Quality and service ! Out of this world!!!! Different will continue to do business here in Seekonk, ma.

I had a small issue that had the potential to cost me income from jobs I couldn't drive to. I had a low pressure on one tire, no cause but still not safe for highway driving. I tried to fill the air, but wasn't able to. I also couldn't get an appointment with my car dealer till next week. I drove out to Town Fair and told the desk person my issue, he immediately told me drive around to the back he would have someone help. I did and the gentleman was waiting with a young man from the service department. He tried to fill, had an issue, went and got a different valve and poof, filled and on my way! No cost (I did tip the kid), fast kind and efficient. It is my second time I went there and I feel that they are very customer centric, even if they don't make a profit. read more

Quick, competitive pricing, friendly service when I got four new tires and alignment on my Toyota Sienna.

Watch out for price gauging! I got a quote on the phone for 4 news tires, the approx.was 500$ but when I get there ,their was a lot of up selling the total came to1140$ . I ended up going back and have them reimburse my credit card! I do not recommend this place. read more

I went to this location twice in a month for 2 different vehicles. The first time I had to switch out the tires because my girlfriend didn't like them (too loud). They did not give me any hassle to switch them out. The service was amazing and their people explained everything completely. The second time the experience was great as well. read more

Amazing customer service. Their staff was nothing but helpful when I came in with a flat tire. They were able to get the tire replaced thanks to the warranty. highly recommend them for all of your tire needs. They give you a fair and honest deal every single time! I won't buy tires anywhere else. read more

Time is tight for me, made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. 4 tires and alignment. After installation was told I had to bring it back for alignment because they don't have an alignment tech on that day and time EVER! If they told me that when I made the appointment I would have gone elsewhere and they know that. Plan on making 2 trips. read more

Brandon helped me pick the right tires for my car. He was kind and patient. Excellent service!!

Seekonk tire pros more like tire dummies, consumers beware, stay away from these idiots, I purchased 2 tires online and brought them here to be installed to replace the 2 bad tires I had in the rear, these idiots rotated the bad tires to the front and installed the new ones in the rear and disposed of the 2 good tires I had on the vehicle, not only did they screw up the install on my wife's vehicle, but also endangered the lives of my wife and children by rotating the bald tires to the front of the vehicle, thank God she didn't have a blow out on the highway, this place is managed by idiots managing idiots with no clue to what they are doing and on top of it they wouldn't even rectify the big screw up they did, they said I would have to buy 2 tires to replace the 1yr old tires I had on the vehicle in which they disposed of because the inexperienced "tech", had no clue at what he was doing. *****STAY AWAY FROM TIRE PROS IN SEEKONK***** read more

I needed to replace a tire that was damaged by a pothole. I have used Town Fair Tire in the past, and was not disappointed this time as well. I obtained three quotes and Town Fair Tire was the lowest for the same tire. Nico provided the quote and later called to inform me that the tire was delivered on Monday morning as promised. Replacing the tire today was done promptly and the service agent [Nico] was both friendly and professional. I'll be back when I need new tires. Larry G. read more

Taylor at Town Fair Tire / Seekonk ,MA is an absolute PRO! His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and demeanor are what sealed the deal for my recent purchase! Such a rare experience. Management should do whatever it takes to keep such employees on staff. Thanks! read more

Cannot recommend Town Fair Tire enough. Ed is so helpful and kind. I can get overwhelmed by car maintenance and Ed is extremely patient and straightforward about what needs to be done and how much everything will cost. We have only lived in Rhode Island for 10 months but I will not go anywhere else for my tire needs! read more

I went to get 4 new tires and whatever else comes with getting new tires.. alignment, balancing, mounting. I asked specifically at the beginning of the appointment if alignment was included because another tire place that's quote was $200 more warned me about going to town fair tire because they don't align the tires. town fair tire told me the alignment is included. I walked to get my car after it was completed and the rear drivers side tire looked low to me, I told myself there's no way it's low since it's a new tire. I drove home and the car kept pulling hard to the left and was driving funny. I knew it was not aligned. I got home and took the tire pressure which should be at 32psi. It was at 8psi. The tire was virtually flat, I filled it up so I could drive it safely back to the store. I got there and spoke with the people there and every single guy there was clueless and didn't know anything about tires. Brought it right to new england tire and they were wonderful and told me exactly that town fair tire screwed up on and missed the ball. Moral of story, town fair tire is a scam and does not have any knowledgeable people working for them. Never again will I support that business. read more

