I find it annoying and unprofessional. They really just need to give you a good deal. The haggle situation really turns me off a lot and it's almost making me consider going to a different dealership. The dealership itself is good as far as being clean and well maintained. Other than the current construction situation that hasn't finished and over a year, the dealership is relatively easy to get to. Staff is professional and courteous. As far as the service goes, they seem to do a decent job with the service itself and the prices seem to be competitive. The only draw back that I really have noticed with the service is they take an extreme amount of time to get the job done. For instance an oil change and tire rotation is 2 hours even with an appointment. A 15k mile service is 3 and a half hours, or 4 hours if you get a wash. I would strongly recommend getting a loaner car rather than waiting in the waiting room. The service has gotten more and more lengthy time wise in the last 2 years.

My 07 Trailblazer is the only vehicle I have and everyone at Tasca treats my SUV like it was theirs. Emile always listened, offered needed service tips and went out of his way to make me feel like family. I recommend Tasca GMC to everyone I know. Cost very reasonable, service outstanding, extremely friendly atmosphere and work that was provided was done in a very timely and professional manner. Again, thank you Emile and to the entire Tasca family for bringing great service and dealership to Woonsocket.

I was assisted by Randy Williams who was professional and patient while understanding my hopes for a good value and successful transaction. After a little back and forth on trade in value and overall cost we agreed on a deal. I signed the paperwork and met with the finance manager where I was presented with extended warranty options which I declined. This whole transaction from inquiry, test drive, a little banter and bartering took about 4 hours. Though they offered to let me take delivery I elected to wait until after the blizzard since my new SUV was safe inside the showroom. I returned yesterday (Wednesday) and exchanged vehicles. Randy walked me through the features of the new SUV, set up OnStar, Sirius XM, remote features, mobile app etc. Overall a good experience and would happily return here for future automobile purchases as needed.

This is a review of the service department. Customer service was friendly and they explained…read moreeverything to me. (I also checked in with my step dad, who lives too far away to help with the car but knows a lot about cars and everything checks out.) The waiting area was lovely, and the time they estimated to get me in and out was exactly correct, down to the minute. My second visit was the same great service. I've been impressed. Things happen to cars, and you have to be ready for unexpected repairs to pop up. I appreciate their transparency and letting me know when things are in need of fixing as far ahead as they can so I can plan when possible. Of course, they can only do this if you schedule regular visits!!

This review reflects mostly on service. I made an appointment online to have an oil change and tire…read morerotation done on my Tahoe. The appointment was for Friday at 1pm. As with many people my work hours are long so I dropped the truck off on Thursday night, filled out the drop envelope, and placed it in the drop. While I was on my way home, I asked my wife to give them a call as I had not heard from them about the truck, but hey its an oil change they take all of 20 minutes add a tire rotation and even I could have done this in my driveway in under an hour. She called me back and said that they didn't know if the oil change was done as service had left and they didn't see the paperwork. Now, I am a bit concerned. No truck for a a day or two, no problem, I have a company vehicle. No truck on the weekend...WTF! So I go to the dealership, figured I take my key, truck and business elsewhere. Now here is the fun part. Get to the dealership, they can't find the fob. The sales manager or who I assume was running the show for the night could have cared less. His answer, you'll have to come talk to service after 730 when they get in on Saturday. There is nothing else he could do. I left, not happy. 10 minutes later we get a call that they found the fob, it was still in the envelope in the drop zone. He said it was under the tire machine, but that is doubtful unless that machine is on top of the door. I've used their drop before with no issue. Since I purchased this truck service has been less then stellar there. One time I picked it up after an oil change to find a flat tire. Another time I picked it up for motor mounts, yes a 2019 needed two new mounts, to find a puddle under my radiator. Don't know how that happen, is what I was told. This is it. I'm done with Tasca! I use Tasca for my fleet vehicles, that is over. My next purchase will be another GM product, but it wont be from them. Look through the reviews for every good one you will find 3 poor ones. Tasca stopped caring years ago and it shows! Growing up in RI, the name Tasca ment something. They had a reputation of taking care of customers. Back in the day I ownedba mark VIII, the door ajar message wouldn't go away. I brought it to their Lincoln dealership. They had it a few days trying to find the short. I remember calling because I was concerned that because the car was out of warranty that the bill would be high. They said no worries we will cover this under warranty as I was only a thousand miles out. This was when they cared.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with respect and made to feel like a valued customer. This morning's exchange makes me happy that I decided to continue my regular maintenance here. There are other Toyota dealers in the area, but I have received consistent service from Toyota of Smithfield (from Sales to Service). I have purchased/leased three vehicles here and serviced them all here as well. Even when I have had issues a couple of years ago, the GM responded to my complaints and worked to resolve them. If they continue to maintain this level of service, my next car will come from this dealership as well.

He explained that the text messages went to his computer and not his phone and gave me his card with his personal cell phone number. My recent visit was great. My car was making a loud noise when I turned my heat or AC on and when I brought it in, Emily explained that she had been seeing a lot of mice causing damage to cars. My car has an extended warranty however this is not covered. After about a 45 minute wait which is pretty reasonable, Emily came out and showed me the picture of the damage that the mice had done. Fortunately, they had only built a nest and destroyed the air filter and everything else was in working order. So they changed the cabin filter and cleaned it out and I had to pay the diagnostic fee of 175+ about $70 for the replacement of filter. The diagnostic fee is a little bit steep, but I was grateful the price tag wasn't higher due to extensive damage.

Ron was a fantastic salesman - incredibly helpful during the process and the whole staff was truly awesome. We had some logistical complications between traveling from out of state (and organizing ferry reservations living on an island) and the team was always willing to work with us. In addition, because my girlfriend is newer to driving and it's a 2018 vehicle, the auto shop was able to put a backup camera and display into the vehicle for us - which made the purchase both possible and greatly put at ease any concern I had for her safety. Plus, as one of us is a permanent resident - the loan application process required an exorbitant amount of paper work and hoops to jump through. While other dealerships might have bailed on the process- Tara and Ron remained communicative and committed to making sure we could complete every documentation to the satisfactory of the bank. After I purchased the car I took it to my local mechanic, who confirmed the work put into the vehicle prior to sale was great and the Jeep was in wonderful shape. We have since driven it round trip to Virginia over the course of several short days - and the ride was incredibly smooth and the car performed perfectly. I couldn't be happier with our experience, I would absolutely come back to Ron and the group at Route 146 and if we ever plan to lift or modify the Jeep I absolutely would do it here. Thanks so much!
