Let me tell you about my experience dealing with Lenny's auto body. My 2014 Avalon had a dent in…read morethe right lower Quarter panel and right rear door damage. Safeco insurance adjuster estimated the damage at around $1100. Lenny contacted me and said what the adjuster wanted to do was not the proper repair. I agreed, I was in the auto business and had experience with this kind of repair. Lenny fought for my rights with the insurance company. They agreed to review claim. Long story short a $1100 claim became a $4500+ claim. Without Lenny's advice my auto would have had a substandard repair. The repair and the paint work was perfect. The matching of the painting was great. There is no one in the auobody business that has the quality staff and pride as Lenny's. Lenny is the best in the business. I met with the secretary when I walked through the door who was very friendly and had me meet with Sam the adjuster who was very helpful and friendly person! He calmly told me that the damage I did can be easily replaced because it was all bolt on and can be painted before it gets put on the vehicle! I sold Toyota for 38 years and sold myself this vehicle and did not know that! I was a nervous wreck! He said to drop the truck off that Sunday night and while we were talking he ordered all factory parts! Two and a half days later the vehicle was done perfectly and properly without blending paint! They matched the paint perfectly! He also never asked for parts money up front! He never knew me from a hole in a wall before this encounter! What a guy! Marty came out at the end and took the car back to take care of a chip I had no charge! I highly recommend Marty! You can't ask for a better repair facility! Both Sam and Marty are awesome!
