Bottom line upfront; we were so happy with our car buying experience with Car Town and Ray and his son Ray. I have to admit I was skeptical buying a used car at a used car dealership. Ray, the father and the Ray the son were equally accommodating and fixed all the minor issues with the car even after we took it off the lot. That was customer service. And as I told them, a few weeks ago, we will be buying the next car from these guys. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Great experience buying from these guys! The truck was just as described and the easiest transaction I've made in a long time. Ray stayed 1.5hr late to get me approved, took in my trade and got me in my new truck the same night! Ray also got me in touch with his electronics guy to install a new upgraded touch screen for all the controls/ radio. Couldn't be happier with the setup. read more

I just purchased my first vehicle from Car Town ! I am very satisfied with my experience. Ray and his father are honest salesmen and they will make sure the vehicle you purchase will be in tip top shape before you make a purchase . I saw my car before it was inspected by the mechanic and cleaned since it was a new arrival ...when I returned to see the final look ...I was impressed ! They really took a few years off the car my mother said she'd take it from me ! Ray was very informative and patient with me and my family as this was my first car . They carefully explained all the work and maintenance that was done in the vehicle . They offer the best deals and for the work and details that put into the vehicles it's worth it ! read more

Knocked out of the park yet again. My friend Dave mentioned he wanted a CRV. I told him to head here as they always have a few of them and my grandma loved hers. Dave looked at one, purchased it, and has been incredibly happy with it. He had a minor issue with a loose battery terminal a week or so later and again it was fixed with zero hesitation. In the world of cars minor issues aren't avoidable. Every car rolling down the road has something it could use. The fact that every single time the fellas here take care of whatever it is immediately, properly, and without hesitation or negotiation is absolutely huge. The cars are good, the work is good, and their word is good. Looking forward to sending more people here in the future read more

I had a good experience buying cars from Ray and his father at CarTown. I went in to see one car, and while I was happy with it on the test drive. They had multiple other cars that I had been looking for. I ended up getting a low-mileage 2009 Honda Accord that the outside mechanic I took it to said was in exceptional shape. My car's been great in the month that I've had it. Drives smooth, no problems. I'm very happy with my new car. read more

I bought a car and when I was driving home, the AC and the heated seats stopped working. When I called to say this, I was asked if it was turned on. I brought it back three separate times for them to just put antifreeze in it or replace one line just for me to have to call back and say that it still wasn't working. Then when I asked if the heated seats were fixed because I asked for it to be done at the same time, he said I would have to bring it back again. This time I brought my boyfriend with me because I feel like he was treating me differently because I was a woman and he definitely acted different. They sent it out to have a new AC system replaced and I realized a week later that my AirPods that were in my console were replaced with an offbrand version. The car is good other than those two problems but I did not feel happy leaving there. read more

I purchased a BMW X5 from this dealership about 6 months ago, and I cannot say this enough...I loved our experience here. I've gained a trustworthy relationship; they've been able to assist me with any questions about my vehicle. I made the decision to stop by not only because they had my dream car, but they have AMAZING reviews. We were greeted quickly and a few hours later the truck was mine! Ray III and every other staff interaction we had, was top notch! One of a kind for sure. Each interaction I've had, has left me feeling like they're taking care of ME. They had a great selection of vehicles. Great dealership - 5/5! I would definitely recommend this place. read more

So happy I am with my experience here! First off they close at 6 we walked in at about 5:40, they stayed over two hours later making sure we could get everything squared away. AND we're sweethearts the entire time! I ended up buying a cute 2013 Nissan Rouge and they did everything for me. This was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had in my life. They registered it got the plates got me a new sticker everything. It's also a family business which I absolutely love seeing. (They also stayed late for us to sign papers on NYE bc we had to work) Would recommend anyone here and will be using them for all my future car buying needs! read more

Very communicative and clean service. This was the first time I bought a car and it went very well here. The car was already very clean when we looked at it. Felt like they went above and beyond, with new headlights, breaks, struts, and everything so it'd be all ready. -I also happen to be out of state and they handled registration, and Vin check. They'd said in about 2 weeks it should be ready but, it was a day over a week and I already have the car. It runs beautifully, is clean and I'm very happy with the service provided by the family-owned business. read more

