After my car was hit-and-run, I anticipated the typical run-around to collision centers/appraisers/rental car/ etc.

It's nothing fancy but I love this car a lot and it means a lot to me. It used to be the car my grandparents drove me around in when I was little. I won't ramble too much about it's backstory but long story short my grandmother has since passed and my grandfather gifted it to me when I got my license. So in April I was in a really bad accident. I got nailed pretty bad in the passenger side. It was bad enough that the engine shut off and my hazard lights turned on automatically. Anyways, the insurance company totaled it and I was devastated but not really surprised because its a 2008. I've gotten work done by Dave & his employees in the past because of a minor fender bender and my parents have gotten all of their cars from him in the past so I felt that he was the best person to bring it to. Fast forward a couple days when he got back from vacation he DID advise that I don't bother with it because of where it got hit and the amount of money in damages it was. I explained my situation and the sentimental value of the car to him and persisted that I was more than willing to pay out of pocket whatever the difference was between what the job was worth and what the insurance gave me. He agreed to fix it and even still he insisted I would not pay more than what the insurance company gave me and after a couple of weeks I went to pick it up and my total was 700$ less than what the insurance company gave me and over 1000$ less than what the appraiser said the damages were! I still had a couple of minor issues with the interior afterwards and he fixed all of those too without charging me another dime. Overall, Dave took care of my wallet and my car and I couldn't be more grateful for his willingness to help me out in a tough spot, and the quality of the work done on my vehicle. I hope I don't have to go to his shop anytime soon again lol but god forbid anything happens to my car again I 100% know where I'm taking it. Everyone that works there is very nice and show genuine compassion for their customers. If anyone reading this just smashed up their car and want it back new without having to sell a kidney, this is definitely the place to go. Once again thank you Dave for helping me out I REALLY didn't want to lose this car.

So when I needed service for my car I had scheduled car repairs service with them. I have an amazing experience with all of the Staff there. However Lee Camara who is the front office manager was the 1:1 contact person for me. Lee has been an outstanding customer service skilled staff who know how to communicate with customers going through the stressful times during a car collision. He was there all the way with me to provide a clear vision and support for everything possible on earth to soothe the pain and stress I was going through! He provided not only the best communication skills and support but because of his amazing empathy and emotional connection with the customers he also provided me with the excellent education on the service and repair work that needed to have the car back to its baseline. He was skilled not only with empathy but also definitely with great professional experience and amazingly gifted customer service skills! He arranged enterprise rentals having me a same model of a almost brand new rental car to make me comfortable and familiar with my transitional time driving experience. He took care of everything from paperwork for arrangements for additional appraisal from the insurance company, arranging rental car delivery and keeping me up with regular updates on the progress of the repairs process . Finally he arranged to deliver my car when repairs were completed making sure it was the right time and right place for me to arrange to deliver my car . My car looks even better than before with the amazing service of Carl Collision Center. I strongly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an empathetic and person centered car repair service experience after going through a traumatic experience with the car accident or damage . I am very happy with their service!! Nicole A

After speaking the the online…read moresalesperson and the Manager Bryce, regarding the purchase of a normal Transit cargo van, I drove almost two hours to Fall River only to find that the van was different than advertised - it was refrigerated. Knowing RI, I said OK. We scheduled for three days later on Monday morning at 9am. After taking off from work to be at the local PD Monday morning for the vin check ten minutes early, I waited until 9:15 and texted back to the dealership asking where they were and when would they arrive. This is when the excuses began. The first excuse was "I had to run into the office to get the paper and that it was beyond their control". When I then asked when the person would meet me at the PD I was told about 40 minutes, but that traffic was heavy. When I responded that this was unsatisfactory as this had been scheduled the week prior the excuses continued. I was then told that this person was doing me a favor because the sales department screwed up on my registration paperwork, that they were trying to clean up the mess, and that this was a courtesy. I could have sworn that I paid a fee for the registration service? I replied, so now it is my fault that this wasn't done? Then I got the "hang-up don't care" response, I'm going to have one of the sales managers call you. Never happened. Around 9:40 this person then emails me the title paperwork that I need and suggests that I do the VIN check. My response, so now I am doing your job. So I began the process. It was now an hour into this mess and they still had not shown up. So I asked the person if they were still coming to get the paperwork and they said that is why I emailed you the paperwork. Incredibly poor customer service I responded. Because they were able to scan and email the paperwork, I suspect that this person never left the dealership and was lying to me the whole time about heading to meet me at the PD. I then called the manager and left a scathing voicemail. As I was finishing the VIN check an hour plus into this fiasco, the manager called and I explained my horrible experience with his dealership personnel and that I was very pissed off and angry for all the reasons previously stated. He said he had no excuse for what happened. I thought, finally I am speaking to someone at Fall River Empire Ford who is taking accountability. Everyone else acted as if I, the customer who had spent nearly 50K at their dealership two weeks prior, was inconveniencing them and interrupting their day. Bottom line, if I was charged by Fall River Empire Ford for the vehicle registration process, I am not sure I was, then I want a full refund. At the very least, I want to be reimbursed for the $20 that I had to pay out of my pocket for the Police Department for the VIN check and can provide them with a receipt. And what about my time out of work for an appointment that the dealership called me to make and then never showed up. What a way to treat your customers! I guess there goes my free oil change. Oh well.
