They perform many other vehicle maintenance items too. Again the prices looked reasonable. They made themselves a new customer so I'll be back for my cars next PMI. It was obvious to me that whoever assembled our relatively new snowblower, failed to seal the tires correctly onto the rims. I called around to a few local tires places and I was told by most of them that they would be unable to mount the tires today and they could have them ready by tomorrow. I needed to find someone who could help me today....I had to deal with the snow soon since we are a retail operation. I was referred to Ken Jones Tires by a friendly salesman at Tire Warehouse on Grove Street. Not only did Ken Tires mount the tires on the rims while we waited, they didn't charge us for the small repair. I was blown away!! I wasn't expecting to get this free of charge and I would have been just as happy with the service I received had they charged us the $20 or so to mount the tires. Customer service is a lost art and most retailers don't place any focus on it. If you are in the market for tires and value customer service, give Ken Jones Tires a call or stop by their store on Chandler Street. -Tuckerman Hal / Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra (Operations Staff)

Not only that, but they refused to honor the 60‑day satisfaction warranty even though I called the very next day. The cherry on top is that they didn't inflate the tire to the correct specification or reset the tire pressure monitor. Just unreal coming from supposed tire experts...
