All I can say is Jose is the best! My Subaru had icons lighting up on the dash. He fixed what he could then said I had to take to Subaru for further work. Also gave me help in saying the parts were most likely under warranty and to make sure I ask them. Adding that he would be there to assist if I needed help with anything they told me. this place is such a joke. Please don't take your vehicles here. I took my car there on Thursday because my RPM was jumpy & the car would start acting like it was gonna turn off once it will drop 0 they try putting in new spark plugs & A value cover gasket in the car was still act. They charged me 289 just for the labor and parts. I drive off in the car is still acting. I go back and he tells me its coil pack 1. He puts the coil pack and he charged me $100 more just for the part didn't charge me for labor. I drive off for the second time thinking my car is all set, which is not is still doing the same thing. he has the car trying to see what was wrong with it. He tells me he was emailing some guy from Honda to see he can tell him what was wrong with the car. It comes out to be supposedly a sensor without telling me how much the sensor was gonna be he goes & install the sensor comes out to be $180and then he comes now I have to charge you for labor on this part labor was $110 which he told me after the fact that he already had done the work now I am leaving there for the third time. The car was actually fine. No check engine light was on until the next day when I had to go to work my car was still acting up. It was still doing the same thing. Come and I contact him and let him know The acting up and he comes and tells me something must have be wrong overnight never drove overnight drove from the shop to the house. The crazy part when I tell him the issue and to see if he can work with me with at least a discount or something to check the car again and not charge me full price because remind you he charged me alot of money for the car not to be working right. my friend took a look at the car and he put the reading machine to see what code it would tell him and it was coil pack one. Which that was the one that they told me, but they installed the wrong one to coil pack two the car was still acting and my friend ended up replacing the coil pack one and taken out the wrong one that they installed, which was coil pack two wrong part at that they force that coil pack two into the engine like I said don't take car here is it joke and they will scam you off just like they did to me and they not responsible of giving a discount all your money back Jose you're a joke and yeah, you do not know your job like I told you on the phone..... read more

I had to get yet another windshield installed on my Jeep because of a crack. The last time I had it done by an auto glass company and they did a poor repair with large gaps around the windshield. I was supposed to have another auto glass company fix it on Friday, but they flaked out and didn't show. Just for the heck of it, I called L & J in Cumberland (my normal mechanic, whom I've always been very pleased with) to see if they did auto glass. To my surprise, they did. They did a much better job than the company specializing in auto glass repair, as it looked like it did when I bought the car. read more
