I was in the market for a car and have driven by Accurate Automotive Sales and Service every morning on the way to work. As many people I don't like dealing with car salesmen, they are usually pushy and will say anything to make a sale. I decided to stop and to my amazement this was not like any other experience I've had purchasing a car before. The salesman (Jonathan), was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and wanted to make sure I got the car that was best for me. He actually listened then explained everything about the vehicles I was interested in. Had me take multiple vehicles for a test drive. There was one I was interested in that I wasn't able to take out as it needed a new tire. Later that day when they close at 3 pm, he called to tell me he had a new tire on the car and if I wanted to take the car out for a test drive I could come down. They stayed open until 6 pm to make sure I had time to make sure this is the car for me. I didn't make a decision at that time. But to my surprise, I didn't get the typical speech what can we do to get you to buy today. Once I made up my mind 3 days later (no annoying calls), I spoke to the finance manager (Anthony) who was just a spectacular he made sure the numbers worked didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. I got a tour of the facility, by the owner (Victor) and was made to feel as important as the entire process was to me. I can't recommend this place enough. Accurate Auto is the BEST! When...out of nowhere....my Audi pre sense (which I didn't even know I had) started to malfunction... which set off an alarm... I didn't know what to do. I found that my regular repair shop couldn't help me with this electronic issue, and at the dealership I would need to wait TWO MONTHS! Two months of that alarm would have driven me nuts! Fortunately my regular repair shop referred me to Accurate and they reported they could do the service in just a couple of days. The place is very clean and the personnel could not be nicer. Anthony and Victor are great guy's! Anthony worked with me to try and get me a better mthly pymnt on my car. Even though I didn't buy through them he still went the extra mile for me! I bought a 2016 X3 from Anthony. I had my suv for @4 months and my brake light came on and I had noticed the brakes didn't feel right. I called and spoke to both Anthony (sales) and Victor (owner) in regards to my brakes. Victor sent someone to pick up my suv and replaced both front and back brakes. Extremely pleased with the service. My water pump went on my BMW. I dropped it off Monday and it was ready on Tuesday. The part was covered under my warranty, which there service department contacted and had my car fixed with very little out of pocket. Very professional and even had my car cleaned and waiting for me.
