Joe and the boys have fixed numerous transmissions on my dodge pickups and dump trucks and they are all still running 5-8 years later.

I brought my 2018 Ram 1500 to a local dealer after I had some serious bucking in my transmission…read morewhen I had a hard downshift while under load. Picture going up a steep hill at 65 and needing acceleration to pass. I asked them to flush the fluid and change the filter as some recommended this at around 100K and I was at 90. It cost me 1200.00 to replace the pan and filter and then I got the news that I needed a new transmission for 10,200. I found WCT and asked Kyle to quote me a new or refurbed transmission. Instead, he questioned whether or not the transmission needed replacing. My cost for having my transmission fully diagnosed to find that it was a fine transmission with plenty of life left was a bit more than 1/10 of what the dealer charged me.

Amazing all around! The mechanics, the staff members. Everyone here was just so nice, honest,…read moresincere and skilled! Every step of the process was laid out in detail and The job was even done 5 days earlier than quoted! The shop was even nice enough to make some extra repairs for no charge as a military discount! The inside of the shop was sparkling sparkling and clean and the wonderful auto mechanics were friendly and always kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle! The invoicing was absolutely flawless and I was charged exactly what was quoted. In fact, I paid less than quoted, considering the extra repairs done as a military discount! The warranty is very considerate and generous, right along the lines with what the dealership itself offered. Furthermore, I paid about $2,000 less than I was quoted by the Chevrolet dealership in Putnam, Connecticut. Upon getting into my vehicle I was blown away of the performance! My Chevy Impala drives like brand new with 155,000 mi on it and a brand new transmission and I am confident I could probably drive it another 155,000 miles or more! Thanks again to everyone at World Class Transmission in Mendon, Massachusetts!!! This place is truly world class!

Brought my car there last year to charge the AC. Never checked it first. Charge lasted a few days…read more Brought it back they said it was either the condenser or compressor. I Brought it to another mechanic and he filled it let it stand overnight nothing wrong with it. Wouldn't let them fix a tricycle

I recently had allot of work done, almost 4000.00. I've had…read morea good history with the father and son establishment, although just tire work. This time shocks struts, tires, breaks and much more. Needless to say when I picked the car up a loud thump coming from the passenger rear and very shaky steering wheel. I brought it back and they said they didn't hear anything and it maybe the small bag of tools in the trunk, which I knew it absolutely wasn't. Nevertheless the son agreed to replace the rear strut thinking it may be defective. When I picked it up the next time I was only charged labor but it was still thumping. The father told me ya know the car is getting old, even though the thump was never there before the work. Anyway upon doing a very little research, my particular car must have different bushings if aftermarket struts are used otherwise there will be an unnoticeable gap and cause a thump. He rebalanced the tires to address the shaky steering which worked great but charged me again to balance. So I paid twice to balance the tires properly and still dealing with the thump. I refuse to go back at this point reason being they rip the back seat apart with grease all over as well as not reassembling the correct way. Oh ya the breaks have been squealing loudly since I picked up the car the first time, my guess is cheap parts. The son is more approachable and easier dealing with, the father is very ignorant. Very unimpressed
