I bought a Groupon for Broadway tire for an oil change and it cost me like 60 bucks and I'm thinking when I get there they'll be like an up charge or something nope 60 bucks I couldn't believe it. Then I asked them like what the regular price would be and it was 110 literally half the price of what I've been paying everywhere else. They were so nice. Got me in and out took me on a last-minute appointment have gone back several times. I literally won't go anywhere else from my oil changes.

I am completely appalled and unhappy how I was treated. People with appointments should come first over other people.

They replaced both tires with used ones (they look great, don't look really that worn at all to be honest) & patched up the spot that was leaking air on my valve. Little did they know I had just got this 2024 car a month ago from a dealer and had a 90 day warranty. So I said wait no, let me call the dealer first and figure out if its covered in the warranty because according to him it was really bad 1/32nd and had days until it gave out. Now I was concerned and frustrated with the dealer, so I went to them and they stated that it was false and they lied to me and should've passed me. So I tried to get it resolved and returned to this shop and told them they checked and stated its good and should've passed. Bob insisted he will not pass me and stated I offered you a great deal and can work on your car now. I stated no, Im not paying for it, if I do no have to. So I went to the DMV inspection and had it challenged and they confirmed this shop did a wrongful inspection and it should've passed. They signed the paperwork and told me to return to them and they notified them that I was returning. I went back so they can update the system, pass my vehicle and provide a refund for the wrongful inspection, and they refused and the front desk woman Lauren became very verbally abusive, telling me she can cancel my appt and make me wait a month, yelling at me, throwing the F bombs, calling me a bitch and kicking me out the office, I felt very unsafe. (I also have a proof of the verbal abusive) I did not want to escalate this but I have no choice because this is NOT how you do business!
