Paid $100.00 to have them dx my suv the first time telling me to go the dealer because it was my ECM. Please note my ecm is absolutely fine! I also asked him to check to see why is was making a banging noise when Turned right... was told it was my break pads and rotor switch were actually just put on. I thought maybe I purchased the wrong brand but turns out that was not at all the problem. So thinking maybe they had a bad day i gave them a second chance told them Over the phone my issue when booking this appointment and I go to drop it off to only be told it sounds like it's your header... you need to go the dealer... I take it to the dealer and turns out it was the spark plugs and wires. I'm not sure if this place has changed owners sense first opening but if that's the case they are absolutely horrible and are not capable enough to work on a bicycle. Glad I went here. Couldn't have had a better experience. First I called about 10 places and went to about three. All weren't available until later in the week or the following. For an inspection, wanted me to drop or wait for 3-4 hours, which I know doesn't take that long! Called these guys. No BS, got me in the next day. Told me an hour. We're done in 20 minutes. Couldn't complete (issue with my paperwork and registration), so they easily accommodate me coming back to complete once I sorted it out. Again, in and out. This place is horrible. The guy in office is a complete ass. I went there to get a price to put in an O2 Sensor and I already had the part. He told me I had the wrong part. He didn't believe me that I knew what was wrong with my car. He would have to do another diagnostics and charge me 100.00 for that. And I have to buy the part from him. Leave the car the car for a few hours and still wanted to charge me 300.00 to put in a new O2 sensor and still had to buy the new O2 sensor from him. He was trying to completely screw me over because I'm a girl and he thought I would not know any better. Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I don't know my car and what is wrong with it. So if your a girl and go there, watch out. He will try to screw you over too. read more

Bunch of crooks sent my mother there with her malibu had an oil smell said they were going to do oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket charged her 642.88 for parts and labor way over priced next after picking it up had an oil leak in drive way took it to Monroe come to find out they never put gaskets in only siliconed the pan and valve covers never replaced the gaskets. I can't believe they would do this to an elderly lady unbelievable not only that they overcharged for a nothing job and still tryed getting more work out of her.
