After my brother recommended RM Auto Care, the difference was immediate. From the first phone call, Lexi took the time to listen and understand my concerns before even seeing the car. Throughout the process (3/24-3/31), she was patient, communicative, and genuinely reassuring. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail. I never felt like an inconvenience, and the team made sure everything was properly addressed. I also had the chance to meet the owner, Greg, which added to the overall positive experience. This didn't feel like just another transaction. Highly recommend RM Auto Care.

He is quick to investigate the issue and explains everything that is involved and lets you know the cost of parts and labor and also his prices compared to everyone else are VERY reasonable! He goes above and beyond and so do all the people working at this shop. Very helpful and friendly, they have integrity which is rare to find these days. When you deal with this shop it's like having your good buddy hook you up and help you out! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this business. When I was lied to by another person about what was "needed" I got a second opinion here and THIS was the correct opinion. It all went exactly how I was told. These guys really care about their customers and their work. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else for your automotive needs! I will be going to them always and you would be wise to do the same! Best mechanics around right here!!

BTS has almost always let me come in the same day and always fixed the punctures promptly. Once, they accidentally scratched one of my rims while doing the work, and because it was raining that day, I didn't notice it until a few days later. However, when I stopped by to ask them to repair/replace it, they took a look and immediately offered to replace the (rather expensive) rim with no pushback whatsoever. 5 stars for a shop that stands behind their work!

I called on Monday and this business was the only one who picked up first call, gave me a quote over the phone and arranged for me to drop off the vehicle next morning. I was greeted right away walking in. They have a decent size lot to park. I was in and out during drop off, quick to take care of me on the call and in and out for pickup. Def recommend. They did the work all in half a day for me. Only critiques is after oil change they mistyped the date as 8/29 and the actual date was 9/29 for a reminder on when to get the next oil change.
