I couldn't wait to write this review tonight. I spent all day with Dave and Jay purchasing my new Jeep. I am so happy with the deal I got, with the quality of my new Jeep and most of all with the way my husband and I were treated. I usually DREAD purchasing a car because of the BS. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I felt like a red carpet was rolled right to the door for me. It's New Years Eve and I thought we would be rushed, not at all. Quite the opposite, Dave went to Dunkin and bought me a coffee, Sam, the owner, came over to make sure we were be treated like royalty. I was so impressed. So I took in my new Tesla Model 3 to fix the back bumper as someone hit it, only to realize that Sam's auto scratched the top trim cap while fixing the car and denied it. They had the audacity to claim that a 2 week old brand new Tesla was magically scratched. Luckily I do have recorders of them doing it as the Tesla comes with a DashCam that records its surroundings. After a debate, Sam the owner says okay just find a Tesla certified body shop to fix and I'll pay for it and after the item arrived he basically said screw yourself I wont pay for it lol. Such a scam. This shop is nothing but a bunch of liars who cant keep their word and are terrible at their job and most importantly, they are people who wont own up to them screwing you over. If you are looking for a car with high interest, low down payment, excessive monthly payment, and down right crooked association with a car dealership this is the best place for you! They are nothing but dirty scoundrels looking for a buck. Promise after promise, and guarantee after guarantee, and no response. Youll pay asking price and keep paying for repairs after that. If your looking to spend 10,000 expect to spend 20k. Its astonishing how these people are still operating. They belong in jail not selling cars to good, hard working people. Being real...I went to 3 different BIG dealerships and I felt I was getting the run around. Money in hand and still felt like they were constantly trying to upsale me. Sometime salesmen are looking for the bottom dollar instead of looking out for the customer. When you look out for the dollar, you lose customers (word of mouth, repeat clients, & YELP viewers). When you look out for the customer, you make much more revenue in the long run. My experience at Sam's was better than going to the bigger dealerships. Barney, the salesman, was as honest as I see. Roberto, mi PANA FULL, was also great to get the paperwork done and registration complete within a matter of days. Everything checked out with the vehicle. It has been over a month and I couldn't be happier with my SUV. Next time I need another car for me or my sons, no need to go elsewhere. read more

I bought a car in August 2016 for 6K it is May now 10 months later and the engine is toast already. the engine mileage said 134K it actually has almost 300K. I don't suggest anyone buys a car from here! read more

Well the car that was bought now has a check engine light, and the super loud squeak is back from the front end that was never fixed correctly and a knock is coming from the motor. All this and the car is still under the 30 day warranty so at this point we would like a full refund for the car. read more

Me and my brother bought a car and an SUV the same day. Everything seemed great, good customer service, there were there with us all the way. I got my insurance sitting in their office to take the cars the same day, added my brother as a driver, the insurance asked if he was a good student with an average B grade, he checked yes, when I said he's not the guy said: oh no don't worry, they don't really check. Left that day and waited for the registrations, I do Lyft, plate expired a month after, no new plate or registration, called they said that I wouldn't get pulled over for this, I did, they refused to pay for the ticket. Plate and registrations expires March 20th, today is April 8th, no plate no registration and I'm not even able to work with Lyft due to my plate being expired, every time I call they say tomorrow. And also I had to get a new insurance policy because if them saying my brother was a student when he wasn't so they cancelled my old one forcing me to get and pay for a new one. This is the most negligent place to find a vehicle. I bought a jeep from them in April. Within a week, the tire was flat from a nail that had been sitting in it before I bought it. The guy who fixed the tire left the bolts loose, and while on the highway on a trip to see family (with our two kids in the car) the tire wobbled and almost flew off on the highway. After towing it to a nearby shop, there was ONE bolt holding the tire on. We paid the towing and the repairs and this was all within the 30days. I asked to be reimbursed the fees we paid because it was no fault of ours and the last person to touch the car was one of their men. No answer. No reimbursement. Also, within the 30days, my check engine light came on and the battery died. Made SEVERAL calls, and each time I was told someone would get back to me in 15 minutes. Never got a call. I used my car as a trade in, and the guy jay called me and left a voicemail asking when I was going to "put a payment toward my down payment" trying to get more money out of me. When I told him my car was my down payment, he said that's not how it worked. Con artist. Now, over 6 months later, and past the 30 day warranty, there's nothing I can do but sit with a shitty car that always has a problem which should have been THEIR responsibility to fix when it was brought to their attention. I asked more than once to have the car looked through thoroughly because I should not have this many issues with a car after just purchasing, regardless if used. I have told just about everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Nobody will get back to you, and they will especially avoid you during the 30 days so they don't have to fix anything or be held responsible. read more

I bought a SUV in March 2015 and when I bought the car I was told the dent on the right passenger side would be fixed so I said ok and bought the car. With in the 30 day warranty I brought it back several times for other things and to also get my dent fixed and the drivers side door lock fixed. They had my car at one point for two days I was told the person that does the painting was out sick but the 1/4 panel was there just needed painting and the part for the door was on back order. It is now August and these things still have not been fixed, I have tried several times to bring the car back and even rented a car so they could fix my stuff. I sent the owner an email through his website and also called and left messages, Have not received a call back. I feel I was lied to about the dent so I would buy the car. I am now filing a complaint with the attorney general's office. read more

Stay far away! Didn't know what a rip off this place was until contract was made. I was warned after a few ppl saw where I purchased car so I went through contract which wasn't given to me until I walked out door. Whole sales pitch was bogus. The salesman Barney even gave me n my boyfriend a different life story than he gave me n my daughter when we returned 2 days later. I should have raised a red flag at that. After hearing so much negative feedback on where I purchased my car I decided to do further research. I use my car for work. I found out another customer pre pandemic had a similar issue where they used their vehicle to work and sams failed to register on time. Due to this she couldn't work. She also got ticketed and sams refused to reimburse. I brought this to sams attention and told him I will not tolerate. My temp expired yesterday I can not work now and car payment is due in 10 days along with insurance. Sams basically told me when it's ready it's ready and I was hung up on.i am calling attorney general, the dmv and the bank that finances them. They must be held accountable and I'm not quiet!!! I bought a car from them almost 1 1/2 ago and nothing but problems! My advice is to go to a real dealership! I ended up trading that car in!

The girls in the office are very nice. Other than that, this place is terrible. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy a car. Once you have the car, they leave you high and dry. Absolutely the worst customer service. I would never recommend them and will never buy another vehicle from them ever again. read more
