Dave looked at one, purchased it, and has been incredibly happy with it. He had a minor issue with a loose battery terminal a week or so later and again it was fixed with zero hesitation. In the world of cars minor issues aren't avoidable. Every car rolling down the road has something it could use. I bought a car and when I was driving home, the AC and the heated seats stopped working. When I called to say this, I was asked if it was turned on. I brought it back three separate times for them to just put antifreeze in it or replace one line just for me to have to call back and say that it still wasn't working. Then when I asked if the heated seats were fixed because I asked for it to be done at the same time, he said I would have to bring it back again. This time I brought my boyfriend with me because I feel like he was treating me differently because I was a woman and he definitely acted different. They sent it out to have a new AC system replaced and I realized a week later that my AirPods that were in my console were replaced with an offbrand version. If I could give Zero I would. All I can say "Buyer be Ware" Where to start. Family owned dealership w 3 generations actively involved. The wife and I purchased 4 year old BMW 550i w approximately 70k miles. At the time of purchased I can pretty much say they persuaded (better way to describe scare / Pressure tactics to convince us into buying an extended Warranty/ service plan. How it was presented so well it made sound like it be worh the additional $2600. Within two weeks the add oil light came on so, I added a quart then again the add oil light came on so my wife went back to car town and had then look at it. Burning excessive oil and you can actually smell it. They came back with the conclusion that they had not changed the oil somehow and it was due to the dirty oil. Hmmmmm makes no sense. They changed the oil and we were on our routine again. Again in about 10 day the add oil light message came on. At this time I realized I needed to start documenting when I had to add oil due to the excessive short time and mileage. I document that we only had the car for 4 months, put 2700 miles total on the vehicle. In that time after the oil change mentioned above every 300 or so miles all less than 375 I was adding a quart of oil. There has to be something wrong and we were like it's allset we have the extended Warranty and thinking any reasonable person would stand behind a product they sell. MA Lemon Law for a vehicle with miles 39k to 79k is only 60 days and 2500 miles. We brought the car back to Car Town and they said they would make it right. They referred us to their foreign moter mechanic and we dropped off. The final prognosis was the valve seals were no good and it was not covered under the lemon law technicaly due to 4 months and 2700. But really it was only 200 miles over. Secondly we thought all was good with the service plan they sold us. Unfortunately the warranty company would not cover this repair. We were in shock they pressured us to buy the service plan for $2600 and they would not cover this repair. FYI it's an $8000 repair job at then dealer and $5-6000 job in a local foreign motor shop. To end the story I was in car town discussing this issue with the son. I did my original deal with the farther. The farther knew why I was in there trying to discuss a resolution for this. I explain to them in all fairness I understand it was a pre-existing condition and that they could have been unaware of but I felt any good business men would stand behind there product. That they DIDNT..... what so ever. The son came out and I quote "well that the chance you take when you buy a used car" not a professional answer. What made it even worse was the son had a discussion with the farther before I came in so he knew why I was there. The farther didn't even have the respect to turn around, face me, look me in the eye and chime in on how we could resolve this issue. So final outcome is Car Town USA did not back the product they sold our family. Sold us a service plan that was no help to us. So in short took our money at point of sale and totally disregarded us when any good business men would step up and do the right thing. read more

I went to Car town , purchased and received financing for a 2013 Audi Q5.I was pleased with the buying experience, until I got home to the Cape ( 1 hour drive) I noticed the lower rear bumper was cracked and hanging off. Car was not like that at the dealer.I took the Audi to the body shop and was told this damage was just covered up, glued and painted.I hit Nothing and nobody hit me on my ride home. I called Car Town and was told no way the damage was there.I sent pictures and told them what the body shop said ,recent paint job NOT a computer match of the Audi black. Total damage I had to pay $2,100,new upper and lower bumper ,paint,installation. Bottom Line ,I was sold a damaged car, weather Car Town knew it or not ,I WAS SOLD A DAMAGED CAR. I received a check for $200 from Car Town, and they said damage is my fault. NOT the right way to run a "family" business, NOT the way to treat customers. So I would NOT suggest you purchase anything from them. Don't tell me car has a clean carfax and I find out it was DAMAGED in the past. CAR TOWN SOLD ME A DAMAGED car. Car Town USA is a used car dealership. Need I say more? If you have never shopped for a used or even a new car than do not set your exportations to high. They are all the same in one way or another. WRONG !!! I am a no nonsense kind of guy and hate having my time wasted over pricing and or other issues. Car Town USA was exactly the way I expected to be treated. They were professional and courteous and right on top of things even with a full house of prospective buyers were there while I was trying to purchase my truck. There was no haggling over the price and when it came time to do the financing Ray Jr was right on top of it. It was fast and painless. I was in and out in less than an hour and I got a great price with a great rate. I had to return the next day to just sign the paperwork. The truck I was trying to buy had just come in a few days before and my opinion was already in great shape but Ray Senior Insisted that he completely run through the truck before handing it over to me. They replace all the brakes and rotors and cleaned it up inside and out. The truck looked almost new minus a few minor scratches. The truck is a 2014 Dodge Ram. Believe me when I tell you I have looked at a lot of trucks before going to Car Town USA and not one was in this kind of shape for the price Car Town USA was asking. I'm glad I scored it.
