommend. Steve has helped me multiple times with my truck and also my Jeep. He is quick to investigate the issue and explains everything that is involved and lets you know the cost of parts and labor and also his prices compared to everyone else are VERY reasonable! He goes above and beyond and so do all the people working at this shop. Very helpful and friendly, they have integrity which is rare to find these days. Found Sully's via Yelp when my usual mechanic didn't have the equipment needed to do a big suspension job. Steve explained what work was needed, and provided an estimate, explaining how he arrived at the total cost. Work was completed on time and within the estimate. Very easy process, and a great guy to work with. I was so pleased I went back to Sully's for new tires and my state required safety inspection. If you have an "imported" car [Toyota-Honda-Subaru-Hyundai etc...and I know they aren't "really" imports] and your warranty is done and you are tired of being ripped off by the Dealership, and you live in Warwick and you don't bring your car to Steve....you gotta be NUTZ!! I wouldn't trust my 2006 Toyota Camry LE [yup...almost 15 years old and only 117,000 miles] to ANYONE Else....except perhaps my Father, but he has been dead for 10 years now...Really...they are Awesome!! My battery died [a lemon] after driving coast to coast, and Steve actually came to my house in Buttonwoods [A HOUSE Call!!!!!] in the rain with an assistant to give me an evaluation...can you imagine that?? I bought a car and two weeks later was devastated to find out the tranny was dead. I have a Brother in arms that scoured the web and after careful research found Sully's Auto Care. Called Steve on Monday to see if he would be able to take in my car. Gave him a brief synopsis on what the problem may be and he told me to bring it in the next morning at 830. Showed up and Steve went right to it and told us what exactly was wrong with the car. He quoted us the price for job and the time it'll be done. He was able to get the job done in the time he promised (or even less). And he was then able to pin point another problem with the car when he brought it out for a final drive before handing it back to us. Told us it will need attention sooner or later. It was getting really difficult to see at night with the headlight lens so oxidized on my mom's '07 Toyota. I found Sullys on Yelp and gave them a call a few days after Christmas. The owner gave me a quote to refinish & restore the headlight lens & said it would take about an hour. You can see the before(passenger side) and after(drivers side) in the photo. Amazing! I had been dreading getting my brakes replaced. Mostly because most places can't get you in right away without an appointment. I went to YELP and made a quick search and Sully's came up immediately. We're an active duty military family, currently living in Newport, who found Steve's shop while searching for an alternative to the inflated price of auto repairs on Aquidneck Island.
