Great service, I recently purchased new wheels and tires for my Silverado and to have the company mount and balance and ship them was $450 . I had them sent unmounted for free and Dan got them mounted balanced with my new TPMS ( I supplied) for 1/3 of that price. They even unloaded them when I brought and loaded them when I picked them up. The job was even done ahead of schedule, on Thanksgiving week. My car was having some electrical issues; the AC stopped working, and several lights had lit up on the dash. I tried to take it into the dealership, but they wanted almost $300 just to diagnose the issue. The guys at Park Ave took a look at it despite being jam-packed and found that the only issue was with a 25 amp fuse someone had slotted into a 10 amp slot. They fixed it the next day and gave me a discount because they didn't feel comfortable charging full price for such a simple fix. I would definitely recommend them for having knowledgeable, fair guys in the shop and not overcharging the customer. I ended up saving hundreds over what the dealer would have charged, and it would have been less expensive even without the discount! read more

Fair and honest! Two qualities hard to find in auto repair but I found them here. Another shop told me all of my brakes needed to be replaced so I went here for a second opinion. I found out only the rear brakes were worn and that the front brakes easily had another year or more depending upon how I drive. I moved in from out of state, so I needed to get my car inspected. I made my appointment thru yelp, and it was super easy, and they responded promptly. I had my car inspected, and everything was smooth, they found I had a hole in my exhaust (which made sense since I could hear it) and a bulb was out. Everything was fixed quickly (same day) and very reasonably priced. Both the guys spoke to were very friendly and professional (both wore masks and had hand sanitizer available) They even looked at another issue where my AC condensate would leak into my car and cleared the blockage. I will be going back to get some other items I want to get fixed soon. I have never had luck with mechanics, so I am happy I found a shop that made me feel confident, and I was not taking advantage off. read more

Ok, this place is hands down awesome. First off, the owners are very friendly and helpful. From the phone calls to the greeting to being available upon request for help or advice. The shop itself has 5 bays fully equipped to tackle almost any job you can imagine. I was there to replace my differential bushings and install some end links and transmission mount bushing. I had access to air tools, hand tools, any tool that I needed as well as transmission jacks, shop press, full bench and push cart while you are working. I wish there were more DIY shops but this one I will definitely return to. read more

Park Ave Auto gave me a no pressure, very reasonable quote for the repairs and I scheduled the appointment on the spot for the job. I had the work done today and it all turned out great. I just wanted to write an update to this. I brought my car back a few weeks ago because of a strong vibration when idle or stopped. The first time I brought it in I was unable to reproduce the problem but I brought it back again and within minutes a mechanic was outside with me to go for a test drive. They ended up cleaning the throttle body which not only solved the vibration problem but also added tremendous performance improvements, i.e. I can actually accelerate to 70 on the highway without hitting 4500 rpms (the way it used to behave before I hit 160k). I'm really pleased with the results and I'm also happy my engine isn't crapping the bed (yet) Thanks again guys, you do a really great job. read more
