Having been a car owner for decades means having tried a lot of repair shops. BDR automotive is by far the best place ever that I have ever used. The ease of obtaining a timely appointment is wonderful, the speed at which a problem is diagnosed, information and repair options relayed, and car fixed at a very good rate a huge plus. I will never go anywhere else! read more

This place provides exceptional auto repair work and I have taken my car here a number of times. It is the only place I trust with my car.

Update, finally got my truck fixed. They were fabulous and followed up every step. They weren't going to charge me for the final visit too. Very, very good customer service! read more

Had a Ironman4x4 Stage 2 Lift Kit installed on my 2021 4Runner at BDR. I did a lot of research to find a reputable off road oriented shop in MA and BDR was what I settled on. From the start, they were very responsive and helpful on text. Ironman sent me the wrong rear shocks and I did not realize until BDR informed me. As I waited for the right shocks to come in, they let me keep my car there for two weeks without additional cost and were very responsive and helpful in ensuring my car would be taken care of. The lady who works the front desk and the phone is an absolute sweetheart and was so nice. 5/5 would Recommend. read more

BDR Automotive - Auto Repair Near Me - Holliston, Massachusetts

I am extraordinarily picky and detail oriented. Even though the service took longer than expected, I can tell quality is their top priority, and thats all that really matters at the end of the day. read more

First time taking my older Land Rover to BDR. Was impressed with the level of communication from their front office as there was a degree of coordination required between BDR, myself and the parts supplier. They actually advised me against doing some work I had thought was required, saving me time and money. The work they performed was completed on time and at a better price than anticipated. I think I found my new Rover shop! read more

I can always depend on Brian and Team to provide honest and exceptional service. No matter my issue, BDR has been able to help me and my family. Great value!! read more

I called BDR Automotive because I was having some issues with my transmission, and was hoping to get in there. I spoke on the phone with a rep who told me they don't specialize in that type of work, but recommended me a place that does. Since I had him on the phone I spoke with him about another issue with another car, that again, they didn't feel like they were the best fit to do. I appreciate greatly the honesty over getting the $$ out of me, and would absolutely consider them for future work for this reason alone. read more

The group of people here are great they have really good service and are very kind. The only thing I would change is the response time. They are quite slow but once they get going it's really good thanks for everything! read more

Very good service, kind staff. Their customer service via text message is a huge plus. Extremely responsive to my questions and concerns

Had my annual state inspection done here. Friendly, reliable, fast. Highly recommend!

Perfect job fixing a complicated electric issue. Great communication. Very reasonably priced.

I called weeks before to book an appointment, well when I showed up I was told they were not sure when my vehicle would be done, when I was told 2 hours. Not to mention, they give you a beat to hell loaner car, which was filthy. The loaner car felt like it was going to fly off the road at anytime, making all these noises, scratched and dinged BAD. I was also told my install would take an hour to two hours, I then was notified that it changed to 4-5 hours all of a sudden. Place is a joke, do NOT go here. There's a shop down the street, hometown automotive, they are much better. They also have a professional clean shop. read more

The frame on my FJ Cruiser was severely rotted. BDR fixed it quickly and correctly. They provided a detailed estimate with photos of what needed to be fixed. The communication and professionalism was top notch. I will bring my other old 4x4 to them in the future. I am confident that the work was done right and that they stand behind it. I highly recommend. read more

Finding a mechanic I can trust is very important to me and I'm so glad I've found that at BDR. I shop around with almost everything and once I find a place that is fair, affordable and trustworthy I stick with them; that's what you'll find there. I'm so happy with their customer service and patience with explaining fixes to me that I won't go anywhere else! Update: my 2005 Honda Civic was getting old and running into a lot of mechanical issues, so now I've been there a lot and they really helped by providing a free loaner car so I'm not stuck at the shop or without a car all day. They were honest and upfront about the repairs, and I appreciate that. Being a family-run business, they also do a lot for the community like a flashlight Easter egg hunt and Touch-a-Truck. It's definitely nice to have such an honest, hard working and caring shop in town. read more

They take great care of my 4Runner. Have done multiple suspension mods, undercoating, etc. Very happy with the BDR team.

I took my '13 JK Wrangler to Brian for a leveling kit and new shocks. Brian and the other tech (I believe name is Ben) did excellent work and are easy to deal with, friendly and professional. Brian also quoted me a fair price. I will be going here for future off road needs and recommending them to anyone else I know. I think they also do routine maintenance here, not just off road stuff. read more

These guys are the best! I came from a disaster experience at framingham tire and auto and I should also add ... never ever go there and don't even let them change your oil wit the Groupon! Anyways ...BDR IS THE BEST AUTO REPAIR PLACE IN THE WORLD! Their prices are extremely reasonable! They offer you a loaner car with every service! They get the work done fast and everything is perfectly serviced! They guarantee everything service the do on your vehicle! I will never go anywhere else! read more

Dependable and honest. Excellent, skilled service. The three times I've used them, the bill was less than expected.

