I had my 2020 Stelvio delivered. I had to end up paying part of the shipping, even though it was…read moresupposed to be free. I should've backed out at that point. My car arrived very dirty. It had traveled across several states, so that's understandable. I didn't notice any damage when I met the shipper to pick it up. I immediately went to the car wash to rinse it off, and that's when I saw that the front bumper was damaged. I notified the dealership once I got home....that same day, not 2 days later like the owner is saying. I have photos, call logs, and emails showing the date. The dealership stated it wasn't like that when it left, so they called the shipper. Of course, they say they didn't do it either, so now I am stuck with a car that was supposed to be in perfect condition, that was delivered with a damaged front bumper. The owner of the dealership told me to buy touch up paint or file it on my insurance. I still have the email where he told me this. He acted like I was overreacting. I think not. I didn't agree to buy a damaged car. I don't know if the dealership or the shipper damaged the car, but someone needs to take responsibility for the damage. Update: The car was delivered on May 31st. I STILL have not received the title, so I can register the car in Texas. I've had 2 buy 2 30 day tags so far. That's about $62. It's the only way I can legally drive the car. The dealership is in Massachusetts, but when I called the dmv, they found out the car is titled in Connecticut, so now I'm having to pay to get a duplicate title sent to me from them. NEVER AGAIN!

Gave me a bill of sale, said I'd contact my bank and off the transaction goes. Should've been done before End of Business day. I tried to contact the owner and he ghosted me for three days (Friday thru Monday) and finally said he sold the car to someone else, shortly before opening on Monday. Refused to talk or discuss what happened since. Careful and buyer beware of the bait and switch this guy does. You'll only waste your time and money.

We first drove by when they were closed, and liked the appearance of the dealership, as well as the peek we had at the car. We came back the next weekend and bought it. It was hands down the best experience that we've had at a dealership -- no pressure, no haggling, just a good deal on a super nice car. We will start our search at CMS next time we're in the market. Until then, we'll keep sending our friends and family down to check them out.

Dormans Auto sold us a 2017 Ford F250 that had serious issues almost immediately after purchase…read more Within 75 miles of driving it home, the engine began making a loud ticking noise, which strongly suggests the problem existed at the time of sale. We brought the truck back multiple times, spending hours traveling, but their attempted repairs didn't fix the issue and their explanations were inaccurate. Since then, additional problems have surfaced, including oil leaks (front differential and rear main seal), non-working heat/defrost, electrical issues with lights, a broken radio, and a non-functioning passenger window. We also had concerns with how the deal was handled upfront, including being encouraged to temporarily change insurance in a way that could be considered misrepresentation just to satisfy the bank. Despite giving them opportunities to make it right, Dormans Auto has refused to repair the vehicle or take responsibility. Very disappointing experience and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

I am unsure why it is taking me so long to write a review on Centerville as I am probably their…read moremost often customer so far. I had a bad year where I had 5 accidents back to back, two months apart. I swear it wasn't my fault. The joke is I am their best customer. Mike, Dan and Blake were all very patient with me as this is my first car and I was always so heart broken after every accident. My last accident was a true test for them as the car's damage cost was over $10,000. I think it was just shy of being total lost. My car is fine now and the new joke is, it should last me for another 10 years since all the parts are brand new. Practically the whole casing of my car and doors are new at this point. Knock on wood as I haven't had another accident since. I am so grateful for Centerville and my insurance. My mom just dropped her car off on Monday, November 14th and she is so happy to be able to drop it off to get appraised and repaired and we wouldn't have to make multiple stops. She just had to sign two papers and she was on her way to Enterprise to grab her rental and that was not as smooth sailing.
