Mr. Jimmy Martin, owner, walked me through every step that was needed to get my car repaired after a delivery truck hit my car that was legally parked on the street. He kept me informed about negotiations with the adjuster and with the insurance company for the delivery truck, which is part of a fleet of trucks for a national company. When I picked up the car there wasn't a scratch or mark. The car looks brand new! Jimmy Martin replaced the two front tires on my car when I shared concerns about the front tire that was hit in the accident and not covered by the truck's insurance company. Mr. Martin replaced my two front tires and would not accept my check to cover the cost. He said he cared more for the safety of his customers on the road than my check. The driver went way beyond the call of duty to help / assist us when our vehicle transmission died near Providence, RI. whereas AAA and several other towing companies would not service us because we were towing a trailer, but Sterry Street Towing came to our rescue! We were impressed by the drivers professionalism and quickness to load-up the SUV and hitch-up the trailer to his rig and off we went! Once home, he dropped the SUV into the driveway and helped to hitch the trailer to my truck. The driver was very friendly and thoughtful ~ he reassured us that he'd get us home safely and he did! Can't ask for anything better than that! Expensive, to some maybe, but you get what you pay for and believe me, it is worth every penny. If you find yourself in dire straights and need a tow, we highly recommend giving these folks a call. Oh, don't bitch over the cost.... they are competitive and remember, you get what you pay for!
