I've had an ongoing problem with my Jeep that wasn't getting dealt with elsewhere. I went to Central to have them diagnose the problem - and they did it right away!!! They know what they're talking about and have amazing customer service! Lesson learned! Went in for an inspection they told me I needed a left outter tie rod end and wanted to fix it that day for over 500$ I took it somewhere else to get the part fixed and was told the part was fine and wouldn't have needed replacing if it weren't for failing inspection . Not to mention the price was 250 somewhere else. This was discrimination 100% ladies they see you from a mile away and will take advantage of you. Went in looking to finance a new vehicle. Wanted to trade in a 2022 Wrangler High Tide edition, that was like new. KBB said the trade in value median was about 37k. Now I know these numbers aren't always perfect, but should be reasonably close. We were told they would give us 25K for the trade in. After explaining that this was way off from KBB, he told us we were wrong and looked it up on KBB in front of us. He put in that the condition was good, even though the vehicle was in excellent condition. Results came up as 34k. He continued to say this was wrong, and that the most they would give us is 27K. We said no thank you and walked out. Two days later, vehicle was traded in to another Jeep Dealership, and received 36K in trade, no questions asked. This was their first offer to us. Worst experience ever I had a appointment to go over the paperwork and pricing and everything was agreed upon and when I was moving forward to the purchase of the vehicle I was told that another couple who had just can into the dealership had priority over us and after over 2 hours of dealing with them because they took them out to lunch in the vehicle that was supposed to be mine I was sent a text saying that the truck was sold. Then to make it up to me they tried to sell me a overpriced vehicle that was nowhere near as nice as the one I was supposed to get then told me that they would sell it to me at the same price that another dealer was selling it WOW THANKS A LOT!!!!! When I bought a car here for 38k used the inspection sticker was a hold up on the final purchase of the car, and the car is flawless cuz it's not dodge, jeep or Chrysler it's a Subaru. To make the sale final they passed it and said I wouldn't have to worry about just come back to Central dodge jeep 44. I did and they said I can't give you inspection sticker because of modifications. I said that's funny because you inspected it and passed it to sell it to me when I had that big check in my hand and I haven't modified the car since. I bought a car that wasn't even there brand because I don't trust a dodge through previous ownership and terrible reliability and now I don't trust their word as a dealership. read more

Noticed significant corrosion on my jeep wrangler that I had purchased used a few years back. Figured I might be out of the warranty window but went to another jeep dealership to check and they tried to tell me it was expired while holding the information directly in front of my face. They took photos and I called multiple times to check on the progress to which they replied 'oh it's too late to file that'. The work would have cost me around 10k. Enter Anthony from Central. I called him in a panic with less than three weeks left on the warranty. And he made it happen. He went above and beyond and did so with kindness. Service Department - Absolute worst experience ever working with the Dodge Service Department at Dodge Ram of Raynham. Had my pick up truck towed from the Cape. Cost me $425 for the tow. Truck had a small leak in one of the tires. They attempted to take advantage of my son, tried to sell him 4 new tires & rims for $5,600 prior to diagnosing the issue with the truck. I explained to the Service Rep that we were not interested in purchasing tires and rims at this time however, would like them to service the truck. I explained to the rep. that 6-8 months ago we had the truck in for the same issue and would like to see if this was the same problem or something new. Note: Very common issue with many recalls with this Dodge 1500 truck. The rep explained that if we didn't purchase a new tire it would not be safe to pull the vehicle in to diagnosis the problem. At that point, I even said I would pay a tow to have them tow it 20 yards into the garage. Asked to speak to the Service Manager who was just as useless as the Service Rep. Wasted $425 for the initial tow. Had the truck towed to another dealer who was much more accommodating then Dodge Ram of Raynham. Perfect example Car Dealerships taking advantage of consumers. I would never recommend, nor purchase another vehicle or service a vehicle at this dealership again! I wish there were an option for 0 stars! read more

BUYER BEWARE! Arrived today at CentralJCDR for a scheduled oil change and inspection sticker. Aaron went over the vehicle and confirmed the services to then let me know the cost at which was significantly higher than what was sent to me in an email. I declined the oil change but left the keys with Aaron for the inspection. Approximately 10 minutes later, I walked by the service department and my vehicle was parked in the same spot and at that time I missed a call from Aaron so I went back in. I was met at the door by Aaron who informed me that my tailgate brake light was out and due to safety, it would fail the inspection. The repair was going to cost me roughly $500-$600. I declined, left and went home to where in hindsight I should've had Aaron step on my brake to confirm that it needed repair, because when I got home and asked the cop detail that was outside of my house, he said they were all working properly. I was very close to being a victim of a scam upcharge for service that wasn't needed. Be aware and diligent if you choose to do business here. P.S Vehicle inspection passed elsewhere. read more

