It was a $400 tire and honestly they didn't give me the time of day - told me they were closing in 10 minutes and come back tomorrow. I would have been in and out of there in 5 minutes so I left and went to Tire Pros and they took care of me - The service requested at tire warehouse was a simple task and they shoo shoo'd me away. My advice to the owner is fire whom ever you got there and start fresh - they don't represent your business in a positive way. I made an appointment for a tire change and was told ok the tire you need will be here for 150$ ok perfect and I got there and oops wrong size tire after they took the tire to be replaced off and said we have this one for 245$ and that's it so it went from 180's to 307$. Almost double and they charge for the tire pressure monitoring to be adjusted and all they did was take old time off and put new one on I also had to ask to check other pressures and he was like oh right I forgot to check pressures. I've been here about 3 times now between my current SUV and previous passenger car. The first two times were more pleasant than my most recent experience. I found a nail in my tire and it took some time to fit me in the schedule. When I arrived on a Sunday Afternoon, it took about 10-15 to be acknowledged. They must have been working short handed. I could tell there was frustration because the manager and the tech had a loud argument that could be heard by customers. Not very professional. What bothered me most is that neither the manager or technician were wearing masks. Several customers weren't either nor were they told to put one on. Although there was a partition where you checked out, I did not feel safe with everything going on. If more places were open on Sunday I probably would have left to go elsewhere, but I just wanted this to be finally taken care of. I probably would give them another chance once the pandemic is over and things get back to normal as I've had good luck in the past. read more

I was so disappointed in the way that the man at the front desk treated me. I pulled in to the parking lot after just getting a flat on the highway and called just to make sure they were open (it was 5:30 they close at 6:00) right off the bat I got attitude and was told that they are closing soon and no one could help me. 15 minutes later (now only 5:45 still not closing time) still sitting in their parking lot I decide to walk inside just to ask if someone could HELP me change my tire JUST F***ing HELP considering I have wheel locks and no tools to change a tire. And he informs me that he has sent everyone home BEFORE THEY EVEN CLOSED. I would've been okay with all of this if he was polite about it. But he couldn't even be polite. So for that I'm all set and I will never suggest this place to anyone. My employer bought six new tires from here for the work truck that I drive (six tires, because the truck has dual rear wheels). The tires handled well, but the truck vibrated badly at highway speeds, so my boss sent me back here with the truck. It was around 1 p.m., and they were slammed busy. When they were able to take the truck into a work bay (all the bays are outdoors, under a roof overhang), I saw one of the employees standing there, smoking a cigarette. This young kid waited until I had nearly walked inside to ask me what needed to be done to the truck. Turns out this was the kid who was going to be working on my boss' truck. I told him we'd just bought new tires from here, but the truck had bad vibrations, either from the tires being improperly balanced, or perhaps a tread separation in one of the tires. I wasn't inspired with confidence when this kid said, "I don't know what a tread separator is." Well, there is no such thing as a 'tread separator,' but I can assure you, tread separation is a real thing. Someone working in a tire store should know what it is. Anyhow, I waited ... and waited ... and waited. It was approaching 3 p.m., and I was talking to another customer, who told me one of the employees "had a tantrum" and left. It turns out that employee was the aforementioned kid. Now, the reason for this backstory is to show how impressed I was with the manager (I think his name was Mike). He apologized for the wait, explaining that he had sent that employee home because of a poor attitude. He was also straight with me, confirming that all of the wheels/tires had been inaccurately balanced when they were first installed. Although it was just him and one young female employee left this afternoon, and it was extremely busy, they both worked their tails off to re-balance all six truck tires, re-mount the wheels on the truck, and hand-torque them. Somehow, amid the hustle and bustle, a lug nut on the truck went missing, which Mike showed me, and said if they did not find it, that he would reimburse us if we had to buy another one. That further demonstrated taking ownership of an issue. Mike is one of the hardest-working and most honest people I've ever seen at a tire store; although he's probably dealing with employees who are not the most experienced, I can say that if there is an issue, he will do what it takes to make it right. Whatever this company pays him, it's probably not enough, because customer service like that is rare nowadays. Two days later, Mike called to inform us they did find the missing lug nut. When I stopped by to pick it up, he also asked how the rebalancing felt. l told him it was a big improvement, especially the rear tires, but that the steering wheel still shimmied at highway speeds, especially between 60 and 65 mph. This could be due to a secondary issue with the front end, and I told him we would probably have the dealer check it out. Tire Warehouse pricing is low, from what I've seen, but I'm only giving them 3 stars, because they need to hire not only more tire techs, but tire techs who have more experience. The manager, Mike, is awesome, but one person can only do so much. Furthermore, it's my understanding that they do not perform alignments at this store, which limits their usefulness as a tire seller/installer. read more

