Had a Ironman4x4 Stage 2 Lift Kit installed on my 2021 4Runner at BDR. I did a lot of research to find a reputable off road oriented shop in MA and BDR was what I settled on. From the start, they were very responsive and helpful on text. Ironman sent me the wrong rear shocks and I did not realize until BDR informed me. As I waited for the right shocks to come in, they let me keep my car there for two weeks without additional cost and were very responsive and helpful in ensuring my car would be taken care of. I spoke on the phone with a rep who told me they don't specialize in that type of work, but recommended me a place that does. Since I had him on the phone I spoke with him about another issue with another car, that again, they didn't feel like they were the best fit to do. I called weeks before to book an appointment, well when I showed up I was told they were not sure when my vehicle would be done, when I was told 2 hours. Not to mention, they give you a beat to hell loaner car, which was filthy. The loaner car felt like it was going to fly off the road at anytime, making all these noises, scratched and dinged BAD. I was also told my install would take an hour to two hours, I then was notified that it changed to 4-5 hours all of a sudden. Place is a joke, do NOT go here. There's a shop down the street, hometown automotive, they are much better. They also have a professional clean shop. read more

Incompetent! I had a 2007 Subaru Impreza with a recurring Check Engine light due to evaporative emission leak. BDR tried and failed 3 times to fix the problem replacing 1) the fuel tank filler neck, 2) fuel vapor canister and 3) the gas cap. After the 3rd attempt they gave up and said I need to take the car to the dealer. The dealer found the car to have a rusted, failing solenoid valve at the top of the filler neck. BDR re-installed the old rusted solenoid when they replaced the filler neck. The dealer also noted that BDR used an aftermarket filler neck instead of an OE part. BDR wasted my time and money with their failed attempts to fix my car's problem. This shop is incompetent. Avoid!!! read more

Later that day I met with a $3,000 estimate. A 4x4 enthusiast with a vehicle that does not have a factory set up I immediately started googling for nearby 4x4 shops in Holliston. BDR was the first result with over thirty 5 star reviews, my interest was peaked and I dropped my truck off for a second opinion. They took care of all concerns and aftermarket needs with enthusiasm and interest in my personal opinions. The work took a but longer than anticipated, which for most would be an huge inconvenience, however Brian and his team realize the struggle most face with servicing their vehicles and set me up with their loaner car the entire time, this was huge for me. At the end of the day I saved $600, had more work done than the dealership quoted me and BDR earned the business for both my truck and my wife's car moving forward. Went in because the check engine light was on and the car was running awful. They diagnosed the problem within an hour and a half and called me with an estimate. I then gave the go ahead to do the work and I had the vehicle back within a few hours. They also noticed I needed an oil change and asked if I would like them to do it. Looking to put a trailer hitch on my new Subaru, BDR did a great job and it was done in a timely fashion. They even picked my husband up (not a service they offer-we live fairly close). I got 5 estimates and they were,by far, the lowest. Straight up honest guy who finishes the work as promised, on time. I went back again to get my 30,000 mile check up ($600 at Subaru dealership) he seemed to feel bad about charging me $136. Calls when the job is done, polite.
