This is the worst zipcar experience ever. Staffs were super unhelpful. When there's an issue with the car there's no way to reach the staff.

Horrible. Zipcar sucks, better off using a cab because it's as expensive and inconvenient. Never will use zipcar again.

They save them for their friends. They are rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge me extra days. They still got paid and put me on the do not rent list. There's only so many places you can rent to drive for Uber. They have cost me months making no money. Just a single mom trying to survive day by day. They are the absolute worst . The two cars I had from them were dirty smelled like cigarettes, I got bad reviews for it no matter how much shit I bought to make the car smell better you could still smell it. You're better off paying a deposit somewhere else and getting better business. Take my advice and save yourself the headache

I called them and they said they would fix it. I called my bank and let them know about Pricelines error and my conversation with Priceline. My back called Priceline and they stated that they were going to fix their error. My bank debited my account, here we are in December and my bank took the amount out of my account because Priceline did not recitfy their mistake nor keep their word. I called them and they keep telling me I got the money back from my bank. I re-iterated to them, that my bank debited my account on their word that they were going to pay them. They did not pay my bank. They absolutely refuse to give me my money in the amount of $150.00. It was bad enough that they tried to double bill, my cousin and myself. They were rude and refuse to give me my money!

No one had bothered to call or email me in advance to let me know, despite the fact that people rent vehicles because they have important travel plans. When I asked why I wasn't notified, the employee replied, "It's not my job." When I inquired about options, I was told I could join a waiting list already four people long or wait indefinitely, even though I had specifically reserved a luxury vehicle. I was further told none would be available that day. When I requested a refund, the employee simply handed me a customer service phone number and immediately went back to eating his food, which he had been doing throughout our entire interaction. This experience was unacceptable. I was shocked to receive this level of service from a business located in downtown Providence, especially as this was my first impression of the city. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was appalling. I wish I would have caught his name because I 100% submitted a complaint. I don't understand why the location confirmed my reservation if this was the case

Another person was bringing cars out & he was also collecting them. We were given a 2022 Chevy Malibu with almost 30,000 miles. It had some pings & scuffs but happily everything worked properly. After reading some of the reviews, we were concerned, but happily we got off without a hitch.

We have lived in our home that we bought for two years now and never once found a rat dead on the engine of either of our cars... The customer service for this company is atrocious. I was using one of their rental cars after a fender bender and could smell something horrible from inside the car get worse and worse each day. It was my dog who then ran to the hood of it and fixated on that area which then prompted me to check under the hood. Under the hood was a dead rat. I then called for a simple switch of a car and got put through the most insane run around I could ever imagine. They questioned why I would need a switch after already having the car for a week and it felt like I was being questioned for doing something wrong. There was more back and forth than there should have been about this. All i wanted was another car without a dead rat on the engine. I felt as if he was insulating that I was the problem even though he told me during the conversation that the rental car was sitting in the woods for six months before me so It is obvious where this rat came from. Eventually I was told to be at Richmond to pick up another rental. My fiancee drove me over and stayed in the car over on the sidewalk because the lot was filled with cars and this was where she was called a retarded bitch by another employee who was taking photos of the rental cars but was never once was told to move the car in a professional manner first. So I took in my new Tesla Model 3 to fix the back bumper as someone hit it, only to realize that…read more Sam's auto scratched the top trim cap while fixing the car and denied it. They had the audacity to claim that a 2 week old brand new Tesla was magically scratched. Luckily I do have recorders of them doing it as the Tesla comes with a DashCam that records its surroundings. After a debate, Sam the owner says okay just find a Tesla certified body shop to fix and I'll pay for it and after the item arrived he basically said screw yourself I wont pay for it lol. Such a scam. This shop is nothing but a bunch of liars who cant keep their word and are terrible at their job and most importantly, they are people who wont own up to them screwing you over. SO BE AWARE & NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAM.
