Absolutely awesome service. Ashley was great and put up with all my calls and questions - wicked knowledgeable and honest too. I had a warranty through another party and was able to go here. The previous place I'd gone to told me not to worry about certain things as they weren't pertinent to the car getting from point A to point B. Not only did Premier Auto Repair look directly into all the items I asked (as major or minor as they could be), they were meticulous in their notes, and also looked into other items that may have been of concern. The replacement items were delivered and installed within a couple days. And trust me there were a lot of things to my car done. Feels completely different now. This spot was a good 20 minutes from where I live but I'm not going to any other place again. Overall ... I'd give a 6/5 if I could. Thanks guys! read more

UPDATE- A shout out to Paul Rota from Auto Care plus. (Owners of premier) He took the time to call and chat with me after everything I had experienced this week with Premier. We both came to an understanding and I do not hold Auto Care Plus and their owners responsible for Beth's actions or the lack of Communication from the tech. We both agreed everything could have been handled better and I wish them well and will of course watch to see how the business progresses. Communication is key, and when dealing with the public, listen, always. And be careful with that social media ************************ My family and I have been loyal customers of this location for over 5 years. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we experienced a "diagnosis" made by code only, my requests to check the plugs and coil packs were ignored and I was told I needed a whole new engine because oil wasn't registering on the dipstick. After a highly unprofessional interaction with Beth the service manager, we explicitly informed her that we would be taking our business elsewhere moving forward. While a customer deciding to leave over poor service is a standard business issue, Beth's subsequent actions cross a major line. Following our conversation, she sought out and looked through my personal social media accounts. I have clear photographic evidence proving that she was looking into my private personal profiles following our retail dispute. This is a severe violation of professional boundaries, constitutes harassment, and reflects terribly on the premier/ Auto Care Plus brand. read more

They wanted me to get all this other work done $900 plus. & when I said no thanks they suddenly found another issue that also would have cost $900 plus. I brought my truck to Premier Auto for an intermittent crank-no-start issue. I normally use another shop nearby, but AAA towing was unable to bring it there at the time, which is why I brought it to Premier. On the first visit, I was told it just needed an oil change. Four weeks later, the same issue returned. On the second visit, I was told the truck started fine for them and that the problem couldn't be diagnosed unless the check engine light was on or the no-start was occurring at the time. When I came to pick the truck up, it failed to start, at which point they said they could now diagnose it. I was informed that corrosion was found on the fuel pump ground wire. I was told the fuel tank was lowered, the ground was cleaned, and the issue was fixed. This repair was approximately $720. I specifically asked whether anything else should be replaced while everything was apart and was told no, and that the technician was confident the issue was resolved. Two weeks later, the same no-start issue returned. When I brought it back again, I was told the fuel pump harness had internal corrosion and was quoted $1,300 to replace it. When I asked why the rest of the wiring was not checked during the previous repair--especially after corrosion had already been found--I was told they did not want to perform additional labor at that time. I also questioned the labor cost, as I did not feel it was reasonable to pay again for major labor so soon after the prior repair. I was told additional components such as the bumper, tail light, and spare tire would need to be removed. At this point, I lost confidence in the repair approach. I declined the work and took the truck elsewhere. After bringing the truck to another shop I have used previously, I was informed that the fuel tank does not appear to have been lowered during the prior repair. The tank strap bolts show no signs of being loosened, heated, or disturbed, which does not align with what I was told about the work performed. P.S. After bring my truck to the other shop and after removing the fuel pump assembly, the condition of the pump and surrounding components showed significant corrosion consistent with long-term exposure. Based on its condition, the fuel pump clearly warranted replacement alongside the harness. I am also a former mechanic, and based on my experience, several explanations I was given about the work performed at Premier and the necessity of labor did not align with standard repair practices. read more

