Fantastic customer service. I had just come home from a long day of traveling from Tennessee. It had been one of those days where nothing went right from 3am. I finally got to my car only to find I had a low tire. I drove straight to Town Fair Tire in North Providence. I could not have asked for a more welcoming group of people. I was told that they would get it fixed even if it meant staying after the store was closed to get it done. They took my car straight in and got it done in a short amount of time. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Thank you Town Fair Tire you were the bright spot in my day. read more

Following the previous good reviews I decided to stop in and replace a tire that had popped a day prior. Immediately met Rob who walked around the car with me and gave me an extremely honest opinion. Made sure I got a tire of the same quality, same value and didn't try to upsell me on buying more tires. Was very upfront and helpful! Definitely the place to come if you need a good value tire experience! read more

Good service at reasonable price! My go to tire place for all my tires. Nothing else needs to be said.

I picked up a screw in my tire on mu pickup truck and overnight it went flat. Took the tire off and brought it to Town Fair Tire. I was greeted by Rob and the friendly staff. I left the tire with them and returned right before closing. They repaired the tire at no charge and told me to come in the following morning around 8am. They would mount the tire back on my truck. Came back and they took me right in and mounted the tire and reset the Tire Monitoring System. I highly recommend these guys and will certainly use them for any tire service. read more

I came to North Providence Town Fair Tire last week. I purchased two front tires. I told them I needed an alignment, this is very important because my tires worn uneven. ( This was due to the LUG NUTS not being tightened from coming here to the North Providence location prior t9 this visit) The lug nuts were hand tight, and my alignment was shot When my vehicle was done I realized that they did not do this service. I brought this to there attention. The front desk told me that alignment tech leaves early. If that was to be true they should of told me this, now I had to waste more time to go back there. After the alignment was done, my car was pulling to the left or right all by itself! I now went back there Again. They aligned it and STILL had the same problem. This is not safe to drive around like this. Also check online for a better price, usually you can get a better deal. I don't trust these people here ,for thier work and their word. read more

Made an appointment for a leaky tire. Prompt service, nice employees, fixed it no problem. Took about an hour. Highly recommend.

Dory who was so nice and took care of everything. Very smart very efficient. Was in and out in no time.

This unsolicited review is specific to the North Providence Town Fair Tire. I pulled into the lot at about 5:35 on Thursday. I wanted to match the tire but I was told that, unfortunately, I couldn't get that service for my rear passenger flat done that day because the tire would have to be ordered. But I was given the option of leaving the car overnight and returning the following day. Which I did. I called to check the progress and was told that the wait might be from an hour to 90 minutes. Only half an hour later, I was called and told that the car was ready--a classic case of under-promising and over-performing. Mike was especially courteous and helpful--friendly, even. If I ran a tire shop, I would hire him in a heartbeat. Rob was also very helpful in taking extra steps to make sure I was satisfied. read more

Old man & old blonde lady at desk are extremely rude & condescending if you're not a car person. Highly recommend finding a different town faire place as I will too. Being a young person is no excuse to be talked down to and treated like an idiot. read more

Today on my second day of work at a new job, I got a slow leak in one of my tires after hitting a metal plate in the road. Town Fair Tire squeezed me into their schedule with no notice, repaired the tire in probably 20 minutes, and didn't charge for the repair. I was even able to make it to work on time. Rob explained the repair and what to expect. Will 100% return for any future car issues. Thank you!! read more

I was lucky I made an appointment with them before coming in. 2 rear tire patches took 1 hour and a half. These were patches to fix 2 leaks. I was told they don't plug but patch from within. Still an hour and a half. There was someone waiting who didn't make an appointment for a tire repair. He was waiting 6 hours and do you know how I knew this. The store manager told me. read more

Very friendly staff, but ridiculous wait, even with an appointment. I had a nail in ONE tire, had a 3:30 pm appointment that I'd made the prior day. I didn't get out of there until after 5 pm. On another note, I was charged less than $7 for the fix- super reasonable. read more

