First of all, I barely recognized my 2014 Subaru when I arrived to pick it up. It literally looked like a new car! I had brought it in due to damage to the passenger doors, so I was expecting that to be dealt with and little else. Chuck went over the car, told me what he could do, explained everything very well and went to work on it. Somehow he managed to deal not only with the obvious problem, but he also addressed every little ding that my 10 year old car had accumulated. He then had it detailed and the results were amazing. This auto body repair business came highly recommended to me for an accident I was involved in. Now I am highly recommending them to you. My car was struck by someone who ran a stop sign. The only thing I did was report the accident to the other party's insurance, Chuck and his wonderful staff literally did the rest. Ooohhh Exit 10...you're brutal. Fortunately I was assisted by Cumberland Police (thank you!!!). A tow to CC and kind words from owner, Chuck, helped being me down from my hyperventilation cloud and settle in with two feet on the ground. My experience was short (there was virtually no damage from the wee reflector sign) but calming. The tow ($82 - reimbursable if you have AAA) + 1hr labor ($60) got me back up and running in no time. read more

Very good experience with this company. They fixed my SUV after an accident damaged under the rear driver's side bumper. They did all the leg work with the insurance company, got the rental set up, and gave me my SUV back in better condition than when I dropped it off 3 weeks prior. It looked brand new and spotless for a 7 year old vehicle. My only critique is I wish they gave more updates on the status. I am one of those people that like a constant stream of information and updates, but this would not prevent me from bringing my vehicle here in the future. I needed to have a deep scratch and a dent fixed on my car. Chuck, the owner, took time to explain to me how it would be done and gave me an estimate. His body shop uses a computer software that shows the breakdown of the labor, parts, charges etc. the shop itself is clean, neat and free of the usual automotive smells you encounter at small body shops. His secretary is pleasant and they do their best to accommodate client's tough work schedule. So he gave me a much better estimate than the other body shops I went to and I felt comfortable getting the work done at his shop. The car was ready as promised in 2 days, and the best part is that they cleaned it for me! It was spotless and shiny. And it looks like I've never had a scratch there! I just picked up my car 4 days ago from Cumberland Collision and still can't believe it's my 5 year old car. Chuck the owner and Jessica his office manager are the best people to work with. Very professional, courteous, and know how to run a 1st class shop. Chuck took the 2 car seats out of my car and put them in my loaner, even adjusted the baby mirror. When I got it back he didn't like the way it fit into my car so made a better foundation for the seat, I have a small Elantra that seat are not ideal for baby seats I learned. I had one of the same seats installed by the police seargant twice, rear & front facing, with no mention. Chuck wanted to make my little ones extra safe. I would say he is a proffectionist and nothing is leaving his shop unless it is perfect. He also did some tweaking to other areas in my car he saw need addressing. He is a Really Great Guy. My only problem was having to go back to tip the detail person. I was so surprised my car looked show room ready I didn't think at the time to tip him. I would recommend them to everyone! read more

Honestly, one of the craziest things to have ever happened to me--my front bumper was stolen in Providence. When they towed my car, they accidentally towed it to the wrong place and towed it to Cumberland Collision instead. It was the best thing that could've happened. Chuck, the owner, is amazing! My insurance was only going to cover some of the cost to fix my car, but Chuck went above and beyond and made it so I didn't pay a dime out of my pocket. Not only did they fix my car, they also cleaned it--washed, waxed, cleaned the interior, everything! I've never seen my headlights look so clear! He also pointed out something he noticed with my car headlights and explained to me the issue.