Apparently no one that works here has any concept of how to triage priorities. An emergency tire repair that takes 10 minutes to perform has to wait for all their "scheduled appointments" 3+ hour wait, instead of doing a quick repair. I'll never come here with that type of idiocy running the shop. read more

I needed advice with new all-weather tires and wheels for my 2023 X7. Jay was very helpful in researching what would work for my car and also informative in explaining how these tires work and why they are the best fit for my vehicle and needs. As an extra aside, Jay and Matt went above and beyond their duties by personally delivering my replaced tires and wheels to my house. I highly recommend Town Fair Tires; especially Jay and Matt. read more

I would not recommend Town Fare Tire in Seekonk, plenty of workers but nobody working. Takes Forever

Hard to believe some of the negative reviews about the service and Taylor specifically. My experience was the polar opposite. We were on our way to Rehoboth for a wedding when we got a flat. We only had a donut and were 2 hours from home on a Saturday when everywhere would be closed the next day. We showed up at Town Fair less than 2 hours before closing and explained the situation. Not only did Taylor do everything he could to get us to the wedding as soon as possible, he was fair on the price and gave me a discount on the tire. I couldn't have asked for more from Taylor and the entire team. read more

Town Fair Tire is a one stop shop for your tire needs. I got a flat tire recently and was in the market for a whole new set as they were all nearing the end of their life. The representative at Town Fair Tire was able to match my car with several different sets of tires to choose from. He showed them to my father and I (as I have no idea what to look for in a tire myself), and ended up with a brand spankin' new set of Toyo tires. While the tires were much more expensive than the last time I had to buy a set (due to the 20 - 30% increased tax on imported tires since last year), the representative did his best to find a tire that fit my budget that also didn't skimp on quality. Within a few hours my car was outfitted with its new sneakers and what a smooth ride I bought! There is a small waiting area to pass the time as well as benches outside for those warm summer days but I was lucky enough to have a ride back home to relax while I waited. There are several restaurants and lots of the shopping the area to keep you entertained as well if sitting, twiddling your thumbs, staring at mountains of tires isn't your cup of tea. You have 30 days to try out your new tires and decide if you want to trade them in for another kind or keep em! Also with your purchase you receive free tire rotation every 5,000 miles for the lifetime of your tires as well as free flat repair. In addition, they will replace your tires if unrepairable (with legal tread of course.) Lastly they offer free front wheel alignment (but my car needed the back tires aligned as well they they get ya there with that cost.) Overall though, I had a convenient and noteworthy experience here at Town Fair Tire. They seem fair and that's a quality I hope they continue to uphold. I recommend this location for your locomotive needs. read more

Great experience. 10/10 Greg and Delton were approachable, friendly and knowledgeable of the products. I have purchased tires from Town Fair Tire several times over the last 15 years for a variety of vehicles and have always been pleased with their service. Unfortunately they did not meet my expectations this time because the tires I purchased on 10/27/21 where not the tires they installed on 11/3/21. THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG TIRES ON MY VEHICLE and I did not notice it until the next day. On Wednesday (10/27/21) I purchased 4 new Michelin Defender LTX tires for my vehicle as well as a 4 wheel alignment and extended tire warranties. Tyler at the front desk informed me that the size I wanted were not in currently in stock and needed to be shipped to the store from the warehouse. They would arrive on Friday or Saturday and he would call me to set up a time for the install. Tyler was very friendly and helpful. The following Wednesday (11/3/21) I still had not heard from anyone about my tires and was a little annoyed. I called the store that morning to inquire about the status of the tires. I was informed that the tires were in stock and set up an appointment for later that day to get them installed. When I arrived I was greeted by Tyler at the front desk who told me that it would take about 90 minutes to complete everything. I left the store and went shopping. 90 minutes later everything was completed and the car was ready and I drove away very satisfied. When I arrived home I went onto Michelins Tires Website to register my tire warranty and noticed that my final sales slip showed Michelin Defender T+H but my purchase sales slip shows Michelin Defender LTX. I went and checked the actual tires on the car and they had indeed installed the wrong tires. I called the store this morning, informed them of the problem and I'm waiting for a call back from them. I'll update this review in the near future and let everyone know if I am able to easily resolve this issue or not. read more

