If you are a woman Joe will rob you blind. First I brought my car for an inspection and he decided on his own to do an oil change and I was forced to pay it. I had an issue with my windows not going down so I asked him to check it. He charged me for looking at it and told me he changed some fuses. I didn't have the money to get it fixed so he gave me a copy of what the bill was. It was almost 600 dollars. I took the car to a relative and he took the little panel off where the power buttons are and asked why is this unplugged I told him Joe must have left it like that, so he plugged them together then turned my car on and what do you know ALL the power windows went down. I had also brought my car to him with a screw in my tire and I asked him if he could plug it. Well he called me back and said that the tire was no good and of course he had one for just over 100 dollars, so I paid it. Well I recently got a flat and for the heck of it I asked the repair guy at Ryder tire in West Warwick if he would see if the tire in my trunk that Joe said was no good could be used? Well what do you know the tire was fine and I have been using it for over 2 months now. I also went back and looked at some of the bills that I have from Joe and things are not adding up!!! What a surprise. I don't know how that man sleeps at night. I left him a message but of course I got no reply. Took my truck there for alignment that was recommended by enthusiasts. They did it and tells me they did the best and it'll pull a little. Next day the entire truck came out of alignment and checked myself to see that ALL the control bolts were loose. Called to reschedule another alignment as Joe kept complaining that my this my lift that. A week later does it again free of charge. Seems not to pull anymore but the steering was cocked. Again, as last time, the very next day I hit a bump and knocked it all out of alignment again. I'm done with this dump shop I would never go there or recommend this place to anyone read more

on a referral from a friend I stopped at Joes & explained the problem I was having.Joe gave me an appointment for the next day knowing I needed my vehicle for work .The following morning I was contacted by Joe stating trucks all set with good news it was nothing that major as tells me no charge !!! I took my car they and asked if he does transmission work and with a smart ass grin said yes he had car most of the summer kept doing stuff and charging me 400 never fixed it finally after over 1000 I took back his worker right in front of him found the problem the wire going in computer was worn of the rubber he taped it up car was fixed ..Joe dirtbag should have given me back the 1000 he took of me trying to fix it ..every time I hear they fix it right the first time on his adds makes me sick total bs read more

Well.. The people there are great. But if you don't need your car for a whole day then go here. Dropped the car off at 8:30am didn't get a phone call till 3 pm about whats wrong. Ok well I guess we gotta fix it.. Him "ok I'll call you as soon as its done" great. No phone call.. About 5:15pm I call them. They're closed!!! What? No phone call. I messaged them on fb and he tells me it'll be done first thing in the morning. Thanks for the heads up guys. I could have just dropped my car off the next day if that was the case. My kids missed school cuz they go to Warwick. (We just moved a month and a 1/2 ago) I had no other ride and my car could have been driven I didn't get the car untill 9:45 am the mext day. This guy is a nothing but a piece of SH#%T who likes to take advantage of Elderly people. Likes to scam them out of money for doing no services to a car. Was trying to see how bad damage was to the car. He kept the car on the lot for a few days before he even looked at it. Said he would only charge 50 and has the balls to charge 150 and say if you don't pay it, you can't have your car until you do. This is a service station not an impound lot last time I checked. He has absolutely no right to do this to an elderly person at all who is 76 years old. Unnecessary charges, all I asked was for my headlights to be fixed and he preformed an oil change and changed my windshield wiper fluid without my Consent and charged me for it and told me an incorrect price prior to me paying for the service. Horrible job and very unprofessional. read more

My boyfriends jeep broke down in the summer time and he had no idea what was wrong with he kept saying it was different things, he called my boyfriend said it was fixed it broke down a week later on the highway, he brought it t back to him saying he would fix it free of charge he fixed other unnecessary parts that had nothing to do with the problem, mind you he had his car for 6 months blaming it on covid saying the part he needed was hard to get,he was very rude when he called to ask about his vehicle,he got his car back saying that he fixed it the jeep was still grinding in first gear and had the nerve to say he owed him money for the unnecessary parts he put into the vehicle that he did not give the consent for,do not go to this guy he is highway robbery and has no idea what he's doing I'm saving you the time and also your money sincerely and unsatisfied customer, I wouldn't even give him a star if they had that option!! read more

A fan so far. I called for an appointment and was greeted with a very pleasant person ion the other end of the phone. Very polite and introduced himself. I explained my issue (check engine light). he told me to drop it off the next morning, which I did. **The place is a little odd when you are looking from the road, It is a gas station with the service bays in the back. The name is on the awning and not the sign. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. He took my contact info and told me he would give me a call after noon. He called back and explained that he had hooked up my car to the computers and got the codes. Ran all of the latest diagnostics so on and so forth. and that it all actually checked out. In the discussions I mentioned that the car had some recent body work. Piecing it all together his opinion was that they had unhooked the battery at the body shop and some of the programming did not take when they hooked it back. Total charge, $0.00. Had I taken the car to Inskip, I would have paid $90.00 just to plug it to the machine. So at this point, I am a fan and will return. Do not go here if you need your car right away. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning at 8:00am. I did not receive a phone call about the status of my car until after I called them at about 2:00pm. They basically said that they were too busy to check my car or call me. My car repairs were not completed until 1:00pm the next day. I am satisfied with the repair work, but not with the lack of courtesy/promptness to call me about the status of my car. I will look elsewhere for car repairs next time. read more

Other times, he cant fix it the first time, or the second, or the third. I've been here once before for regulatory scheduled service, came back today for another service on my car and paid more than double for the same service! This was after saying no to do other "necessary" things. Also, not a fan of the random charges, such as "safety inspection" for $75 which was never mentioned or preformed at the last service. All I wanted was a service (oil and filter change, tire rotation), I left feeling ripped off. It actually would have cost me half the price to go to Inskip instead, next time I will. read more
