Dormans Auto sold us a 2017 Ford F250 that had serious issues almost immediately after purchase…read more Within 75 miles of driving it home, the engine began making a loud ticking noise, which strongly suggests the problem existed at the time of sale. We brought the truck back multiple times, spending hours traveling, but their attempted repairs didn't fix the issue and their explanations were inaccurate. Since then, additional problems have surfaced, including oil leaks (front differential and rear main seal), non-working heat/defrost, electrical issues with lights, a broken radio, and a non-functioning passenger window. We also had concerns with how the deal was handled upfront, including being encouraged to temporarily change insurance in a way that could be considered misrepresentation just to satisfy the bank. Despite giving them opportunities to make it right, Dormans Auto has refused to repair the vehicle or take responsibility. Very disappointing experience and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

Safeco insurance adjuster estimated the damage at around $1100. Lenny contacted me and said what the adjuster wanted to do was not the proper repair. I agreed, I was in the auto business and had experience with this kind of repair. Lenny fought for my rights with the insurance company. They agreed to review claim. Long story short a $1100 claim became a $4500+ claim. Without Lenny's advice my auto would have had a substandard repair. The repair and the paint work was perfect. The matching of the painting was great. There is no one in the auobody business that has the quality staff and pride as Lenny's. Lenny is the best in the business.