I had a weird freak thing happen yesterday. I went to the post office in my town, Rehoboth. I was in for a minute. I came out, someone had used a pushpin to tack an ad to my front right passenger tire. To say the least,I was a bit freaked out and very annoyed. I called Town Fair Tire, and I spoke to Randy, who was amazing. I told him I was heading to the Cape and asked locations, to which he said Hyannis had one. He advised me to spray the tire with soapy water and see if it bubbled which would indicate a leak. I thanked him and hung up. My tire didn't bubble, thank god. Within a half hour,I had a phone call from the Hyannis Town Fair Tire wanting to schedule me for an appointment. I cannot express how impressed I am with Randy going above and beyond for me like that! Thank you, Randy, for looking out for your customers and going the extra mile! read more

Had issue with a couple tires on my daughters Jeep Liberty, manager Randy was awesome and explained issue with the tires and front end, provided me with outstanding service by not only replacing the worn tires but going above and beyond and aligning the front end to ensure safety all at no cost. I wish I could give it 0 stars. They never keep appointment times, they do not communicate to you or their employees, they do not do the job correctly so you then have to return multiple times for a simple job, and they ruin your property with their carelessness. Honestly just go to the location in East Providence if your going to go with Town Fair Tire! read more

Taylor the manager went out of his way to be difficult. I made an appointment for Monday at 8:30 to have the 3 rd Goodyear Endurance replaced in less than a year due to factory defects. 2 other new tires had bubbles. It's a small RV. I told him the last 2 times they changed it without unhooking my trailer. He insisted I unhook it and leave it. I let him know the person I spoke with said just drive around back and we will put the tire in. Taylor refused and said I had to wait 90 minutes to get help. It's 8:15in the morning. I was the only customer here. So I melted down after he left and just cried. Being treated like this was awful. 2 nice mechanics came out and helped me. One was a driver . Such a nice man. Anyway I will never be back here again. Been a great customer for many many years. Boats, horse trailers, race cars, you name it. Taylor lost his business a great customer. I hope he needs someone someday and gets someone just like him . Rotten guy. On the other hand Ryan was amazing! Professional and very helpful. He changed my tire and was great! They are fortunate to have a man like Ryan working there. He cares about his customers. Thanks again Ryan. Your help is so appreciated. Taylor made me pay for the tire even though it's a defect. 3rd one. $189.00. Even though I was told it was under warranty and wouldn't be charged. What a great guy. Taylor should be fired read more

I can't say enough compliments to the staff at Town Fair Tires in Seekonk, MA. They have always treated me as one of their own family members. They have gone above and beyond to treat me with genuine respect and as a senior woman I greatly appreciate how they treat me. I especially want to compliment Delton and Gregg on their treatment of me . When I was there recently to have my tires rotated I had to sit outside on a beautiful day because of COVID restrictions and I got to observe Delton and how he treated other customers. Very impressive young man. Same goes for Gregg. Thanks for making me a loyal customer and I can't stop bragging about this business. read more

Made an appointment for 10am. Dropped vehicle off at 9:50. Was told ok we will bring it in now and replace the two tires. Asked how long was told around 45 minutes. I decided to wait and took a walk to nearby stores. After 45 minutes headed to counter. Asked if my vehicle was finished. Reply was is it back in front of store. I said yes. Rep never returned, service tech came walking out and took vehicle in. Why make an appointment?? I will never return!! And BTW, this is my company vehicle. I will let my boss know no need to bring any of our vehicles here for tires. read more

I took my car in at 6pm for an emergency tire change. Though they finished the replacement in an hour, the technician made a mistake and changed the wrong tire, which I did not see until the next morning (thinking that the new tire was in a different place because they rotated them all). I submitted a complaint online to the corporate headquarters about the mistake and they sent me a full refund within a couple weeks. This is why I'm giving them four stars. Obviously the technician should have been more careful and checked which tire needed replaced, but they remedied the situation to my satisfaction. read more

Went to get a tire rotation and technician that worked on my car over tightened my center caps causing them to crack. You would be able to hear it crack due to it being thick plastic. I have called three times and have gotten no where. Spoke with the same "assistant manger" twice who first told me he can't do anything I would have to speak with Taylor ( store manager). Left my number for Taylor to call me. Didn't hear back so I called again and asked for Taylor explaining the situation again to the assistant manger . Also stating that I left my number days ago for Taylor to reach out. Just for them to tell me that he isn't there and I have to call back when he's there. The third time I called back they said Taylor wasn't there again(not surprised) so the assistant manger tells me he can help me. I re explain the situation and he said "yeah we can do 2 things, you purchase the part and bring in the receipt or we can see if he can get the part and order it and do it that way" I said okay I'll order the pet and bring the receipt in. The assistant manger then responded with well I'm not sure we can do that. Your gonna have to call back and speak with Taylor. This customer service is terrible. Over a week later and multiple phone calls I have yet to hear back from the Seekonk store or the store manager Taylor. This service is ridiculous and uncalled for. Will not be returning to a town fair tire once this problem is resolved read more