They lied and I will never give them my business. I called and made an oil change appointment and let them know I was using the coupon they mailed me. When I arrived for my appointment they said my $45 oil change would be $99 dollars. I pointed to the coupon and the word salad began. I was told they took $20 off the price. I said the coupon was for a $45 oil change. He said not for my car. Then he said they needed to pull it in to check the Vin # to see what my price would be. I said its and oil change....you know the price and besides the coupon is for $45. See below as I included a Pic of the coupon. Shady business as a couple other reviews mentioned. They checked all my tires and tightened the valves in both my front tires with out charge! They recommended some work to be done later. BEWARE, this place might be doing some sketchy stuff! I brought my car into Premier Auto in Worcester because my check engine light went on. When they returned it to me, they had put over 400 miles on my car, which was clearly documented on the invoice they provided to me. When I asked where they took my car, they would not give me a straight answer. All they would say is "we drove it around so we could reset the monitor". For reference, it is 188 miles from Worcester to New York City. What could have they done with my car driving it for over 400 miles?!?! Please learn from my mistake and perhaps put an AirTag or other device in your car so you know where it is at all times. read more

Brought vehicle baack 3 times- finally on the 3rd time said one rotator was mildly warp. Ok this is a hidden Jewel in Worcester. I found this place on Google for a quote on a repair on my SUV. I loved the customer service so much I began recommending this place to my friends. I took my 09 Toyota Camry in for an oil change and 45 point inspection. I love the technology they use. They sent me photos of what needed to be done and worked with me on prioritizing the work so I could get it done. They keep you updated via calls and text. Where do I begin. First let me say I should have done this in July but life got in the way. My daughter was having car issues and being new to the area I was worried about the type of service she would get going to any shop. After reading all the reviews, I decided to give Premier Auto Repair a call and that is when I new this was the place was where she would get her car looked/ fixed at. From the moment Ashley answered the phone, I felt reassured they would take care of my daughter. This company went above and beyond to make sure her car was safe to drive, from getting her a rental (since they decided her driving the car any further was not a good thing) to making the appointment with Ford (recall on transmission) to get the work done. They did find some problems that needed attention and the price they quoted was very very reasonable. I recently found this place after a recommendation from a coworker who had a great experience. I can't say enough about this mechanic! They got me in, short notice, after some issues with my car. Ashley called me later that day and explained everything thoroughly. My car needed a good amount of work, and instead of staging it - they recommended that I look into snap finance as they accept it there for payment. This made the entire process so easy for me as I don't always have the time to be without my car due to work! I had a minor issue a week later, and they took me in again - short notice - with no questions asked and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I will not be looking for another mechanic again! I had a fuel pump changed for 590.00 at a different shop, and they used a 5 star quality fuel pump. The part was almost 400.00. It is a easy job for a mechanic or technician to do. This place wanted to charge me over 900.00 dollars to do it!!!! The fuel pump is under the seat, no way it should be charged over 900.00 to change it. I brought my 2013 Audi A4 to Premier Auto Repair service earlier this year, once my initial warranty had expired, for a 2nd opinion and estimate on removing and replacing the Front Lower Control Arms. Brought my car in for a typical oil change and was very satisfied. They went above and beyond. I figured all I needed was an oil change but beside just changing my oil they tested my battery, checked my air filter, check all fluids in my car, checked out the front end and looked for leaks. They told me my air filter was dirty and that I needed a new battery. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money at the team but I went back and had both of those replaced by them. I learned about Premier on YELP. They were very close to where I live so I went there to check them out to talk to them and see how they approach their work. I was impressed so I made an appointment for my wife's 2006 Honda Pilot for an oil change and check up. Listen, being a a travel nurse , I have had many cars in my 16 years of driving from new to old and this repair shop HANDS DOWN ,has been the first place in a longtime, besides my step fathers shop in Boston, that I have felt comfortable leaving my vehicle without a question. Ashley at the front Desk was superb ,she made you feel as if you were a friend (just speaking with her for a few min) and she was trying and she did... get you the best estimate possible to save you money but as well make sure you are safe. Premier auto did everything from my oil change to fixing my control arms which my control arms 750$ + was covered by my CAR MAX secondary warranty.