To whoever is questioning where to buy their next car stop right here, Car town in Attleboro, MA demonstrates both knowledge of customer wants and needs and demonstrates their commitment to selling a car that is in excellent condition. I observed this dealership before inquiring about a car I really wanted, I found that they keep their word on what they say 100%. I came here because my father also purchased a vehicle from Car Town and had another excellent experience, and I chose this dealership based on reading reviews compared to the others in area. I have purchased over 10 vehicles in my lifetime from both new and used dealers. Car town undoubtedly has the best buying experience. I initially stopped by Car Town because I saw an interesting car while driving by. After talking with Ray Jr I realized the great value that was being offered and purchased the car. Instantly after taking ownership, I had the manufacturers service department look over the vehicle for piece of mind, because the car was now 5 years old. In their inspection, they found a suspension component needed replacing. When I informed Ray they immediately took my car in, got it on the lift and resolved the issue. Car Town is a family owned dealership that has been in the business for a very long time. I believe their success is based off the fact that they find quality cars, offer them for excellent values and if something comes up while the car is under warranty, they fix it. No questions asked. I would recommend Car Town to anyone looking to buy a used car. read more

I have now purchased two beautiful cars from Ray. The pricing was very reasonable and the cars are both in great condition. I really appreciated the straight forward, no pressure sales approach. I had a great experience at Car Town! I found a car I liked online and reached out to make an appointment to see it. They were immediately responsive to my email and let me see it the next day. The car was in great shape and clean. I immediately took a test drive and decided to purchase it. Within a week I was able to drive away with the car. The team at Car Town also fully registered the car while I was at work for the week, which was extremely helpful since that process can be difficult and time consuming. I am very excited for my car and I am glad I chose to go with Car Town. They were very kind, helpful and responsive through the entire experience. read more

Recently my wife and I visited Car Town USA, and we showed interest in a showroom Corvette ( in our estimation). The father and son duo were so professional and attentive. They made the visit worthwhile. They had total confidence and knowledge unsurpassed. Needless to say the next t day we returned for the car. The trade was a car that we held dear ( well my wife was very attached) . This made for a hard sell but we couldn't resist... the Corvette speaks for itself. The process was smooth and timely. I should also mention that they rose to the occasion by being so patient and extraordinary in their demeanor. They weren't pushy, but yet displayed heartfelt interest in assisting us with this major purchase. The father went as far as running across the street and surprising my wife with an Edible Arrangement fruit bouquet. Not only was this unexpected but it eased her heartache in having to let go of a car she adored. Nice touch!!!! In my opinion this was a five star service experience! The Pereira's read more

If I could give Zero I would. All I can say "Buyer be Ware" Where to start. Family owned dealership w 3 generations actively involved. The wife and I purchased 4 year old BMW 550i w approximately 70k miles. At the time of purchased I can pretty much say they persuaded (better way to describe scare / Pressure tactics to convince us into buying an extended Warranty/ service plan. How it was presented so well it made sound like it be worh the additional $2600. Within two weeks the add oil light came on so, I added a quart then again the add oil light came on so my wife went back to car town and had then look at it. Burning excessive oil and you can actually smell it. They came back with the conclusion that they had not changed the oil somehow and it was due to the dirty oil. Hmmmmm makes no sense. They changed the oil and we were on our routine again. Again in about 10 day the add oil light message came on. At this time I realized I needed to start documenting when I had to add oil due to the excessive short time and mileage. I document that we only had the car for 4 months, put 2700 miles total on the vehicle. In that time after the oil change mentioned above every 300 or so miles all less than 375 I was adding a quart of oil. There has to be something wrong and we were like it's allset we have the extended Warranty and thinking any reasonable person would stand behind a product they sell. MA Lemon Law for a vehicle with miles 39k to 79k is only 60 days and 2500 miles. We brought the car back to Car Town and they said they would make it right. They referred us to their foreign moter mechanic and we dropped off. The final prognosis was the valve seals were no good and it was not covered under the lemon law technicaly due to 4 months and 2700. But really it was only 200 miles over. Secondly we thought all was good with the service plan they sold us. Unfortunately the warranty company would not cover this repair. We were in shock they pressured us to buy the service plan for $2600 and they would not cover this repair. FYI it's an $8000 repair job at then dealer and $5-6000 job in a local foreign motor shop. To end the story I was in car town discussing this issue with the son. I did my original deal with the farther. The farther knew why I was in there trying to discuss a resolution for this. I explain to them in all fairness I understand it was a pre-existing condition and that they could have been unaware of but I felt any good business men would stand behind there product. That they DIDNT..... what so ever. The son came out and I quote "well that the chance you take when you buy a used car" not a professional answer. What made it even worse was the son had a discussion with the farther before I came in so he knew why I was there. The farther didn't even have the respect to turn around, face me, look me in the eye and chime in on how we could resolve this issue. So final outcome is Car Town USA did not back the product they sold our family. Sold us a service plan that was no help to us. So in short took our money at point of sale and totally disregarded us when any good business men would step up and do the right thing. read more