I have gone to this place on more than one occasion and I've never had a bad experience. They are very reasonable in price and always very quick. All the men that I have met there are very nice, accommodating and understanding towards my needs. The ability of buying warranty on the tire helps would the security if the tire breaks within 3 months it's free to replace. As the tire ages you get a discount toward the new tire. Example if I have to replace the tire and a year again it will be 50% off. Another plus is I never have to worry about them stripping the bolts or over tightening the bolts to where I can get the tire off if I had to. A day or more after you get your new tire you can drive the vehicle back and make sure that all the bolts are on correctly for safety. All in all a great place to go! read more

Don't go there for any work. From the service technician to the manager they are very unprofessional. I went in for an air leak in my tire. The worker at the front desk told me the rim had to be cleaned and it would be fixed. When the technician brought me my car he said it was a small nail but he repaired it and it was all set. The next day the tire was completely flat. When I went back I was spoken to rudely because I told him I didn't believe him when he told me I had another nail that wasn't there when I came in the Friday before. Rudest most unprofessional people I have encountered in a long time and for lack of a better word a******s! I called after my online appointment request was never confirmed. I was told to drop off the car. when I arrived I had to go searching for an attendant, was not greeted. the guy just told me to give him my keys extending his hand. I asked if he was going to give me tire options and or a quote. he seemed so bothered by this normal and simple request. He punches in some numbers then told me they didn't have the tire with absolutely no expression. what a complete waste of time and no type of apology, politeness courtesy, respect or customer service wow. I brought my jeep grand cherokee limited in tjere to have a new tire pressure monitor installed into the wheel. One of the tire mechanics was swearing and complaining about the company and was very unprofessional. So I looked outside to see what was going on and 3 guys were standing next to my vehicle so I went outside to see what was going on and tje mechanic with tje horrible attitude broke my wheel lug nut and stud clean off. My guess is he had the impact gun going the wrong direction and broke it. They then told me they couldn't fix it and I was basically on my own. I took my truck over to a better place in cranston and was charged $150 to fix what tire warehouse broke. I later contacted tire warehouse to see if the would pay for the repairs and they wouldn't. My tire was making a really annoying noise. These guys took a look at the tire for me and said I didn't need to replace the tire unless I could not stand the noise. They put it back on for free. No pressure to sell me something I didn't need. After a few weeks I just could not take the noise anymore so I came back. They set me up with 2 new tires, installed for $200. I took my father to the Tire Warehouse today after the dealer pointed out during a routine maintenance check that one of his tires had a bubble in it. He thought he was going to have to buy two new tires and spend a lot of money. Luckily Shaun, the manager at the front desk, took the time to explain to my father that he did not need to buy two tires and that his warranty covered part of the cost of the one that did need to be replaced. One of the best experiences we've had with our "car" business. First my wife went with her 2019 Accura for a flat. The gentleman said the tire was not repairable because of the location of the nail. But he managed to locate the same tire the same day and got her back on the road immediately for $130. She told me to go when my Honda CRV also new had a nail in the tire. I was going to go back to Honda for service because these tires are special. However this Tire Warehouse told me the nail was a little close so it might not be able to be fixed. I left the tire and within an hour or so he called me and said he was able to fix the tire and the cost was $24.95. I needed my cars tires rotated. I called and a polite person told me bring car in anytime no appointment necessary and it costs $15. When I arrived manager gave me accurate wait time before car could be serviced - hour - so I ran an errand then parked car in a bay and told mechanic the pattern I wanted the tires rotated in according to my owners manual. He agreeably changed them around using air wrench and floor jacks. You can watch him through waiting room window if you want. I paid and off I went very satisfied with overall service. read more

I've had to go in for tire repairs or new tires a few times in the past few years (my ability to find nails and screws in the road is astounding), and they've treated me well each time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helps you get exactly what you need without the annoying high-pressure upsell tactics. They stand by their work, and they're usually pretty fast. I think the longest I've ever had to wait was maybe 30 minutes. The waiting area could be a little bigger, but that's a pretty minor complaint. For this kind of service, I'm willing to sacrifice a little elbow room if need be. read more
