She dealt with my insurance company (following my initial notice to them of the damages), arranged for a rental car that was delivered to me at the shop when I dropped my car for the repairs, and kept me informed throughout the process. Once I dropped my vehicle, it was ready in 2 days and was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up, and she took care of the rental return. No one likes to deal with the aftermath of a collision, but Breno's made it far less painful by taking care of everything and my car looks great! Highly recommend them.

I called again to see if it could be ready a day early and they made it work. Most important of all, they told me straight away that "we don't back-charge customers" when the insurance company won't pay more than the estimate. After holding the vehicle for another two weeks upon return of the vehicle the horn didn't work. My daughter brought her vehicle back for a 3rd time and was giving a bill for the horn that the mechanic told her he didn't break but fixed it and she needed to pay for it. Never had issues with the horn, but then the mechanic began yelling at my daughter. I hope he keeps that energy when I come in to speak with him tomorrow because luckily for him when I heard of the situation the shop is closed and I can't speak with him today. My child will not be intimidated or scared, and your unprofessionalism and accepting payment for work that was not completed will be filed with the BBB and attorney general.
