WHAT A SUPER AUTOMOTIVE SHOP !!!…read more The owner Dan and his numerous staff; Jay,Turk, Nuno (and more) could not have been more cooperative, polite, well spoken and considerate ! The small waiting room was cozy and pleasant. Service completed was truly worth every cent!!! My headlight covers were cleaned and looked better than brand new at pickup! My son's father, as it happened, also needed repair done on his car... so I immediately suggested this same shop. They could not have been more attentive and communicative. CHRIS was able to diagnose, order the part and fix the car in a timely manner! We are thrilled with this auto shop & recommend whole heartedly !!

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am formally filing a complaint regarding my treatment by the Midas location on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston. I have been a loyal customer for approximately four years. On the day in question, Nick instructed me to drop my vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. for service. I did exactly that. After receiving no communication for hours, I called around 11:00 a.m. and was informed that my vehicle would not be serviced. The fact that no one contacted me and simply left my vehicle sitting there for hours is completely unacceptable. My time was wasted, and no service was provided despite my willingness to pay for the work. I also find it deeply concerning that personal feelings appeared to play a role in this decision. Business decisions should be based on professionalism, not personal disagreements. I specifically want to address Nuno Aguiar. I purchased a vehicle through him and have spent thousands of dollars repairing and maintaining it since buying the burden of a "car". That experience has been a significant financial burden, and I cannot ignore the role it has played in my loss of confidence in this business. I also want to address Rob, who hung up on me during our conversation. Regardless of any disagreement, hanging up on a long-time customer is unprofessional and disrespectful. The facts are simple: I was told to bring my car in at 8:00 a.m., I complied, I received no communication, I had to call for answers myself, and I was ultimately denied service after waiting for hours. That is not acceptable customer service. Midas has lost a customer who trusted this business, paid for services, and remained loyal for years. My trust in this location has been completely broken, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. In addition to the significant mechanical issues I experienced with the vehicle I purchased, I was also subjected to conduct that I found unacceptable and unprofessional. During my interactions with the dealership, I was met with threats, vulgar language, and obscene remarks. Nuno Aguiar's son, Tyler, followed me outside and made threatening comments directed toward my boyfriend. I found this behavior intimidating, inappropriate, and completely inconsistent with the level of professionalism customers should expect from a business. I attempted to address my concerns regarding the vehicle and sought a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was left feeling disrespected and mistreated. Regardless of any disagreement, customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism. The conduct I experienced fell far below that standard. Based on my experience, both the condition of the vehicle and the manner in which I was treated were extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expect this complaint to be reviewed by management and documented accordingly Angela Michael

A fan so far. I…read morecalled for an appointment and was greeted with a very pleasant person ion the other end of the phone. Very polite and introduced himself. I explained my issue (check engine light). he told me to drop it off the next morning, which I did. **The place is a little odd when you are looking from the road, It is a gas station with the service bays in the back. The name is on the awning and not the sign. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. He took my contact info and told me he would give me a call after noon. He called back and explained that he had hooked up my car to the computers and got the codes. Ran all of the latest diagnostics so on and so forth. and that it all actually checked out. In the discussions I mentioned that the car had some recent body work. Piecing it all together his opinion was that they had unhooked the battery at the body shop and some of the programming did not take when they hooked it back. Total charge, $0.00. Had I taken the car to Inskip, I would have paid $90.00 just to plug it to the machine. So at this point, I am a fan and will return. I will add any update when and if I need to have my car worked on.

If you are a woman Joe will rob you blind. First I brought my car for an inspection and he decided…read moreon his own to do an oil change and I was forced to pay it. I had an issue with my windows not going down so I asked him to check it. He charged me for looking at it and told me he changed some fuses. I didn't have the money to get it fixed so he gave me a copy of what the bill was. It was almost 600 dollars. I took the car to a relative and he took the little panel off where the power buttons are and asked why is this unplugged I told him Joe must have left it like that, so he plugged them together then turned my car on and what do you know ALL the power windows went down. I had also brought my car to him with a screw in my tire and I asked him if he could plug it. Well he called me back and said that the tire was no good and of course he had one for just over 100 dollars, so I paid it. Well I recently got a flat and for the heck of it I asked the repair guy at Ryder tire in West Warwick if he would see if the tire in my trunk that Joe said was no good could be used? Well what do you know the tire was fine and I have been using it for over 2 months now. I also went back and looked at some of the bills that I have from Joe and things are not adding up!!! What a surprise. I don't know how that man sleeps at night. I left him a message but of course I got no reply. Times are tough and I have a family to support and the very last thing I needed was Joe to rob me. I absolutely believe in karma so just know it's coming Joe.

We just bought my son a '99 Cherokee that needed a lot of TLC. Somehow they always get it done, always in budget, and with no surprises. Their office and shop is very clean, too. I tell him thank you for your services and I go someplace else my neighbor recommended. I didn't need 4 new tires and the nice gentleman at the garage explained to me, what a tire needs to pass an inspection. It has to do with the depth of the threads my tires passed with flying colors. So sad to see that man will still take advantage of a woman thinking she doesn't know anything about vehicles... now this has nothing to do with Omar but whoever that man behind the desk was and Pedro they should be ashamed of themselves ... they could drive away potential customers. I wasn't falling victim ... I drive less than 12,000 miles a year I knew this was untrue. Just on this experience I would never return there because now they cannot be trusted what a shame
