Back in 2004, I went to JD BYRIDER in Attleboro to get a loan on a used vehicle and I ended up getting a gold 2001 Saturn SL. The reason for choosing them 20 years ago is simple, I had poor credit and I needed a reliable vehicle to get me to work. My credit score back then was in the mid 500's. Today my credit is excellent and it's in the high 700's. I haven't had a vehicle in 12 years and I've been taking town bus transits to get where I need to go. On Friday July 26th something within me changed. I started to search online for the vehicle I wanted. I had the color in mind and the make and model. No matter what I wanted, the vehicle I wanted. In the past, I've had many vehicles and they were never the ones I really wanted, but this time it was going to be different. I wanted a Kia Soul in the color black. I searched many used vehicle sites and I thought to myself how wonderful my experience was 20 years ago with JD BYRIDER. I then went on their website and saw the exact vehicle I dreamt of. I immediately put in a request to an agent to contact me and make arrangements to schedule a visit and test drive the vehicle. An agent by the name of Tony contacted me and I made arrangements to meet with him on Monday July 29th. He advised me to bring in proof of income, my license and proof of address. I brought my best friend Dee with me as she was the one that told me about JD BYRIDER 20 years ago. She also knows a lot about buying vehicles. We arrived at the dealership and we both sat down with Tony and I advised him what vehicle I was highly interested in. He took my paperwork and sent it over to the financial department to see if I qualified for a loan. While waiting a short while Tony then came over to me and stated that I qualify for the vehicle I want. Since I haven't driven in 12 years I didn't have any insurance. Tony set me up with someone he knows and an agent checked with different insurances and got me the best quote. I signed up with that insurance company right there on the spot. My insurance agent works along with JD BYRIDER and the paperwork he had sent me to fill out was done through my email electronically and I had it done within minutes. My insurance agent then worked quickly and diligently with JD BYRIDER to get my registration done. Tony stated that the vehicle that I was interested in was in Cranston, RI and he was going to go get it and bring it to me. Tony stated that he should be back in about an hour so my friend and I went out to lunch. We came back to the dealership and there she was my 2017 Kia Soul all dressed in black. I couldn't believe it, I actually got the vehicle I wanted and not only that I was approved to drive it home that day. They took my vehicle and did some last touch ups. They put on a paper license plate and advised me that the registry will be mailing my permanent plates to me. They estimated the time frame we spent at JD BYRIDER to get my vehicle was 4 hours. What I love about JD BYRIDER is it's a one stop shop. They do their best to get you into the vehicle you're interested in. They do the registration right there at the dealership. They help with car insurance if you do not have any. They maintain the vehicle per the warranty and most importantly they have the most professional and helpful agents around. Tony was amazing! He helped me get into the vehicle I wanted as well as helped me get the car insurance. Tony is professional, helpful, humorous, fun, inviting, energetic and is just an overall best car salesman I've ever got the privilege to meet and deal with. The only thing I would have change about my whole experience is that I wish I sat down with the bank and discussed my payments as I might of gotten a better deal and I wish before they had me drive away my vehicle off the lot that they filled the tank with gas and not just give me a half a tank.

We were not notified that they wanted the motor mounts back, intake manifold back, and the exhaust manifolds back. Engines are not sold with these components, so why would they leave them on the engine when we purchased the engine. On top of that, its an hour drive away and they refuse to do the right thing and take the engine back and offer a credit for the $3,000 6.2 Denali Engine. Have a nice day you f faces.
