I left the car from noon to 5 PM and was charged $420 for a repair I now believe was unnecessary. When I picked up the car, I found over 40 extra miles on the odometer and the engine had run for more than 3.5 hours--completely unreasonable for an inspection or exhaust work. It appears the car was used without my permission. No clear explanation, no transparency--just a feeling of being scammed. I do not recommend this shop.

I pulled up and the outside of their shop there are signs that look like signs you would find at a Jiffy Lube that tell you which bay is what. I pulled up in front of the bay and waited for someone to greet me, which no one did. I had to wave a guy down and when I asked if I should pull into the bay, he started talking down to me as if I'm some sort of idiot, "You never pull into a working bay!" Some guy with brown hair and a beard. Well maybe if your shop didn't have that Jiffy Lube set up when you pull off of the main road going west, you wouldn't have this kind of issue! Maybe a sign that says PARK FOR SERVICE? Shouldn't the employees know what bay is which? Also I would rather not give my service to these people since the first thing I see when I pull up is a Blue Lives Matter sticker.