My daughter just moved to the area and called to make an appointment to have her transmission serviced, fluid and filter change. Just something simple. They asked if she had it serviced there before and she told them she had not been there before as she had just moved to the area. Then the service department woman said they would not service her 2012 Jeep Patriot as they don't service vehicles 10 years old or older if they had never been serviced by them before. Not the attitude I would have expected. My husband and I are looking in the near future to purchase a jeep and it will not be from this place ! read more

Absolutely horrible! We are here from out of State to spread my mother's ashes. The day before we were supposed to head back out west our jeep broke its serpentine belt. This was the closest jeep dealer. They wouldn't even allow us to tow it there to be looked at. They told me that I could make an appointment which was 2 weeks out and then could get towed there 48 hours before the appointment. I explained we are not local and can't just sit around for 2 weeks before they could even look at it. I asked if I could speak with the service manager she said no he is not available. Asked if he could call me back she said no he will not be available! Asked if that was her standard answer and she did not answer. I would NEVER buy anything from them. Buy vehicles based on how service treats their brand owners. The last vehicle I bought was while waiting in a service area in a situation similar to this. Difference is they went out of their way to help us. My vehicle had broken down While waiting for its repair saw a truck I liked and bought it while waiting. Do not buy a car from this dealership or get it serviced there. This dealership does not care about their customers and will not help or assist or invest one penny in helping their customers or being advocates for them, no matter how much you pay for your car. I have had many bad experiences here and the most recent just sent me other the edge. I worked with Lea. Terrible advisor. Left me waiting for over an hour for a loaner. I had to find her. I paid $85k for my Wagooneer, tires are completely worn at 28k miles , 1.5 years after buying , and they offered ZERO help with Chrysler jeep corporate. 50,000 miles tires and I was told it's New England roads, and my fault because I missed an oil change and tire rotation and never "asked " the dealership to do an alignment for me. Isn't a great service department there to assist us and remind us of services needed on our car as part of the overall excellent customer experience? Nope, not this place. They are in over their heads, and do not care about the consumer. All they care about is profit. I have a close relationship with a service director at another dealership in New England who I advised before heading into my service appt, and I wanted to ensure I had all the information I needed ( not being an expert in anything car related) and Lea bashed me for even bringing that up and said " I hope this doesn't hurt you further , and I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that" who doesn't get advisement from family / friends in the field before doing anything ! ( medical, buying a car etc) She used it against me and refused to listen. I'm telling you this dealership, they are crooks! Multiple bad experiences. Read the reviews people. My wife's Jeep has had an issue with the roof switch not working for a year. We went in and they ordered the part a year ago. We went back and they did not have a tech to do the job twice. Lost the part twice and now that there is other things wrong with the start stop system and they refuse to call us back or answer a call. We get push into different voice mails, told we will get a call back..... crickets!! Since new we have had no issues with Central until last year. Now the car will not start (2019 jeep $55k)!! My wife is a nurse that relies on her new jeep to get to work daily. We have had to jump start it, we have had to figure out rides all because central is not professional enough to call us back and get the Jeep in to be fixed. Frustrating to say the least. read more

