He explained that if I came early am at 0730 they opened the doors at 7:45 and they could take care of me. Christmas eve --0730 I was at their door. Joseph opened the door at 0745 just like he said--I was first there--took my car right in. Less than 40 min later it was done. Joseph, all smiles, gave me my novice--all smiles. Merry Christmas. My advice to the owner is fire whom ever you got there and start fresh - they don't represent your business in a positive way. Dropped the car off, but before I left, Sully had already suspected that the issue wasn't a tire thing, but a drive shaft/U-joint issue, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. Figured that it would be both a fix that would take a long time and cost me an arm and a leg... but Sully quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price, AND had the parts ordered and replaced on the vehicle by the end of the day on Thursday, the day after I dropped it off. Said this before, and I'll say it again - for superb workmanship, fair pricing, and superior service, there is NO BETTER SHOP in the area than Sully's Auto Care. This has been my go-to shop for the last three years, and I am profoundly thankful and exceedingly happy that I found them.

I came in expecting basic professionalism and customer service, and instead I was treated with disrespect and attitude. There was no effort to listen, explain, or resolve the situation. As a customer, you don't expect special treatment--just common courtesy--and that was seriously lacking here. Because of this interaction, I won't be returning to this location and would think twice before recommending it to anyone else. Firestone really needs to address how customers are spoken to, especially by management.