Brian and his team are super awesome. We went there for a simple oil change and they were fast, efficient and attentive. We say attentive because even though we just did an oil change, they followed up with us a few days later to see if everything was alright and make sure we were satisfied with their service. Their pricing is also great compared to other oil change services in the area. We definitely will come back for their great service. read more

They are fantastic! Very responsive, quality repairs, reasonable pricing. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We just had a 'check engine' light come on as we started a trip to Maine. We called and asked if they could do a quick check. 10 minutes after we drove up they had checked the engine , made a quick repair and sent us on our way. Just ONE example of their incredible customer-responsiveness! read more

Incompetent! I had a 2007 Subaru Impreza with a recurring Check Engine light due to evaporative emission leak. BDR tried and failed 3 times to fix the problem replacing 1) the fuel tank filler neck, 2) fuel vapor canister and 3) the gas cap. After the 3rd attempt they gave up and said I need to take the car to the dealer. The dealer found the car to have a rusted, failing solenoid valve at the top of the filler neck. BDR re-installed the old rusted solenoid when they replaced the filler neck. The dealer also noted that BDR used an aftermarket filler neck instead of an OE part. BDR wasted my time and money with their failed attempts to fix my car's problem. This shop is incompetent. Avoid!!! read more

I took my Range Rover to Brian at BDR automotive on the referral of a friend. Brian diagnosed the problem with-in a half hour ordered the parts and had the car fixed and returned the next day. Service was excellent cost was very reasonable for a Range Rover repair. I highly recommend Brian and BDR Automotive read more

Brian, Brad and the team at BDR Automotive have earned my business. I had recently moved to town when I had my truck inspected at the dealership for a minor noise I'd heard on my way to work one day. Later that day I met with a $3,000 estimate. A 4x4 enthusiast with a vehicle that does not have a factory set up I immediately started googling for nearby 4x4 shops in Holliston. BDR was the first result with over thirty 5 star reviews, my interest was peaked and I dropped my truck off for a second opinion. They took care of all concerns and aftermarket needs with enthusiasm and interest in my personal opinions. The work took a but longer than anticipated, which for most would be an huge inconvenience, however Brian and his team realize the struggle most face with servicing their vehicles and set me up with their loaner car the entire time, this was huge for me. At the end of the day I saved $600, had more work done than the dealership quoted me and BDR earned the business for both my truck and my wife's car moving forward. These guys are courteous, accommodating and understanding, having worked in this industry before I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them anytime. Thanks guys, read more

As a new resident of the area, I was nervous about finding a reliable and honest mechanic. I think I found one in BDR. I had an oil change performed on my car, which went fine. So glad I found BDR automotive! Brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata there for brakes last year and was so impressed with the service, turn-around time, and affordable price! I brought my car to Brian and his team and they did an amazing job. Not only did they fix what I brought it there for, I told them about a few other things happening with the car and they took the time to go through it figure them out which a number of other shops could find. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and very accommodating, the rates were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend BDR and even thought I am a distance from the shop it is worth the ride to have my car fixed by this shop. read more

Brian and his team are wonderful and came highly recommended by a fellow service person. After the recommendation, we went to BDR with a list of service items for them to do. We were given this list by a different service center when we had new tires installed on our LR4. After looking at our vehicle Brian/BDR called and told us that while they would love to do the repairs, none were needed. They said our vehicle was in great shape. Its nice to have found a group such as BDR. Impeccable service and HONEST. I would highly recommend them. read more

Much better service and at a far more affordable price than the Toyota dealership! Get my 4runner service here because I was looking for a 4x4 shop for some future aftermarket upgrades. Found out they do general service for all types of cars and trucks so I'll be bringing my wife's car here too! Very fast and friendly service team! read more

Great Service. They clearly communicated what the issues were and how they were going to fix it. Kept me aware of status throughout the day. read more

Went in because the check engine light was on and the car was running awful. They diagnosed the problem within an hour and a half and called me with an estimate. I then gave the go ahead to do the work and I had the vehicle back within a few hours. They also noticed I needed an oil change and asked if I would like them to do it. I appreciated them checking and taking care of this also. Will definitely be back! read more

Looking to put a trailer hitch on my new Subaru, BDR did a great job and it was done in a timely fashion. They even picked my husband up (not a service they offer-we live fairly close). I got 5 estimates and they were,by far, the lowest. Straight up honest guy who finishes the work as promised, on time. I went back again to get my 30,000 mile check up ($600 at Subaru dealership) he seemed to feel bad about charging me $136. Calls when the job is done, polite. Nice to go to a garage as a woman and not be made to feel stupid! Highly recommend!!! read more
