This dealership is by far one of the best I've ever been to. You're not immediately hounded by sales people, you're not pressured into anything, you are allowed to leave whenever the heck you want, without salespeople pressuring you to stay and consider buying a car. I bought a 2023 Nissan pathfinder platinum. The car is AMAZING. The price was AMAZING. My overall experience with anchor has been seamless, made so extremely simple by their hard work and dedication to their customers. Eric Fera was my salesperson; he was not intimidating, he had answers to any random questions I could think of, he was extremely helpful during the process of adding the new car to my insurance policy, and just so many other great things. He also told me on many different occasions if I ever have any questions or anything to reach out to him, he'd be more than happy to help. Very, very pleased with the overall car buying experience at anchor Nissan. One last thing... the sales manager, Derrek Sanger, in addition to Eric, made something very special and heartwarming happen for my two young kids who recently unexpectedly lost their dad. My kids and I had been driving their dads truck around pretty much since dad passed away, until one night it broke down. Long story short, I knew I'd be trading it in soon anyways so we had it towed to anchor so they could assess and fix the issues, blah blah blah that's not my point. My 6 year old son was devastated that we were getting rid of dads truck & he was really sad that he never got to properly say goodbye to it. Derrek and Eric made it possible so that I could bring my son there to say goodbye to the truck. They could've totally ignored my requests to do this... they could've brushed me off and fed me some BS but instead they made it happen. They told me whenever I can get the kid there, they'll make it happen. And they did. That might've been my favorite part about the whole experience here at Nissan. They're a great group of employees!

Autozone, you hired the right person to represent your brand and I encourage you to recognize him with something valuable because it's employees like these that keep customers buying and visiting. Side note: My dad originally got my brake pads at Manton Ave Prov location. We had a charge on the receipt that was question, he called that location and they didn't pick up. I called hours later and they picked up but put me on hold for a long while. I hung up. I called Woonsocket park Ave location instead. Henny was the best!

I find it annoying and unprofessional. They really just need to give you a good deal. The haggle situation really turns me off a lot and it's almost making me consider going to a different dealership. The dealership itself is good as far as being clean and well maintained. Other than the current construction situation that hasn't finished and over a year, the dealership is relatively easy to get to. Staff is professional and courteous. As far as the service goes, they seem to do a decent job with the service itself and the prices seem to be competitive. The only draw back that I really have noticed with the service is they take an extreme amount of time to get the job done. For instance an oil change and tire rotation is 2 hours even with an appointment. A 15k mile service is 3 and a half hours, or 4 hours if you get a wash. I would strongly recommend getting a loaner car rather than waiting in the waiting room. The service has gotten more and more lengthy time wise in the last 2 years.

The store was typical to most Advance Auto Parts stores around, where you are free to roam around and spend as much time as you want browsing and shopping before anyone comes to greet you. I like that, since I like to take my time doing my research and my shopping. Some people might feel that is not very customer focused, but I believe that is the corporate way of this company to handle the customer experience.

I was told it was my evap system and two parts that needed to be done. The price was a little higher than other competitors, however after thinking it throughly I decided to give them a chance since my car was already there and my oil change was already being done. WORST MISTAKE. I dropped my vehicle off at approximately 945 am and picked it up at 6pm. I was highly disappointed with my results. I was not greeted very friendly off the start. Once I got to my vehicle my oil life was not reset after being changed, if they even changed it because now I'm doubting that! My check engine light IS STILL ON!! I was not communicated well with about it! I Was told after the services were done that it was something else??? I had to wait with an employee to try and trouble shoot to reset the oil life on the dash at 6pm after leaving my vehicle at 10 am!!! I had to direct HIM on how to do it after he tried to google it. I was afraid to even pop my hood and check my fluid levels at the moment because I was so upset with the other things that were signed off as done and were indeed NOT done. I called to talk to the service manager around 10 am the next day and again around 4pm and no one ever got back to me. I really tried to give them a second chance to try and make it right and no one has called. Very unfortunate. The worst part was after a long day working in the operating room the last thing I wanted to do was pop my hood to see if the services were done and they were not!!! I was VERY disappointed and I feel very taken advantage of! I paid almost 1,000$ and none of my fluids were topped off but checked off as they were and my tire pressure is supposed to be 36 each tire and they are all about to explode after Sean the technician working on my vehicle checked off all he "did"!!! I am beyond livid!!!! I really am an understanding and kind person so the fact no one tried to make it right is outrageous. I'll attach the photos. I feel taken advantage of because I am a woman and I went in alone! How embarrassing! How am I supposed to believe they even did anything to my car!? I have pictures of all the proof! sooooo sad!!!