I took my car in last Saturday for an alignment, balancing and rotation. I was charged $119.00 and knew I was in trouble the minute I drove off. As I pulled onto the main road, I realized that my car steering wheel was shaking viciously and the car itself was pulling hard to the right. I immediately drove back and expressed my concerns to the manager who gave me an attitude and told me that it was probably because it was cold outside. After back and forth he took the car back into a bay and "did the balancing and alignment again". Again I drove off with a shaking steering wheel and my car pulling hard to the right. I called their customer service call center who gave me a number to corporate. They didn't pick up because it was the weekend so I was forced to get an appointment with a great mechanic who not only informed me but SHOWED me that the tire rotation, balancing and alignment should have never even been performed in the first place because what I needed was FOUR new tires. My tires had giant bubbles in them and Town Fair Tire should have seen this and let me know but they didn't. Instead they were lazy and took my money, water my time and gave me an attitude on top of it. Thank god for the honest mechanic who got me squared away because if those tires had popped at any point I might not be here to write this review. Thanks for taking my $119 Town Fair Tire on Douglas Ave in North Providence, thanks for the attitude your manager gave me and the shotty service and not being willing to give me a refund when I asked for it. read more

Go see Kenny at the North Providence Town Fair Tire! What an amazing person. He truly educated me on the kind of tires I would want on my car based on my level of travel and car type. He even grabbed two different tires off the shelf to show me what I would want to look for in the appearance of a tire that has a good tread for the snow! I purchased the tire protection as well upon his recommendation as I trusted his opinion and believe he truly cares about my driving experience and safety. He was so kind and personable through our entire interaction and I will be asking for him by name in the future. read more

I understand limited appointments and waiting room options during COVID. However, I don't understand longer wait times when an appointment has been made or not ensuring that the grounds are clean and able to be used for physical distancing while waiting. Appointments should be properly spaced out to ensure that they are honored, verses blaming COVID for longer wait times when the actually problem is overbooking. read more

I've been to this Town Fair Tire location in North Providence twice. The first time was back in October of 2010 when I needed four new tires - obviously, from having visited another Town Fair Tire in another state and their reputation, I decided to stick with them. I noticed a huge bubble in my passenger side front tire last week and immediately became concerned. After some online research, it appeared that I needed to replace the tire before it blew out on me while driving. I called and spoke with Mike yesterday morning and was curious to find out if I had purchased any type of warranty back in October of 2010. Mike was great; he was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He informed me that I had not purchased any sort of warranty package, but to come in ASAP so they could take a look at my tire. I was able to schedule an appointment with him for the same day. I arrived at 2:50 p.m. and was lucky enough to have Mike help me, yet again. I showed him the bubble on my tire, he checked out the wear on my three other tires, grabbed the mileage off of my car and we headed back in where he gave me a quote. He highly recommended that I have my front and rear tires aligned and the front tires balanced; I know this needed to be done because I'm really bad about keeping up on regular tire maintenance. My appointment was at 3 p.m. and at 3:02 p.m. my car was brought into the back bay. I was told it would be about a 90 minute wait and I made myself cozy in the waiting area of the store with my iPad. There was free coffee and water, a soda machine as well as a snack machine and a TV; all of the nice little accommodations to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Exactly 90 minutes later, another gentleman came in with my keys and told me I was all set to go. I like this place because they don't b.s. They don't beat around the bush. It is what it is. Even though I'm a woman, I feel respected and don't feel as if I'm being taken advantage of. The prices are fair and their true to their word with timing. Keep up the good work, TFT! read more

You need to go here for all your tire needs! We moved a year ago but I wouldn't dream of going to a different location! The staff here is good. They may not be the outwardly friendly type but they're efficient, down to business and get the job done FAST. They don't hassle you, it's straight forward based on your needs. No upselling. Waiting area is small and a bit lifeless but luckily the wait is never long so who cares! You'll be on your merry way soon enough. read more

I always go here for new tires. I love their warranty on them. Great prices too!! I will never buy my tires anywhere else. Great customer service! So make plans to go out to eat to make the time fly by unless you just like waiting there being bored. read more