Back in June I wanted to order a brand new Jeep Wrangler. The closest dealer was Central Jeep in Raynham. Went in and was greeted by, well. the greeter . I asked for a salesman who was good with product knowledge on Wranglers, since I'm not into the whole back and forth sales thing. She introduced me to David Gilday. She made a good choice. I got a price on an ordered Jeep I was VERY happy with right off the bat. Now, through no fault of the dealer, but because of the chip shortage and whatnot it took literally months to come in. However, any time I either texted or emailed my salesman, he got back to me almost immediately. This made the wait easier to deal with. This rating is strictly for the collision center. On Sat, Jan 13th, a tree limb bounced off the roof of my vehicle causing damage to the roof and windshield. Went to the dealership on Tuesday to fill out paperwork. The adjuster was able to come on Wednesday. They forgot to have me sign the paper work to start work. So on Thursday I was able to sign the paper work via email to start the work right away. The 19th an adjusted estimate was made by the dealer for other the correct factory windshield, minor scratches around the roof, hood, fenders, and bumper. The next week was a bust and I knew for the work I wasn't going to get it back. Monday I called and tried getting an estimate on when it may be done. Not to rush but to make other arrangements for service work that was supposed to be done a few days after the accident. They left a message that it was all painted. "Probably ready by Wednesday give call Tuesday afternoon." Called Tuesday 30th, spoke with shop manager Anthony. Asking him if my car will be done on Wednesday. I tried explaining the situation with the prior service appointment and that if they could get it into service if it is done on Wednesday it would be appreciated that way I wouldn't need to take a day out of my pocket next week with another rental and be without my vehicle again. He said no way it's getting done Wednesday. Probably will be Thursday. I was like okay cool. I'll call service and let them know probably Thursday. He said hold on. Starts conducting other business while having me on hold. He came back. I said, "Okay, Thursday". He almost snipped at me and said "I'm on my way to service right now to arrange it with them you'll have your car on Wednesday " Wednesday I called service never got the vehicle or an update from collision. Called collision in the afternoon. Said they have to put it together and clean it. Should be ready tomorrow. On Thursday the update was they had the wrong fender clips and that they might be in Friday. My insurance wanted to stop my rental because of the extended repair time but because of that issue I was able to get in touch with the adjuster that got in contact with them on Friday. Got back with me Friday morning and told me the vehicle will be ready today. I didn't believe the adjuster but it was ready by noon. Received call from collision saying I could pick up my vehicle. The person I spoke with had no idea about it going to service after they finished. Service was and is fantastic and they had it in and out within hours. As for the repair. While taking off the windshield they cut some plastic off of the window covering. Two chips above the bumper that were not there before they took it off. A raised line that they never buffed out next to the roof rack. I would have brought it right back but I could only imagine how much longer that would have taken and my insurance wouldn't cover the rental *** DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE *** *Update after the manager finally responded back to my review several months after it was created.** My windows are now scratched because when they were patching the dent on my car the windows were down and not properly covered. The residue stuck to the window flaps and even after trying to get the residue off it's still stuck to the flaps like plaster creating small cosmetic scratches up and down my window due to rolling it up and down. The manager doesn't seem to want to fix my issues and apologizes for the miscommunication. However, it's the poor work done to my vehicle and the lack of adequate response that I will NEVER be returning back to this location. My jeep stands out being read more

Had extensive damage to underside of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had jeep towed to Cental dealership. Had many, many delays due to Covid and unavailable chip production. Was without my car entire summer. Rented a car for one week. It was agreed through the collision department that cost would be covered by Central dealership. Was charged a fee of over $100. Was contacted by Central collision to 1 year later to clerify "a charge from Hertz that kept coming back to them unpaid." I reminded collision that as I understood, cost of rental would be covered by them for all the delays. The following month I was charged 1 year later for the rental!! First off, as far as the collision center goes, they are great! My bumper needed replacing and through my insurance (Progressive) this dealership was on their recommended list. I dealt with Jon Taylor and he was very nice, kept me informed and they did a nice job replacing the bumper, they also washed and vacuumed my car. It was a smooth transaction. After that positive experience I brought my sister here to lease a jeep compass. A few of us accompanied her to help out with the process (her first time leasing) and we can be some pains in the a**, with a million questions coming from each of us. Our salesman was Bob Costa and he dealt with us perfectly. He was patient and pretty damn funny. Cracking jokes and just going along with the situation, it didn't feel like an uptight environment it was laid back, which I like. Bob was just a regular guy and I felt like he was honest. Adam Silver, the manager also worked with us and he was very good as well. They tell it like it is and laid everything out in front of us. We were there all day but when we left my sister felt good about her lease. We will see them again for any future purchases or leases. read more

I have ask every time I had to drop my vehicle off for service that was covered by warranty for a loaner vehicle. Every time they have told me they don't have any at the moment. What kind of dealership refuses a loaner to a paying customer. I have had to pay for a rental 3 times out of pocket because this dealer wouldn't provide me with a loaner vehicle. I also asked them to replace my speakers on my 2016 patriot (1year old) because water got into my radio, and they told me "your speakers are fine". I've had a water leak for a year and they can't figure it out I wouldn't get a vehicle from here again. read more
