Not only that he fixed an exhaust problem that would have prevented an inspection sticker as well as replacing a ball joint and tire. A good mechanic is one willing to do troubleshooting and diagnostics on your car and not merely replace things using computer error codes! This was also done for considerably less than if I brought it to Meineke or Firestone, which was going to be at least $400-600 more for the same amount of work. Awesome Experience!!!…read more We've been to several dealerships over the years purchasing new cars, and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences we've ever had. Our salesperson, Erik, was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and professional, Erik went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our new car the same day. He was patient throughout the entire process and made sure we were comfortable with all of the car's features before we drove off the lot. He took the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt confident with our new 2026 Crosstrek! You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience! I also want to give a special shout-out to Shawn, the finance manager. After visiting several dealerships over the years, he was absolutely the best finance manager we have ever dealt with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. Most importantly, he was not pushy in the least. He explained all of our options, including the extended warranties, etc...but never pressured us into purchasing something we didn't want. That really stood out to us and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Erik and Shawn truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We highly recommend them and Imperial Subaru to anyone looking for a new car. Great service, great people, and a truly refreshing car-buying experience !!!