I have used this store for the last four years to change over my speed-rated summer tires to high-performance winter tires. So that's 2x each year at $99 per trip (mount, balance, 4-wheel alignment). I purchased new tires from them in 2008 as well. All was good and I am a very loyal customer when the service is top notch - which it had been. Last week, I went in to get my tires changed over and there was a problem: one snow tire was ruined - having been run flat. They were willing to get me four comparable tires (4-at-once is life with all wheel drive, I am afraid) at a "discounted" price of $240 each (plus mount and balance). When I acknowledged the need for four new snows, but balked at that price, they refused to mount the 3 good snows and spare (a serious mistake, given road conditions at the time) and put me out on the 3 good sumer tires and the spare. They even said that one of the snow tires was bald. When I pointed out the fact the the tread was not yet down to the tread wear indicators the manager said "that doesn't matter." On the way out the door, they offered me a different set of high-performance winter tires "at wholesale." I came home, found the Pirelli Sottozero tires I have used for the last four years for $145 and the tire they offered me for $140 online. Someone else will be doing the mounting and aligning for me this week. read more

They won't mount tires you don't buy there? Really? Do they know how many people buy tires online nowadays? Lame. read more

My husband and i went to Town Fair Tire after much research on the internet. We were looking for a specific tire for his truck. Town Fair did not have it in stock, because it is a popular brand and model. They offered to order it, but in the mean time, they suggested another tire to us that had great reviews and even price matched the tires we wanted. The manager of the store fitted our truck with the new tires (it took 2 hours, they were pretty busy)- he told us if we are not satisfied with the tires we purchased, we could come back within 30 days and return them for the tires that were on back order that we had originally wanted. It looks like TFT has had some bad reviews in the past. I don't know if our experience was a unique one, or if we just did enough research on the front end to make it an easy experience for ourselves. read more

Sales rep I spoke to said he would beat Tire Rack by 2% including shipping, but when I told him the price of the same tires including a mount and balance fee double what they charge he wouldn't honor his commitment. The total price from TireRack.com, which includes shipping and mount and balance at a local tire shop was $190 less than the total price quoted by Town Fair Tire. The savings also includes a $70 mail in rebate. read more

I went here about a month ago so get new tires. They say they have the best prices around and they hooked me in. This is a lie. Anyways I order them online and make an appointment for a week later. I arrive at the time I was scheduled for and apparently they gave the tires I ordered to someone else a couple days earlier. Ok fine they gave me a more expensive pair for the price I was getting the others for. Free alignment? That's a lie to because they don't do a full alignment. So anyways I get my car in the bay and I'm watching them because that's just the way I am when it come to my car. Taking the tires off we're fine and mounting them were fine but when they tried putting them back on they couldn't get the tires on. They must have taken an hour to put the tires on the car. They had told me my hub was bent when I know for a fact it wasn't. Then they continued to tell me I couldn't drive the car and that they refused to let me leave with the car in the condition it was in. Screw that! I told them I brought the car there and I'm leaving with it. They made me sign some waiver or something so they wouldn't get sued. (It's been a month since I went and nothing has happened.) So I ended up waiting about 5 hours total for them to do all the work including mounting balancing and four wheel alignment. After paying 600 dollars I was not happy! Never going back to this place. read more

Took my car here to get my snow tires swapped with my all seasons and they were really accommodating. 1. I forgot my wallet when I showed up, and they were cool with me going back to get it. By the time I drove home and back it was already 45 mins after my appointment was supposed to start and they still got me in and out in less than an hour, with a 4 wheel alignment. 2. I also lost my wheel lock. Thankfully they were able to break them off to get the summer wheels on. All in all very pleased. Keep up the good work read more

I had called them and got a decent quote on 2 tires, which included an front end alignment. I opted to get a whole alignment for an additional $65. They were super fast, only took an hour and 45 minutes from drop off to pick up, only reason I'm not giving a full 5 star is I asked for the new ones to be rotated to back and put the older tires in the front, it was on the paperwork but not completed they just replaced the front tires. Otherwise good experience read more
